When was the last time you tuned up your vehicle insurance coverage. We tune up our cars or trucks so they can drive smooth and problem free plus it increases the longevity of the vehicle. Well thats what I did recently when I went by my Allstate agents office. One of our vehicles incurred some damage earlier this month and I needed their professional recommendation and feedback on this problem. I met with Associate and Sales Producer Ms. Kelly Bigliaxzzi who was extremely helpful. We discussed the damaged car problem but more important she assessed the Liability coverage that we currently have on all three of our vehicles. For a slight monthly premium increase which I agreed to we now have a lot more Liability coverage beyond the State minimum requirements and peace of mind in case we are ever involved in a vehicle incident. As a long standing Allstate customer since 1976, I am very grateful to have a professional agent such as Mr. Ralph Pena and his associates like Kelly Bigliaxzzi looking out for me and my family. So for the New Year do yourself and your family a favor take charge and review your insurance policies because you may need a Tune Up and not know about it.

They responded to my emails right away, answered all my questions, and helped me get an additional discount on my auto insurance. When my rate went up later on, they werent able to do anything, however.
