If you are like me, a bit of an old-fashioned mature gent who just wants good, reliable service at a reasonable price, then this is the place. No gimmicky, over-priced modernized social club environment. No loud music or fast-paced hustle & bustle. Just friendly and pleasant lady barbers with skill and patience. You will see mostly grey-haired slow moving guys like myself, who are so glad to find a classic mans barber shop with a sports motif. Basketball, football or baseball games on the TV, or maybe news. Plus shoulder rubs and hot towels to make you feel special. But you are in and out in very little time, always feeling refreshed. Perfect. Absolutely perfect.

Awesome experience. Definitely going to be getting my haircut here from now on. I took today off to get some errands done and relax and the first thing on the list was get a haircut. I went to Great Clips and they butchered it. (For the last time because Im never going back.)I was so angry and thought my whole day was ruined. I decided to come here to see if they could at least make it somewhat better. They did an awesome job and it was such a comfortable experience too. Never had a haircut like that. Not only did they fix my hair they fixed my whole day off.5 stars hands down.

If you are looking for a good cut, stop by here. I have always got what I am looking for and the barbers here are great to shoot the breeze with. Colleen (the owner) gives a great cut - be aware she has a loyal following so you might have to wait, but its worth it. I always love coming here because you get a hot towel treatment and they clean up the back of the neck with a straight razor... old school, but awesome.

Awesome barbershop with sporting events on all TVs and wonderful professsional barbers that give awesome haircuts with great conversation. I always feel that Im visiting friends when I come here.

Went in for the positive reviews but I was not pleased.As I walked in to the empty store one of the 2 stylists in the store looked up from her cell phone and asked if I was ready for my haircut.No greeting, just straight to business.I was overdue a cut so a little but of a mop top but nothing past my ears. I asked for a high fade on the sides and some length off the top.The stylist sat me in and turned my chair facing away from the mirror and started my cut. I figured at some point during the cut she would rotate me so I could see what she was doing in the mirror but never did. She also never said a word to me beside responding to my question of how has your day been. She completed my cut and gave me a hand held mirror that she would not let me grab out of her hand and said how does it look?I said it looked alright and at first glance it did, but I was feeling rushed so I paid her cash and walked out.After getting home I noticed my fade was uneven in the back and the length on the top of my head was not blended well. I regret not speaking up while I was there but my stylist was not friendly and only gave me a glance at her work at the very end with only a hand held mirror.I am not a fan of writing bad reviews especially for smaller business but my experience was nothing like the reviews I had read.

Great place for a great haircut. They take their time and get it done right. Although I dont usually take advantage of it, they always have peanuts in a barrel and beers in the fridge if you so desire. I think thats a pretty cool touch.

Ive taken my son to numerous places in the past to get his haircut, well the search is over!!! From the moment we walked in, the instant rapport we had with Colleen, the owner, and very knowledgeable and skilled barber, was great. The shop was neat and clean and just had an easygoing comfortable atmosphere. She was able to work wonders on the chop job that my son had as his last haircut. Will go nowhere else in the future. Highly recommend for young men and really any male of all ages.

Looked at the high reviews and decided to try this place out. The staff was very pleasant hence the two stars. I asked for a buzz cut, longer on top and shorter on the sides. The top was completely uneven with clippers, which is astounding since its at a fixed height. She also shaved short so high up that its impossible to blend the top into the sides. Its essentially a block of hair on top of my head with no blending to the sides. I have asked for this cut at many different places with usually the same result except here. Maybe it was my fault for specifying I needed the hair to be blended? Its kind of implied on a buzz cut. Two stars because the place was nice and so was the staff. I did not have this Colleen girl. Its probably a bad sign when they need to put a specific barbers schedule on the front desk because shes the only good one. Luckily hair grows back quickly. Only go to this Colleen girl that everyone raves about.

Went in for a comb over for my son and Elia had no idea of how to even attempt to do this. After discussion that she had no knowledge of this hairstyle. I told her that Liz knew exactly what this was and my son switched to her. Elia should not work here and she should learn something about customer service and not yell in front of other paying customers. Owner, Colleen was just there listening to all this . Obviously she had her side. Last time I ever go into this so called barber shop.

Recently moved to San Antonio a few days ago and this was the closest place to me. The shop is very clean and staff is very welcoming. Sarah was my barber and she was extremely nice and did a great job!

Sorry, but I do not recommend this place. The haircut was sub par.. my hair is literally upsetting me on how bad it is, and the stylist was so involved with her phone... she couldn’t even cut my hair for 2 seconds without looking at it again. Save ur money and go else where for $19.00 bucks..

Straight garbage, no blend and they didn’t know the difference between a taper fade and a fade. My son was robbed for $21.00 here.. I keep trying to post a picture but it won’t let me.

Apparently saying I want to keep all the length on my beard, just shape it a little bit means take an inch or so off the sides and not the front so your goatee looks twice as thick as the rest and pointy.

Told her not to cut any off the top, first thing she cuts is right smack in the middle and about 3 inches came off. How hard was it to remember not any off the top. Never going back and wearing a hat until I can go to a real barber shop to get this fixed.
