The guys at this shop are very kind and patient. They took my car in the same day I called for a transmission flush and it was finished in less than three hours. I will go back here and recommend to others.

This was my first visit to this shop. I bought a newer car for myself and this shop was suggested to me. And when I went there just to double check on my alignment they did such a great job checking to make sure that everything else was good. And when their multi point inspection was finished I got an email and a text saying what they sound. And they went over it with me and made some suggestions. I would definitely recommend coming here. I went in for my vehicle overheating, and I also wanted to finally fix my AC. I saved up 1,000 over the last couple months to spoil myself and get this fixed. They fixed a hose that was preventing the coolant from cooling my engine. They ran a diagnostic and said there wasn’t anything wrong with my ac that it just needed Freon. I then let them know that we had a guy fill it up twice and it only lasts a few hours. I didint understand everything they told me. In the end all they did was put Freon. I paid $746.00 for this. Went to go help my dad move his things to storage and in 3 hours my ac was not blowing cold air. 3 hours. I called and they said to bring it back in so they can check it with a UV light. They said my vehicle needed to be run under pressure to see if there was a leak. No one told me that there was a chance this would happen. They just made it seem like my vehicle was 100% fixed. Now when I went back in the next morning, I needed an appointment and said they wouldn’t charge me for testing but I would be charged for man labor and whatever else they find wrong with it. $746 down the drain. Just to have a hose and Freon put in. Please ladies if you don’t understand their lingo bring someone who does. I took my vehicle to Santone Auto and he diagnosed and fixed my issue in 24 hours. It was the ac condenser. I told him I didn’t understand anything and he broke it down for me so that I can. I absolutely hate when people take advantage of you and your situation. I’m out $746 because of let’s do the bare minimum people I went to, to service my vehicle.

Another chain had told me I needed my brakes replaced as they were at 2mm. Went to meineke for inspection and replacement. Meineke told me brake pads were at 4 and 6mm. Time to start thinking about replacement. Saved me some money today. Will still have to pay it, but have a chance to prepare.

Staff was excellent and informative. Work was done on time and has resulted in much improved driving. Have great confidence in this company.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I suggest highly to call and schedule appt. They get pretty busy and trying to accommodate everyones needs can get pretty hectic. Im a Lyft driver and it was my first time using the open Bay discount but I saw an additional $15 for services that were listed in the package deal. Im currently investigating it. First time going there. Ive been in customer service too long to expect customer service at a garage because it shouldnt be what theyre trained in primarily. I did have a phone call in the middle of the oil change and tire rotation where the person who called me tried to use keywords from what they were told from the mechanic instead of understanding and conveying what was going on. Which ended up making me rush back to make sure they were working on my car then not somebody elses. The normal auto mechanic garage chain sales events happened where they advise you on getting additional things which upselling is how you make money.

Not to sound cliche but these guys care. Owner runs a great, clean shop. Waiting area is present, free coffee and TV. I was getting my vehicle straight piped and while they charged more than previous times, I dont mind paying because of the quality of work they provide. Ill recommend this place to anyone and they have earned my repeat business.

This shop is the best mechanic I have ever been to. They are honest and fair and look for ways to make the repairs needed at the most economical way. I never have to worry about being taken advantage of. A must use.

This is a great place went to 4 mechanics before them for a problem with my window. No one could fix it. Their name popped up when I was looking for electrical mechanics. I was like oh yeah meineke. Couldnt believe I didnt think of them. I have three more things I need repaired on my car. I will be back. These are the go to guys. I will not be going to other mechanics again. They are good at what they do.

Im going to update my review, because its been about 9 months since my last visit. I made an early appointment and the first thing I saw was a gentleman that greeted me at the door and politely asked me to come on in. My oil change and AC check were about maybe 1 hr tops? I live in the Dallas area, and on my way to San Antonio my car started making troubling noises. The team at Meineke was great, Daniel provided excellent service and Roger the technician did a very thorough and professional job fixing the issue. On top of it all - the price was fair!Highly recommended!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATION!!!! They unplugged my compressor and tried to charge me over $700.00 to put a new one in. They told me my compressor was bad, and they would have to order one. I asked them to complete my FREE OIL CHANGE and tell me what was wrong with my car because it we kicking back when I pressed the gas. They did over $2000.00 of work on my vehicle without my consent. Then they refused to give me my vehicle back. I was forced to get a loan to get my car back, and they didn’t even fix the one problem I asked about. I was having a kickback which ended up being fixed by getting a tuneup at a different shop. They were going to charge me an extra $1700.00 when all I needed was a tuneup. I’m in the process of getting a lawyer now.

The general manager is very well informed, pleasant, and the the team as a whole were very thorough.

The staff was very professional, very polite. They took care of the problems quickly and efficiently so I did not have to wait long at all.Thank all of you!

I drive an older car that I have maintained over the years, so when I moved to SA I needed a great place that didn’t over charge. Well I found it at this location! There was something weird going on with the car this last time, and instead of doing a bunch of unnecessary things, they took a couple days, thought about it (since of course the car wasn’t doing it for them) and finally fixed the problem! A couple months prior they did the same for my air conditioning! I will keep going to these guys for my car needs!

This place is great. Kind and friendly. I had an appointment at 8am and they instantly started on my car. I didnt know I had tears on my air filter. I didnt know my brake pads were close to needing to be replaced. I didnt know my brake light was out. Adriana at the desk was very knowledgeable and explained probably more then necessary. Even showed me pictures of the issues. Although I may have spent a tad more then planned, the time spent with me and my car was so worth it. Car drives better and Im a very happy customer.

I have taken my car here twice due to my warranty recommending them. Both times they have given me false reports on what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. The recent event they told me i needed about 2000 dollars worth of work. I took to a mechanic that i knew personally and they told me out of the 3 repairs they said i needed only one was true... took to firestone with the paperwork meineke gave me and they stated i only needed one repair which only cost about 400. I will not be taking my vehicle back. Would give a lower review if possible

Extremely nice, Daniel the owner was very pleasant and even got my vehicle towed over there.. price is a bit on the higher side. But you get what you pay for so I’d rather pay a bit more to get someone certified and knowledgeable working on my vehicle

The Hispanic girl at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. No greeting when I came through the door. She didn’t explain the services. She didn’t acknowledge me and had attitude. Then when my car was done she says, “ You ready to go”. Worst experience ever. From her unprofessionalism I won’t be back nor would I recommend this place. She needs customer service skills.

The staff is friendly and professional, the waiting area is comfortable and clean. The women’s restroom was surprisingly clean for similar type service centers. They have a kids play table and children’s books as well as magazines for their customers in the waiting room. A previous review mentioned a bad smell, my experience today was no smell or odor at all, smells fresh and looks clean. I’m happy with my experience.

The service was exceptional, from the receptionist to mechanic. I’ve been to numerous mechanics regarding my check engine light. Edward was the first mechanic to advise me that my car had an Federal Emissions Warranty on my Dodge Charger & that I should go to the dealership. Went to the Dodge dealership as soon as I left Meineke & Dodge have my appointment set for Monday to fix the problem. For Edward honestly, I’ll definitely go back to them for other services. Took a Civic for an oil change. That went great. They advised engine mounts were getting worn, which I was already aware of when I purchased the vehicle, but I do appreciate them mentioning it. Knocked a star because I was advised they could do it for about $1000. I mean really? On a Honda lol? The part is $75. Or about $130 for OEM mounts. The job literally only needs a breaker bar and something to support the engine up. The mounts are held on by a couple of screws. Otherwise great place for tires, rotation, fluids, etc.

So nice and really care about you and your vehicle. If you dont understand what is being done they will show you a video on exactly what they are doing, quote you a price and show you the parts they replaced. I will go here for now on because of this service. By the way I have firestone is in my backyard but I will make the trip to Meineke because of the service.
