As me and my family arrived to the dealership we were greeted by Nick who firmly welcomed us in. I went in for the Dodge Challenger scatpack and right then nick was on top of every detail showing me all the features of the car. Throughout the whole process and paperwork he was very helpful and definitely gave us all of his attention. I would most definitely recommend him to help you out in picking the right car while having a good laugh along with it.

I havent owned my Jeep for more than a month, I ran over a bolt. Took it back to this dealership and they said of all my warranties I did not get the tire warranty. Less than 2000 miles on the Jeep Gladiator and these stinkers are telling me to pay extra to remove the both and patch it. Not only that but while using the jack that came with the Jeep it bent. This dealership said it was our error and we have to pay for that as well.How are we responsible for a faulty jack after one time use (jeep 1 month old)!????!🤔🤔This place is only out for themselves they do not care for the buyer!!**We took the Jeep to Firestone, not only did they remove the bolt, fix the gash, filled with nitrous but they did it for FREE!!
Well heres the continuing story. Bought a truck five Days later took it back for serious oil leak. Was told the part would take 30 to 40 days to get here. I guess it was misdelivered to the international space station. After a month with the truck just sitting there i went in to check the status. Nobody and I mean nobody knew nothing about the part or the truck. So now they tell me they can get the part from another dealership. Why wasnt this done three weeks ago. We all know why.if i was walking around the showroom with 100 dollar bills falling out of my pockets I would have gotten better service maybe. Very high pressure sales tactics and no dealer follow through. So many lies. They said they called me and left messages but never once please dont make the same mistake i made- stay away
It took longer than Id have liked, but I understand being in line and waiting on parts and such.The people who helped were...well...helpful. I also like the website they texted me a link to so I could see the progress and communicate with the representative as my vehicle was worked on.

I had a great experience here. Eli helped me and he was a super good guy, offered all the information I needed to make the right decision for me, was patient will all my questions and switch-ups, and was really easy to work with. He was straightforward but kind. His manager Chris was also really helpful, though I didn’t work with him much. When I finally made a final decision, I worked with Nabil in financing who was easy going and easy to work with as well. From beginning to end, everything was very easy. Eli was new but he didn’t act like it, used his resources to find the info I needed, and now I have the perfect truck for me and my needs. I’m really grateful for his help, since this was a tough decision for me (to get a truck at all).

Dropped vehicle off in the evening and promptly got a call back in the morning. Long story short vehicle was ready to pick up a lot earlier than they told me and total price was less than quoted. Very good service and I would recommend you give them a try. Did not give 5 stars because of the insane parts mark up and labor rates. But if you regularly use a dealer for service you probably know about that.

When i walked up to the doors i was greeted by Tamyia Qualls. Very kindly asked if i needed assistance. I let her know that i needed a new vehicle to fit my growing family. Set out my wants from the vehicle and looked at a few i had seen online. I had to leave to get my child from school and told her Id likely be back. Even though there was no guarantee that i was coming back she sat down and looked through her inventory to find more vehicles that fit within my wish list and budget. When i came back she had a list of 3 more vehicles ready with stats and had two ready for me to test drive and view. I was stuck between two that she found that were both perfect. There was no pressure for her as i discussed it with my husband. When we finalized everything she stayed late (very) to get us through the whole process. I could have been the reason she had to cancel plans after work and i would not have known because she was so sweet and kind through the whole thing.I traded in my old vehicle and silly me forgot the title. They allowed me to bring it in the next day, it really was above my expectations.
I had the best experience with salesman Michael Vasquez. Very knowledgeable on my purchase of a 2021 Ram 2500 Lamamie and not pressured at all to purchase I had done my homework and viewed trucks all over Texas from the panhandle all the way down to the tip of Texas and this dealership had what I want for the price. Also big shout out to Mo in finance he really closed the deal and got me what I wanted financially. Overall best and quickest truck buy ever. Recommend this dealership to everyone.

I had Miguel as a salesman who was awesome, super friendly, approached my wife and I as soon as we got out of car. Told him what I wanted in a new Ram truck and he showed me what they had. Was able to work with my appraisal for my trade-in and hit my number.Did have to wait a little while to get a number on the vehicle however, maybe due to the manager.The one downside was I wanted a bed cover for my new truck as part of the deal, was told the manager was working on it with parts. After the truck was detailed there was no cover on it, did not talk with the manager because I was told he was busy. Now I have to pay for the cover instead of having it in the deal which I was pretty upset about.Miguel did follow-up quite often after my purchase and answered all of my questions, super great salesman!

Very excited to be a jeep owner for the first time. I have not bought a new vehicle in almost 12 years. Josh Semlinger greeted me as soon as I pulled up, and immediately helped me find the vehicle I was looking for. He showed me everything I needed to know, and addressed all the questions I had. When I told him the other Jeep dealer gave me a better appraisal for my trade-in, he didn’t hesitate to match it. He also addressed all of my concerns about pricing to get me what I believe was the best deal for a really great Jeep Cherokee. I worked with Victor for the warranty. Victor was extremely friendly, and asked me questions to make sure I got the right warranty for me. When I again addressed some concerns about my budget, he helped me get a discount, and an overall great price when all was said and done. I am loving my jeep Cherokee so far, and look forward to working with this dealership in the future.
Alexis from San Antonio Dodge calls me a few times a day and leaves the exact same voicemail even though I already begged her to take me off the email list. Its harassment. I dont need a car. Leave me alone. Plus, she calls from a different number every time so I cant block it.

I would not recommend this dealership! The sales department failed miserably. I’ve been receiving numerous emails/calls from them inquiring my wrangler, finally decided to go in today. I should’ve left soon as we were ignored on the showroom floor. I stood waiting to be approached but the managers were talking amongst themselves. I even cleared my throat, no response from the two men talking (not even a foot away from us). Once the manager was off his call he acknowledged myself and wife nor did we receive an apology for waiting. I clearly stated why I came in, salesman continued to push the sale even though there was no inventory to choose from. The appraisal was far to low, once we didn’t agree on the number they didn’t even try to work with us. Save your self time and look somewhere else. Read the reviews before you go to any dealership!

Buying a new car does take time and he made sure we were comfortable through the whole thing. The only thing I recommend is maybe have the managers come say hello and introduce themselves to the customers to make them feel more at ease coming from my background of management. Brought my jeep in last week for a recall and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. After 5 hours of wondering what’s going on, i find out they didn’t even start my airbag recall. Apparently someone started on one thing and left the other recall for someone else to do. I said i have to go.. they brought my car around and i drove off. As I’m driving my hood wasn’t locked and was bouncing around. I pulled over and locked it. I notice that my jeep has no power now when i start it up and after a minutes it seems fine. But didn’t have this issue before coming in.
Went in for recall, inspection, and service. After 3 days only the inspection and recall was done. Fast forward a month later, renewing my registration, I found out they never even filed the inspection I paid for.
Found a truck on their website and it states one easy price. Called to ask if they still had truck and confirm price and they told me yes same as posted. Setup appointment went over and they told me price of truck was 1,900 more. Please beware switch and bait. Left dealer with no truck.
I recently purchased my vehicle at this dealership. The salesman that assisted me Justin Mueller did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I went on a Saturday and the place was packed but I wasn’t rushed at all and he listened to my concerns. He helped me get a fair price on my trade and in my overall new vehicle purchase. In the future I would like management to consider extending the military discount to veterans, other than that I would buy from them again.
I came to the dealership with a mind on Jeep Gladiator, unfortunately the inventory was not available. Instead Cody bring two with similar specs i was looking for and explain everything perfectly and offer a drive experience and go over details, he was great going all over and finally hep us out to select the right one for us. Had to take my truck in for a crankshaft position sensor. They gave me a loaner vehicle while my truck was in the shop from the Hertz down the street the service manager I dealt with was upfront honest and knowledgeable about what was going on. Much better than the original dealership I bought the truck from. I will end up going to them for my next vehicle and service

First experience was excellent with timely service. This past experience hasn’t been so pleasant.I took the vehicle in for warranty work 3 weeks ago and stood next to vehicle for close to 45 minutes before someone decided to help. Then after a few days they asked me to pick up the vehicle because they were waiting on a part to come in. I appreciate being able to drive the vehicle while the part (rear window is leaking water) comes in but the part was ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received any phone calls. I called today and was immediately forwarded to parts section. I hung up and called back to speak with service department again. I was informed they would look into it and someone would call me back. The downside to all of this is I shouldn’t have had to stand around for 45 minutes before being helped and shouldn’t have to follow up on something that was originally supposed to be addressed. They should be contacting me and if the part hasn’t come in, follow up with a call stating so. Very disappointed

As someone who doesn’t know much about cars I left it all in his hands and he sure did amazing! In the morning when I went in I was explaining what was wrong with the car, he gladly helped me then I told him not to put the drivers window down because the switch was broken & of course I told him I would fix that later because I was tight with money. He went ahead but before I left he told me I had to get the wheel alignment so I told him it was fine. After I got home he called and told me the price, being honest I wasn’t so happy to hear the total because like I said I was tight with money, yes I got a bit sad but I told him it was fine either way the alignment was done so I had to pay, he sure did told me he would talk to his manager to see if I could get a discount so I agreed.After I was done with doctors appointment I went to pick up my car, my biggest surprise was that he had fixed my window switch for no charge and had taken off $100 from the total. I bursts out in tears because God is good and sure laid his hand on Anthony and blessed us both! I know Anthony did more then I was expecting and I’m so grateful that there’s people like him out there! This place is blessed to have people like him working there! I was blessed with that man so much and helped me feel so much better after my doctors appointment didn’t go so well, so he sure did made my day! God bless you Anthony Garcia! Best service advisor😌
So I make an “appointment” to have my 2018 Journey looked at for transmission slipping. My wife drops the car off and the guy at the counter says it could be up to 2 weeks before they even look at it. When we tell them we had an appointment he says that just puts the car in their line to be worked. Apparently they have to hold your car in their lot for days or weeks at a time before they work on it? I’m not sure they understand the concept of an appointment. Very poorly run service department.
They have the inventory. Thats all this dealership has going for them. They will lie to you about anything to make the sale. We got extremely low balled on a trade in. Got what we wanted in the end. But if you have a list of places to buy a car, make this the last on that list.
This is the absolute and most irresponsible dealership in the all of Texas. 0 stars if possible!!My vehicle was in a accident and was towed to their repair shop. They initially were providing status update via text stating they were working on it. After an entire month this horrible Jeep dealership never contacted me and sent the vehicle to another without my consent, all the while stating the work is on track to be completed on time. Randall the person who was texting me sounds like he is not even aware of what is going on and just sending canned texts.This is the worst and most irresponsible Dealership and I will likely be suing.

I was suppose to to get a inspections for a potential recall issue. Was told that it was free because the manufacturer would cover the cost. Great so I schedule a a visit. When I show up I’m told that I have to get a oil change for 60 bucks l(I had 500 miles left before my next one) to do the inspection. Reminder this wasn’t mentioned to me when I scheduled the appointment.Could anyone explain to me how requiring a person to pay for a service to get a fee inspection could be characterized as “Free”? And also why wasn’t that mentioned when I scheduled the appointment?

Left my car for service and was told I could pay on the phone to be able to pick it up past 6:30pm. I got there at 7:30pm to pick up my keys and no one could tell me where my car was parked. It was a rainy day and they were expecting me to walk around the parking lot to find it. Everything was going good, time, price, Randall provided a great service, but this just ruined made my whole experience. 3 people there saw what was going on and no one offered to help.
Went there on 8/26/2020 to purchase a Ford Fusion. Thanks to Mitchelle Hernandez, on August 22nd I purchased my dream car! My overall experience was smooth. Michelle was extremely helpful and not pushy in any way. She explained all the features of my car which later came in handy when it was time to drive off! If I had a question she was quick to address it. As for the car itself, compared to other rates in the area, my car was sold at a fantastic price.My only complaint of the overall experience was that it took quite some time finalize everything however, I suspect everything is at a snail pace due to COVID! Make sure you go in with ample time, dont go in on a time crunch.They had a large array of vehicles to choose from and the inside facility is large so we were able to social distance from others. I highly recommend this place!

Had a horrible purchase experience here. In total we were at the dealership for 8 hours. They held onto our keys of our trade in from the moment we got there. When we couldnt agree on trade-in and purchase price we tried to walk out but they kept finding ways to not give us our keys back. The staff essentially ignored my wife when asking questions (even though we both were paying/signing). The warranty guy couldnt do simple math and was messing up numbers. At one point something didnt add up, we pointed it out and he was basically gaslighting us saying the numbers added up until we got out our phones to show him he was thousands off. Our sales person was very nice but just wasnt knowledgeable about the vehicle at all. Not sure if she was new or something so we understand that, was just a little disappointing that we couldnt get specific questions answered. We ended up purchasing a vehicle, partially out of wanting that specific one and just wanting to get away from these people as fast as we could. Id recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs and we definitely wont be taking our jeep there for service.Im sure theyll respond with classic custo service response wanting us to come back in or theyll call me but nothing will change my opinion of this dealership.

Do not take your vehicle for service here. After taking my vehicle here for an issue, what I was sure was the transmission, they assured me that it wasn’t that and it was probably other issues, ultimately costing me over $2300. After fixing those issues they called me and said that the issue was actually the transmission & it would cost $6300 to fix. I couldn’t afford that after the initial cost & since it had been working & this issue had just come up, I figured I could coast by if I didn’t drive it too much, but the next day driving it down the street it gave out on me, and not only that but the AC stopped working too. This might be coincidental except that this is the 2nd time in two years the AC issue has happened. The 1st time I took it in for a tune up and oil change, the next day, my AC gave out and cost me over $1700 to fix. It just seems like something shady is going on there. They don’t listen to the customer and they don’t have enough people to answer the phones. They also don’t answer the text messages they give you a number for. It’s just all around bad customer service.

My compliments to Jeff Whithington and Cody Smith for their help with the purchase of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went into the process with a set budget looking at the Cherokee but with their help was able to get into the Grand Cherokee that I really wanted. I didnt make an appointment for my second visit, so Jeff stepped in to help me out since Cody was helping another customer, a great example of the teamwork in their sales staff. Jeff kept me informed throughout the process and helped make sure everything went smoothly. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, so it did take a little time to get into financing, but overall it was a smooth process.
Needed warranty work done on my Jeep. Called ahead to make sure they had the parts. Was assured that they did (reception even went to personally ask and make sure they had the parts). Took a day off work. Showed up to dealership and it was “oh, whoops, we sold those parts yesterday” and we have no idea when we will get more. These people had my contact info and could have at least saved me the 45 minute drive over there.
PLEASE try another place to take ur vehicles. When u pay top dollar to get ur vehicle fixed and end up towing to another shop to finish the job. That’s just not right by me or anybody. I’m not a mechanic and when they say it’s ready to go and it runs horrible. That’s unacceptable. I don’t want excuses I want satisfaction! Especially if u pay alot of money. Don’t pay until u test drive ur vehicle is what I learned today. I promise I’ll never do people like this. Also, don’t tell them what you think is wrong, just tell them to check it. Sorry but this was the worst day possible. Next I’m calling a towing company again. 🤦🏽♂️
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, ESPECIALLY FROM THE SERVICE DEPT 🗣 Purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Wrangler barely over a yr ago (now has 15,000 miles on it) and have already started having issues with it not starting. When I called to see if I could take it in (still under warranty), had a very terrible experience. Very quick to make those sells but when you have issues a year later, they are of no help. Do yourself a favor, and take your business else where! *To add, I wish I looked at the reviews before even trying to get it serviced here. If you scroll and read you can see MANY people commenting about how bad the service dept is. Maybe that should imply that there is a major issue that needs to be addressed at the core rather than after everyone’s terrible experiences, just commenting the same generic response of how sorry they are and to reach out to better understand the situation to fix things and what not.
San Antonio CDJR by far was the best experience I’ve had buying a vehicle. My husband and I drove up from Corpus due to lack of inventory and higher prices. Bryan Sanders treated us like people and not a bother. He was super understanding while we thought through the decision and never rushed us. We will for sure go there first when looking to purchase our next vehicle.
Saechelle was our sales associate. We felt no pressure into buying, and she made a great effort into making sure the car was exactly the way we wanted. This is difficult in a market with chip shortages and less than perfect inventory. Very very impressed with the whole experience and happy with our purchase!
Been coming to this dealership for a good 3 years . Service department has improved . Charisse is one of the best .Sales department manager is a joke . Couldn’t even offer me blue book value for my Car (2019 Hellcat). Which is in excellent shape. They are willing to let customers walk because they want to rob people with lowball offers.If you are looking to sell your vehicle here or trade in . Look elsewhere.

Car battery was dead. Battery still under warranty with Jeep. So I drove the battery there to exchange it. Arrived at service center. Service agent wanted my vehicle there to change/test battery.So what you want me to do is call a tow truck and spend extra money to get my vehicle towed to your business rather than just test/exchange the battery which was already with me at your place of business. Youre agents couldnt even check to see if the battery was good at to your service center. They basically told me no vehicle, no help. All I wanted was to check my battery and exchange it if it was bad but noooo, that was too much to ask for.Took it to AutoZone to get checked since it was too much effort for your service agents.We are a military family so we move constantly and have had our vehicle serviced at many Jeep dealerships. This is our first negative experience with a Jeep dealer.
Looked at several cars. Really liked the Challenger. Looks more like the original body design than the Charger. As a child of the 60s I remember wanting to drive a Mopar car more than anything else. I owned a 68 Barracuda 383 Formula S convertible, Dodge Coronet 440 Michigan State Police car, and 72 Dodge Charger 383 like they used in the original Dukes of Hazard. Wish I still had the Barracuda. It ate up every car in its path. One of only a few Formula S convertibles made.
Service advisor was very communicative throughout the whole waranty repair process. Even texted me photos of the process to keep me updated. My vehicle was ready in no time.
These guys were awesome I got Mark great guy and he really made it all a smooth process. Even thought I was being a little difficult he helped me to get the best price I could. Calvin helped me out on the financing issue and helped me find a coverage that was within my budget overall would buy from these guys again .
Found the Jeep we wanted online, filled out paperwork, got approved, but we live over 6 hours away. The day we were supposed to head to San Antonio we were notified that someone else was interested in the Jeep. They had not even filled out a credit application, but we were told they couldnt hold the vehicle. Very unprofessional, especially since our financing was already in place and ready to go. All we had to do is sign the paperwork.

Went in for a test drive on a Ram 1500. Mark Carney was great and spent plenty of time with us even knowing we were headed to other makers to test drive them as well. Ended up going back that night to drive a different RAM and to have my wife try it out. Mark was again great to work with. We ended up walking away with a new 1500.Jump forward a day, and we found a bug in the radio. Mark asked us to bring it right in (plus we were getting running boards out on). He took care of everything. When they ended up having to order additional parts, he drove me hone and then next day brought the truck to the house.This guy should be the example of how to treat your customers. He was never pushy, never did we feel pressured, and he definitely knows his stuff.
Our salesman was okay but the rest of the buying experience was a joke. High pressure sales tactics, no dealer follow through, extremely poor communication after the sale. This was my first time working with this dealership and it will certainly be my last. My new Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle needed a small replacement interior panel due to a manufacturing defect. Over two months of waiting, calling the dealership, calling the salesman for updates and I haven’t heard a word from them. They got the new vehicle sale and obviously that was all they were interested in.What ever happened to customer service and customer retention? All this dealership is concerned with is making a buck and pressuring you into leaving them a good corporate review.
There is a great Service advisor that ensures customers are treated fairly and their cars get taken care of and it’s Allen. If you guys go there I highly recommend you ask for him to help you on the service drive. Thank you!
Very professional! Wonderful customer service. I would love to see them build an inside play area for the kiddos though, while vehicle is getting worked on or something. It would be a great help for parents who bring their toddlers with, like myself. Maybe a play table with crayons and books would be nice.
Salesman named Hector (Bo) was very nice to work with. He did his best to help us find middle ground and get the vehicle I wanted. Be aware that the price listed on the vehicle does not include a $1,500 reconditioning fee. Negotiations do occur so there is a chance to talk down the extra fees added in.
