Where to begin this *amazing service* review. There are no words to express how grateful I am for Amanda Solizs commitment to our needs and requests. We are buying a new home, renting the current one and looking to bundle everything. But let me tell you, I am a bottom-line woman and I want to understand the ins and outs of details. She went above and beyond, stayed hours past her closing time and kept me on the phone to walk me through it all. She changed and made multiple proposals/estimates and was so helpful. She followed up and followed through. She is GOLD!! Thank you, Amanda; you went above and beyond and we will forever be grateful. We still have some things to accomplish in this adventure and I am so grateful to know I will have someone to touch base with and know everything will be taken care of.

Ryan was great. He stayed online with me and my nationwide agency and my mortgage company, so we could cancel it on my old policy and let my Morgage know I was changing insurance. Amanda provided me with excellent customer service, fast to respond to all my questions, she clearly knows what she is doing, she is a pleasure to speak with, and the quotes she provided were considerably lower than I was paying someplace else. I worked with Luis Morales. He was very professional and answered all my questions very friendly and even when I didnt understand something about my policy he would respond back to me ASAP. I will be recommending him to my family and friends as well. He is such a great person to do business with for your auto insurance thank you Luis for everything you are such a blessing to us.

I called in to follow up on written correspondence that I received for a homeowners quote. I spoke to Carlos Gonzalez, an agent in the office, he was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain insurance coverage and the best limits available. I am grateful to this agent. I was helped by Ms. Clarissa & she was so helpful & sharp (She didnt ask anything irrelevant ) which in turn sped up the process! She took her time finding an affordable premium for me. She went ahead & tried to help me with the cancellation process with my current insurances. I never had any agents who offered to do it together with me. I was helped by Carlos, I didn’t know much about insurance going in but he was able to help educate me on the types of coverages that fit what I would need and made everything so simple. I work a lot and he was able to work with my schedule to make sure I was taken care of he made the process for getting home and auto insurance so easy. I have had Allstate in the pass we had three cars for $99, unfortunately in 2008 I believe, I was on some medication that left me confused in many ways and I forgot to pay the bill for six months... so we lost service, but now I finally got back with Allstate the bill is high right now but I’m sticking with Allstate because this is a company that I love and respect and they have helped me tremendously during my hard times as well this is a good company ...I would highly recommend Allstate for your vehicles and Home or Rental insurance..

So over the passed week Ive gone back and forth with Fernando Mornin, different cars adding people ect. He was just simply amazing! The perfect example of what one would expect to get from customer service! He was so nice! Knowledgable!
