The salon experience exceeded my expectations by far! Where do I start ? Let’s start with how easy it was to get an appointment with THE best hair stylist that I have ever had my hair touched by - Hector . He got me in the next morning after I contacted him on Instagram and explained to him how badly my super uneven bob needed to be fixed . After I got there Hector looked through it and started cutting my hair and I was so nervous ! As he kept cutting and I notice how he payed attention to detail, so I immediately felt at ease . When he was done after tons of finishing touches my hair is basically perfect hair again, it’s like the flaws from the previous cuts just disappeared . I almost cried when I saw how he transformed my hair because I felt beautiful and confident again . I cannot express how blessed I feel to have found this wonderful angel that cuts this way . Everyone in the salon was down to earth and friendly the place was very clean - I loved everything about Victory salon .

The most responsive salon I have ever visited. Not only are appointments confirmed promptly, emails are replied to, and the staff keeps on top of their schedule to ensure you are received promptly when you arrive. I did not arrive with a photo, I just knew what I did and did not want, and Hector responded with a style that fit what I was hoping for. It is rare I walk out of a salon feeling connected with my hair, but it is apparent this is one of Hectors passions because he RECONNECTED me with my hair. Thank you, Hector! This salon is a god send and I’m so happy I was able to find it. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming even if they are not your specific hair stylist. They have amazing prices and don’t try to upsell or nickel and dime you. Ive gone here for both hair cuts and hair colouring and have left happy with my hair each time.I usually go to Hector and he has been so amazing with my hair. He knows exactly what I’m looking for and has never failed me. I wish I could post pictures here but he has an Instagram where you can see his work! (@hectorrodriguezhair)I tend to not have great experiences with hair salons but that is definitely not the case for them. This will be my go to place in SA for however long I’ll be here!

Started going to the stylist at Victory Salon about a year ago and I could not be happier. He has an excellent eye for what color and style would complement you. He has made me think outside my comfort zone and I am thrilled with my hair and color. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, dont think you would disappointed.

Showed stylist (Veronica) a picture and she assured me it would be NO PROBLEM. Big mistake on my part was allowing her to give me part of my hair cut with wet hair because the cut was terrible. What I ended up with was TWO VERY DISTINCT LAYERS in the back, so needless to say the layers DO NOT BLEND!!!! Not easy to style, not attractive, not a good professional cut (in fact one if the worse cuts Ive had) - will not be going back to Victory Salon.

As soon as you arrive, you are warmly greeted, offered a large selection of beverages. Then the services you requested and with who are verified. My stylist, Tina, was friendly, open to my ideas, then offered suggestions based off of her experience and my needs. She asked about my work environment, time I want to spend on my hair, lifestyle, fun, professional, travel with work, all to decide not only what would look good, but would I have time to create the same look every day? Did I want a cut that I could manipulate into different styles. I appreciated her honesty and her time. Excellent first time experience.

I took my son to get his haircut done by Deb! She was amazing and helped fix my sons hair after another place butchered it. Great staff. Tina was my hair stylist and she did a great job of cutting and styling my hair! She asked questions and made sure it was what I wanted.

I’ve always had such terrible experiences at salons so I was really nervous when my best friend surprise booked me an appointment. My hair had become so damaged and frizzy I figured it couldn’t get any worse. Tina completely blew my mind. She did so good!! I never thought I would love my hair again but she made me fall in love with it all over again. She’s the best and I just booked my second appointment with her!

My stylist Tina was very cool. She knew just what I wanted. I’ve been coloring my hair for years but those who have colored my hair usually ruin it or just don’t know what they are doing. Tina knew just what I wanted and even collaborated in the decision. Her style is very similar to mine so I knew she knew what she was talking about. And very good at hospitality. Veronica is a godsend! I came to get my haircut fixed because a lady at different salon gave me a weird mullet. I thought I was going to have to chop all my hair off but she was able to keep the length and style it to make it look great! She asked questions about my daily hair updos to make sure she gave a cut as close to my prefered style as possible. The girl has vision and talent! I will be back.

I am not from San Antonio, so I was searching for a great place that can get my hair done the way I want it. I stumble upon this place and have loved every visit. I had gotten some golden colors added to my dark colored hair and it came out as a very nice ombre. The employees here are very friendly and understanding if there is something in particular you didnt like about your service. They will try to accommodate and get everything situated. I love this salon and wont be going anywhere else.

I first met Melissa 6 months ago for hair color suggestions. During our initial consultation, she was absolutely wonderful. She knows so much about hair color and her experience is overwhelming. We decided to go with balayage on my hair and it has turned out completely wonderful.

Super friendly staff, on-time appointments, vast hair knowledge! Each time I come in to get my hair done, I come out feeling AMAZING! Worth the drive from Austin just to get Hector’s hands on my hair. Even when I had a moment where I wanted to try something crazy and out of my comfort zone (like dying my hair for the first time in 15 years, and the other time I wanted my hair purple), Hector put my worries at ease and made it possible to have the look I wanted while still keeping it professional. There’s also an awesome barber for the gentlemen looking to get their hair and beard done as well. Best salon ever Tina is the best color specialist

I went in to lighten my hair w/Tina with a bialage look(minding my hair was already blonde in the ombré), and as she was doing my hair, she started to put highlights in my hair with an extremely dark toner and my hair looked bad. It was dark, all my blonde was out and looked like I had boxed color in my hair. I was literally crying and told her to stop ince she was blowing drying my hair cause my hair looked horrible. The owner, tried to fix it and my hair came out reddish-orange amd still looking horrible with no bialage in it at all. My hair still looked horrible after she was done and you can still see my 3inches of root growth when she was done. When she blow dried my hair, it still looked like I had box color in my hair and my hair was 3 different colors and you can tell because it was obvious. I wish I can lost a picture of how my hair looked when i left and of my hair before i went it because my pictures would make you change your mind on going here. I would never go there again.

It was ok. Not exactly the color i was looking for. And wish she used more products/hair color to have a better overall color.
