Tom and staff have always been very helpful and responsive. For many years (10+) I have been a State Farm customer (through his office) for Car Insurance (multiple cars), Life Insurance (multiple policies including kids and now grand kids), Retirement (IRA) and Renters Insurance. When I have had to file claims, it has been very easy and resolved within a short period of time. Tom or one of his staff members will follow up/touch base with me about every 6 months to let me know of any suggestions on my policies I might be interested in. In the past, the only rate increases are when I add or change my policies.

I have used Tom for renters insurance the last 4 years. As I am transitioning to making my first home purchase, he has made the process so smooth in working with my lender and myself.He takes the time to really breakdown in detail each part of your policy to ensure you know exactly what is covered.
