Scott and Josiah came and cleaned my 2 piece sectional. They used their fabulous upholstery cleaner with a tea tree sanitizer, apple deodorizer (yum!) and a turbo power scrub! My couches are like new! 😍 🧼

Abraham and Manny went above and beyond cleaning my upstairs playroom and hallway. They were able to get a difficult stain out. They worked hard cleaning my two reclining chairs. They also cleaned my two area rugs that my dogs roam around every day. We are very pleased!

Adam and Jair were great, very professional. I kept asking questions haha and Adam was really patient and thoroughly answered them. They were quick and cleaned two rooms and two area rugs in about an hour. They also moved some smaller furniture to get to as much carpet as possible. My husband added a few extra treatments (mostly because our dogs peed on the carpet) so we ended up paying a higher fee than I originally planned when I booked the appointment. But Im very satisfied with the result. We will definitely be using them again as Im sure our carpets will need a cleaning every once in a while, especially with a toddler and two dogs!

They came the same day that I called and promptly removed the stains in my carpet. Raul was my technician and he was professional, efficient and effective.

Not 24 hours after new carpet installation, our dog threw up during the night. Blotting and cleaning ourselves did not put a dent in the stain, so we contacted TJ at Steam Master Cleaning. TJ sent Scott out to address our stain and he worked diligently, using a pet treatment, and it removed the stain! Scott also steam cleaned our sofa, using eucalyptus and tea tree to clean and sanitize the upholstery. We found it affordable and Scott was a wonderful technician. Having 3 dogs. Sometimes you’re home carpet cleaner just doesn’t work like you need it to! We happen to see a van on the highway, gave them a call on a Sunday, got called Monday, saying they couldn’t come out til Friday. The service was great but I dont believe in the way the employees are treated. They are seriously over worked and have been told by one employee he does 14 hours shifts regularly without being told his schedule. Someone needs to be checking into business like these small family owned businesses to see if they are taking advantage of their employees. If your company isnt making a profit maybe consider other alternatives than working your staff like slaves.

Raul from Steam Master Cleaning did an amazing job! We had our carpets cleaned for the first time in 15 years and now it looks brand new. We even asked if he would have time to clean the grout of our tiles in the kitchen and he was able to get both jobs done so quickly and make them look nice! I definitely recommend. I contracted Steam Master Cleaning to steam clean and deodorize my sofas due to pet odors. Their tech, Raul Pena, was very professional. To begin with, he wore shoe covers and a mask. He measured the sofas in order to explain what extra costs I could expect in addition to the coupon. He also described the process and what options I had to help remove the odors. Raul kept a clean work area and even cleaned the throw pillows. At the end, he gave thorough instructions on letting the sofas dry and made sure I was satisfied with the job, which I was. I highly recommend using this company and will be having them back out to clean my tile floors.
