I must say that the two gentlemen who assisted us in washing our car was pretty good and did a great job in pre washing the car. We chose the best and top of the selection. Overall it was all good to be honest aside from the drying part in the machine. It was not really pretty neat dry so I guess when you go here you need to have your own towel to dry up your car or just let it happen like that.

First visit here. 6 Bays. L to R from the street, bays 3 and 5 were closed off (pics 1 & 2). I used bay 4 which probably should have been closed too. Here’s why.Wash stages clockwise from top (pic.3): Tire Cleaner was out of product, Pre-Soak was out of product, Soap worked but pressure was so low it didn’t remove anything. Foaming Brush was the only item that seemed to work well. Rinse worked but pressure was low. I skipped PolyShell. Clear Coat acted more like a spot free rinse, but I don’t know what it actually was since the tape over the Spot Free Rinse said there was “NO Spot-Free Rinse”. Unsure of what was coming out of Clear Coat I went back to Rinse where my time ran out.Initial cost to begin wash is $1.25. I got about 12 minutes from $7. The control panel was layered with filth. Time remaining display is difficult to read without crouching down and being fairly close.No attendant on site and no phone number posted. As of 4/9/2021 there is no phone number or website provided in their Google Maps listing.

The automatic carwash is shady, cant read the prices and dryers never kicked on.

I dont know about the touch free wash, but the self wash stations are pure garbage. Half of them are closed off, the other half has very apparent issues. The place seems like it receives maintenance once a decade.Its all self service, so youll probably end up having an issue with one machine or another and wont have a way to get help. Youre better off washing at home with a bucket.Ive used similar stations around town and theyre usually old but well kept, not this one.

Paid for delux car wash... machine says pull into bay, and NOTHING. Plus no contact number posted to get refunded???Will be filing complaint with AG office and san Antonio

Impressed with the pressure . Its 1.25 for 4 mins...I suppose its worth it. I gotta say the stall i was in the selection for Rinse was missing so I lost a few seconds trying to figure the number out.

Staff was very attentive and pre scrubbed and rinsed my car. I chose the $10 option, since I didnt really care about my tires being armoraled, and its probably the best car wash Ive had in at least a year. I will be back!

I’d like to preface by saying that my review is more about the gentleman whom own and operate this facility. I was a victim of a hit and run, and the adverse driver took off through their wash. They immediately came to my aid and helped me talk to the police and explain where I was and what happened. They offered surveillance footage and even tried to fix some of the minor damage and scuffs. These guys are truly wonderful and I’m so thankful for them. I hope you see this, and realize how grateful I am !!!

After a night of windy rain, my car had nothing but dry dirt all over. I came to this car wash close to my work and was pleasantly surprised that this place had two gentleman to prewash my car (by hand) BEFORE driving through the wash. Ill be back and thank you!

Ingram Car wash is the place to shine your vehicle! I love taking my vehicles there and sometimes I hang out with the awesome neighborhood locals there. It is like being right at home, or hanging out in the barbershop. Ask for Benny or David when you go by. They actually hand wash the vehicles before it inters the bay. The Owner Steve is so approachable and loves to take care of any issues/questions/concerns. #proud customer#

Great car wash, only problem is that the soap they are currently using looks like purple ink. It stains hands REALLY badly. Had to wash hands 3x to get it off and it leaves NASTY residue on your car and leaves purple ink looking stuff in the crevices of the car. DO NOT COME here and wash your new vehicles.

The attendants on duty (daytime hours) practically washed my car before I even entered the automatic carwash.... The older gentlemen did an AWESOME job!!We WILL DEFINITELY continue to use this carwash!!

Loved the extra attention from the attendant and they really do a good job getting all the nooks and crannies most carwashes miss on my Jeep.

You can wash your own or you can pay the attendant and they will wash it for you. They do a excellent job

David was supposed to detail my sienna and he was not able to complete the job saying I did not know how to fold the middle seats. He asked for payment and promised to complete the job next day. Next day... He came with a different attitude and said he is not going to finish it. Watch out....

Great place to wash and vacuum your car. The machines have a timer and beep loudly to let you know your time is almost up - very important features for a car wash.

I will never go back here again. The car wash itself is a fine car wash, but I was harassed by men who claimed to be prewashing my car for the carwash, and extorted for more tips after I already paid $20 for a car wash. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and will tell everyone not to go there. Its too bad because my car looks good, but was not worth the harassment.

Just went by for a car wash. Man scrubbing down my car cussing the whole time. F--ing lazy people. This car is F--ing messed up. Wont go there again! Not like they do it for free.

Some of the vacumes didnt work but i really liked that there is usally always a person there. Me and my husband enjoy using the carwash and its spacy and its not cramped.!

Owner Doesnt careWorst place to go. One worker there the rest are not even an employee and are always smoking weed and drinking around kids, harrassing females. I stopped a couple of times but i drive by there during my lunch and they always there drinking and smoking. The police even was there one time and they didnt do anything but sit and watch. I guess they right when they say its a barber shop just a bunch of grown men who wanna drink and smoke all day who cant get jobs.Posting a pic u can see the smoke.

This place was horrible!! The brush left swirls and scratches around my whole car, you can see the whole width of the scratches that it was the brush and the spot free rinse looked disgusting and like dirty rain water after it dried. Terrible and I wish I could post the pictures I have of it right now! Will never go back!
