Very reasonable for a quick drive-thru car wash

Cool little spot to wash your car if.your passing through. Card fees are great to the take the max but give it back a few days later.

My go to place to wash my truck! Every Sunday Im never disappointed.

Very clean, kept up. The only problem I had was having to swipe my card when I wanted to use cash. For some reason it wouldnt take bills or change.

Drive through wash hits all the spots on my pick up truck to include bottom half of my truck. Love it! Only 3 stars because the dryer portion of the drive though doesnt do anything at all to dry the vehicle. Blowers should be rotated to do their job correctly. Also, they should offer free vacuuming like most modern car washes do. Place is clean and staff is great.

Its OK but would have preferred to use automatic car wash however they close earlier @730pm so I had to ruff it and got my super cute Vera Wang flats wet 😥 Too many shady characters lingering around the vacuum so it was a wash and run for my lil 🚗

It only gets a star because of the convenience of being close... The time is way too short on the machine. Hell cant even wash the soap off and dont get me started on the dang brushes. Ha if they work period. Oh and bring your own quarters cause the machines are broken and they sure will take your debit card and charge you for it.

I used the self service car wash. Wish they offered a 15 min or 20 min wash for 5 bucks. I paid 2 dollars to start a wash and I got 4 min and 30 seconds. I do like using the brushes here though.

The water that comes from the sprayer and brush smells like sewage water. Why I have no idea but I would rather had wash my car instead of coming here

The self-service car wash is fine but the vacuums have card readers but dont work.

Tried giving this car wash another shot takes to long to adjust between settings and the pressure isnt great.

Does an okay job at getting the car washed, however many of the vacuum machines are only partially working, i.e. the cash slot doesn’t work, and is very confusing to navigate. Our self service wash didn’t have a drain and left us standing in a huge puddle the duration of our time there, and the hose to the foam brush was leaking, flying all over our clothes, face, etc. Needs a good face lift for sure.

Went there to use their drive-thru car wash but it was closed and theyre not open till like 8:00 a.m. they need to let us know that the quick Service drive through car wash not open 24 hours. decent place to self wash your car but I would not recommend it. it takes too long. do not use their 12-step Car Wash suggestion. just do a quick rinse, a foam wash and the spot free wax rinse.

When you call for a refund is a Google voice number ask you to leave a message with all the info for nothing not even a call back and the wax blows air instead of wax

Ive been patronizing this car wash for a couple of years, but lately it seems to be getting run down. Twice in a row, two machines I tried for self-wash didnt take paper money, and sometimes the tokens just fall through the slot. IN addition, a foam brush holder had apparently broken off from the wall and the foam brush was just lying on the ground. This tells me that the owners dont really care about their business. I dont think Ill be back. Too bad because it was convenient.

I like that I can use my card and its clean and feels safe, but their vacuums are not so great.

The machine was registering the coins I was putting in right after I had put finished with the foam brush by the time the machine took the coins. The foam soap dried and the whole wash was for nothing. Been here many times normally pay with card. But these coins are useless. Fix your machines, Mr Sparkle!

Terrible...I went in evening, very poor lighting, towel machines dont work, vacuums bearly picked up dirt.Its not Mr. Sparkle ....its Rays Car Wash

This used to be one of the nicest, cleanest car washes in easily a 5 mile radius. Unfortunately since it obviously has new management, I have watched it just go down hill over the last couple of years. Cash slots at the bays have been broken forever, one or more of the vacuums are always out of order, you cant even hang the spray wand or scrub brush as there is nothing to hang it on. They threw a fresh coat of paint over everything, but It didnt change the quality. I now drive down Bandera to another drive through wash for the same price and those guys do a quick scrub on your tires before you through. They even have free vacuums. Its frustrating paying for a car wash then coming out with dirty rims and tires.

Lots of things were broken or unusable. None of the vacuums worked, token machine wouldnt change bills. Basically the only thing that was of use was the drive thru wash.

Lots of extras for your wash but Ive noticed water pressure has gotten lower and if your looking for change be prepared to get tokens for your dollars

I drove pretty far to wash my car, early might I add. Coin machine is not working. Two employees were out I asked them if the coin machine works and he said idk.... so I asked the other guy and still no help. Wish I had his job, get paid for nothing, really. Coin machine not working equals no business.

Token change machine didnt work, the vacuums didnt take quarters or bills and half of them were missing the bill and coin insert.

Used the drive in/automatic one and it was okay, too fast for my liking, I prefer the one at the shell gas station on 410 and ingram.

Some of the wash options on the dial werent working. Idk if they were out or they werent working but nothing came out. Otherwise its looks nice and clean

I had only used the drive thru car wash. I purchased the $12. Not worth it so if you do go, just get the $6. Tried using 2 of the vaccums. Neither take cash, only card and possibly coins because the slot for cash is missing on one and the other just wont accept.

$5 car washes are the best! In and out in under 5 minutes. What more can you ask for? I did have my rear windshield wiper blade ripped off so make sure the guys take yours down before you go through. Other than that, nothing but praise for this place.

The tri color hose does not work properly the machine charge me more than I wanted to. not worth coming back. The timer goes really fast.

I went to this location and after paying I forgot to grab my receipt, so before going through the electronic arm, I backed up and grabbed my receipt. The car wash attendant (high school age kid) came over and gave me some serious attitude about how I should have pulled through and told him I needed me receipt and he couldve gotten it. Now he has to pay for a wash with his own money to get the arm to open, because he forgot his work key card. Not my problem buddy! Go to work prepared. He had such an attitude with me, that I told him I was going to go to elsewhere. There didnt appear to be any manager on site so I didnt get a refund for the wash I had paid for! AVOID THIS PLACE.

Seriously the best car wash experience Ive ever had. So worth it on a hot San Antonio afternoon. Muscle over motor and make your life your work of art. This is the place to make your vehicle sparkly.

I did the drive thru wash. Theres a person who will scrub your car before you enter the wash. Its a hands free brake free type of thing; you have to put your car in neutral and keep your hands off the wheel. I paid $5 and even got my car dried. Great deal for a great wash!

The car was is okay, the monthly service is worth it if you go every day. I rated two stars because I was unable to find the cancel option anywhere. I went to the car wash directly to try to cancel my subscription but they gave me an email that is no longer in service!!!!! I wasnt able to cancel my subscription by going to the car wash or finding anything online. So I had to add a merchant block to my credit card to cancel payments... This really frustrated me... I will no be doing another subscription here until there is a simple cancel option.

One of my favorite self-service carwash in the San Antonio area. Machines work will get a decent amount of time for money spent at the self-service bays. There is an on-site automated carwash tunnel but I have never used it.

There was no crowd at all. It was a ghost town. Good for us.

One month-I paid the 14.99 for unlimited car washes for the fist month and now Second month I get an email my balance is 34.99. Called them waiting on a call back to find out why its 34.99 if I picked the 14.99 a month unlimited. Not very pleased 🙁

It best to buy monthly membership; you get unlimited car washes per month.

The stuff isnt always working sometimes the debit card machine for the car wash is not working other than that I think its pretty good you get along time for when you pay for you know the vacuuming out your car and things like that and I like where its located.

They have a drive thru carwash, convenient when your in a rush or its just to hot to get out of your car to hand wash. Vacuums, upholstery cleaning and air freshener available.

$20 get you 20+5 extra coins. Not bad, but the hoses leak...I almost couldnt tell if I was washing my car or my hands.😂There was a leak on the foam brush handle & a leak on the ceiling joint of the pressure washer gun...again, I had help from above😂🤣😆Praise him

Its the one car wash that is close to my house so me and my boyfriend take our cars there. First of the owner is extremely passive aggressive with its customers, we had something happen once to were my boyfriend was super distracted and came in to the self serve car wash spaces on the wrong side so they owner comes and tells him to move. My boyfriend hadnt notice he was in on the wrong side and said whats the point of me moving they owner said well this is my car wash thats the point super rude for an OWNER to speak to anyone like that. Then I went another time after that and THEIR credit card machine took 10 dollars from my account and I never got the service. They told me I would get it within 24 that didnt happen so I called the owner. He took no responsibility whatsoever he did not apologize for inconvenience which its basic customer services skill he just said it wasnt his fault, that there was a sign and that its my banks fault. Putting blame on anything but himself. It wasnt about whos fault is was but that I had an issue at HIS car wash and he was just like well its not my fault there was a sign that says that so figure it out. YES its only 10 dollars but its extremely upsetting when you are services so horrible by the owner. he sure likes to act like a big boss when someone accidentally doesnt see a sing but when theres an actual issue he does nothing but be rude, argue back to you and say its not his problem.

First time washing my car and I will not be returning. What they save you from the express wash, they charge you at the vacuum stations and product machines.I also noticed that the water stained my car and the rotating cleaners didnt take all the dirt off.

Tried to help by spraying down car before going through Wash. Attendant said he was not going to prep car(brush with soap) because I had already prepped car, so he pulled out a cigarette. I paid the same money as the person before me, and because he did not brush down the car, I had to re wipe the car when I got home. RIP OFF!!!
