Too expensive to wash a car in 3 minutes...spended more than I expected...the place is clean and someone is there....but will look for a cheaper car wash to make it worth your money....

This place is brand new and it is close by. This neighborhood definitely needed this around. Loved that the air dryer is 360° in the bay and not only on top as you exit.

I go here for the vacuum which is the best here, its better than other car washes I been at.

This carwash is overcharging credit and debit cards. I was charged $20 for a 5 minutes carwash on my debit card and I cant receive a refund from my bank. I dont recommend any establishment who does shady business.

I ran out of change during my wash and decided to use my cash app card, No sign posted of charges not even how many quarters I used... I was charged $20.00 for literally 2 mins of service...in the end I guess I should of known better, otherwise the place is a cool car wash.

Lots of bays, but if your going to hand wash and run through the entire cycle its going to cost 2 or 3 times that of the automated machine.

Its a good touchless car wash. But a little overpriced. $13 just to have it air dried. It would also be nice if you could use your card to start the vacuum. Cuz not a lot of us especially with coated these days have changed or are carrying cash. other than that staff is always friendly and helpful!

Like the card option and the option to hand wash or go through the automatic car wash just wish it wasnt so expensive

The car wash always has people asking for money and is not a good feeling because of being bothered by someone who is constantly asking for money. Ive said something before to whoever worked there and he said is a problem but theres nothing they can do. So if you want a clean car you cant do it at this place. WHY??? The people asking for money and you cant leave your vehicle with the doors open to vacuum because theres always someone who is not a customer watching. NOT a good feeling. I definitely wont recommend to anyone specially if your a girl washing your car. Hopefully this review gets the attention of the owner or owners so they can fix the problem.

A little bit expensive in the water pump but the security, and the result its so good so, its a great place for wash U R Car.

The soap is not concentrated enough to clean dirt off of the car even if you personal had to use the foaming brush. No good enough for my $$

Way to expensive of a car wash mediocre at best at washing. A dollar gets you about 1:10 and and more quarters added only add 20 seconds. Soap takes along time to switch witch makes it take longer to wash

They will charge you a $40 hold over fee for a $5 service. I did the basic soap and water hose down so $10, they charge me $80. There’s no one there so there’s no one to speak with, they have three phone numbers posted but no one answers them. They need to post a sign about the hold over. They’re literally stealing money, you won’t get it back for a week.

Less time for the money. Paid $10 to finish my car that normally takes $4 at a car wash that is $2 for 3 mins.

Ive never been here before, I stopped because it was on my way home. I can honestly say Ive spent $10 at any other car wash. Thats to wash my truck and vacuum the inside. I ended up spending $25 at this car wash. I will never stop here again. This is such a RIP off. Its to bad I didnt look at the reviews before, lots of unhappy people. Place is super exspensive. Preauthorizes $20 with your C.C. then takes days to return what you didbt use back to your car and thats IF they do. On 2 ocassions i just used a few dollars each time and never got back the difference of each $20 preauthorization.$1.00 to start and every quarter just gets u an additional $0.16 what a rip off!!!

Prices went up a lot. costs less to get a quality hand wash/dry.Also: The hub scrub does not work at all even though I selected the wash that is supposed to include it.Spot free rinse and Dry cycle insufficient, car still ends up with spots, especially on rear end.

I washed my car with the sprayer: Wash with soap and spot-free rinse. The screen showed a charge of $5 25..I checked my transactions later in day and found a charge of $20.00 from Pumphouse.I called the number on their website and got a voicemail.I even couldnt leace a message because the recording informed me customer hadnt set up voicemail..Now I have to take it up with my bank.Unbelievable!First and last time!!!

At first I thought a machine that accepted credit or debit cards was a good thing. But then I realized It puts a $20 on hold on my card when I did my car wash and was not released until days later. I wasnt really happy about that. And it went through $2 worth of credit pretty freaking fast. Not a good deal at all in my opinion. Im not sure why theres always a line there but people must be in a hurry to waste their money.

Overpriced. Only get 1 minute for $1.25 and get 20 seconds per quarter. Thats ridiculous. Takes 30 seconds alone for the sprayer to change from soap to water. $6 later and my car is not even rinsed off completely. I refuse to give this place any more money. I have never been here before. I use car wash places like this often and have always been able to finish my car for less than $6. I will never be back to this place.

I have been using there self wash system for a while now. Today I ran a wash cycle on my truck. After the wash my truck had a very bad odor. I got close and the truck smelled horrible. Your systems need to get check or properly maintained. $17 dollars for my truck to smell horrible?

Their soap smells great but when i ran out of quarters i used my card and it declined it so i tried again... declined. so then i left with the soap all over my car and used the hose at home to rinse it. when i checked my bank account it said i spent 14.09 dollars at this car wash but i got no water or soap from either of the hoses. i would not recommend this car wash to anybody unless you have a giant collection of quarters.

Looks can be deceiving!!!! You get absolutely no time....... 15 seconds for a quarter..... then there is no strong water pressure. This place is a joke and a rip off. Ended up going down the street to resendiz carwash looks like a dump but 50 cents got me a few minutes and the actual water pressure was high!!

Worst car wash ever!!! The more coins you put the less time you get. Must have spent $12 washing my suburban and the dirt still didnt come off. Went to mine down the street from me, took $5.75. Will never visit this car wash again and have told friends and family, lesson learned.
