I put in a claim for a small accident that happened in December 2020. I got an estimate from Alamo Height Collision Center and sent it to State Farm. After the work was done and paid for I discovered that the work was of extremely poor quality. I went back to the shop to request for the job to be done properly based on the warrantee that I was given in writing at the time I picked up my vehicle. The guarantee was not honored. I then contacted State Farm to notify them as well as to assist me in getting the shop to honor their warrantee. Thats when I discovered that Alamo Heights Collision Center was on State Farms black list and therefore do not endorse or recommend the shop. Information that State Farm failed disclose at the time I sent the estimate. My vehicle is still damaged and I get no help from State Farm unless I pay for another $500 in deductable and a new claim. I will cancel all my State Farm policies as soon as possible.

Transferred to Terry Randle’s agency from another agency and have been taken care of and his team made sure to overview my policy and made changes that were beneficial to me! Great service! Every representative is friendly and extremely informative, would highly recommend.

This agency is not capable of handling insurance matters. The representatives are not knowledgeable about the information theyre giving out and has resulted in a discrepancy so bad that Im being charged an extra two hundred dollars every month bringing my total to 537 dollars a month for 2 cars. If you choose state farm at all. Dont pick this agency!
