The representative I spoke with was very good and updated my policy.
Due to the nature of changes to my policy, it was becoming cumbersome to complete it online or over the phone. I decided to go to this local Geico office. Lluvia was extremelly helpful, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to make sure my policy. was updated properly!
Generally a good insurance agency. Not the best not the worst. Some employees can be rude, but not all. Would expect better quality for what I paid but I moved on to another agency .I did happen to meet the Geico herp., and he is a nice Chap. His office however was a bit cramhere. A Lot of flies in there........

Have an existing Home policy for a few years with this office, but this year the price jumped up on me. I spoke with Edward in the home Department and he looked at other options. I was tempted to look around, but Edward got back to me quickly and had a better quote for me. Home insurance rates have goneUp over the past few years, but Edward was very Knowledgeable and provided me with a great price.

👌 My husband and I had set up a meeting with Rod for the first time for today and it was one amazing experience. He was very knowledgeable, he explain things so that we could understand it like neither one of us have ever had before. We have our car insurance with four cars with him, umbrella policy, rental property, homeowners insurance, extra on jewelry and more. Explain so that I can understand it how it ties together, this was so very helpful and we will be able to share this with others. He tweaked our policies and explained why they work together and how they do to be the best plan for it for us after Clarifying a few things before making those suggestions. Easy smooth and very professional
Im shopping primarily for a policy with the lowest cost due to my budget. I requested a quote at the cost of a hard inquiry on my credit rating, which may be standard im not sure. The quote Geico insisted Id be happy with was disappointing. I modified the suggested policy to the cheapest possible plan and the price was $117 a month. Later I received a quote from a competitors website, without a credit inquiry, for $101 a month which I accepted. No hard feelings towards Geico at this time. Starting the very next day I began receiving calls and emails from Geico saying youre missing out on the lowest priced policies, yadda yadda yadda. I decided to hear what the representative had to offer, but she started asking questions as if starting a brand new quote, and it was not for verification purposes. I decided to cut the process short and politely ended the call. Yet I still continued to receive phones calls from Geico for at least a month. Sometimes as late as 10pm, I was often hung up on after receiving the call. After getting extremely agitated I chose to just ignore the calls instead of responding in anger.
Marybelle is great at what she does. She knows her coverages, extremely patient and very nice. Couldn’t ask for a better agent!
The woman who I have seen over and over again at the front desk is so nice and friendly! She makes it so easy to go in and pay and not dread having to take care of a bill.

I just locked my keys in my trunk, and went to the app’s roadside assistance option. Got a call after about 2 minutes saying that a locksmith was on the way and it was totally covered under my insurance. When I got the insurance I actually called Allstate first and was quoted literally double the price as geico and it wasn’t full coverage. I’m so thankful that the geico agent (can’t remember her name now unfortunately) went the extra mile to look into the prices for full coverage.Initially I left 5 stars, but as I’ve been waiting for the locksmith I’ve had some hiccups. He hadn’t shown up for over an hour, so I called the company (pop a lock I believe is the name) and they said he has a flat tire he’s fixing and would call me with the new ETA. 30 minutes go by with no call, so I call the company again to see if they can just send a different person out and the woman on the phone was being rude and short with her answers- very clearly irritated to be hearing from me again. I actually had to tell her to stop being rude, and now almost 2 hours have gone by and I haven’t gotten any calls about the locksmith or his eta.

Excellent customer Service, easy to sign up for coverage and affordable rates. Ive been with Farmers for several years, after adding a 3rd vehicle to my policy our premium doubled therefore i had no choice but to shop. I filled out application online with Geico, received a call the next day and was signed up in no time. My premium with 3 vehicles with Geico is less than my premium with Farmers for 2 vehicles for the same exact coverage. Truck struck with rock. Damage was a quarter size star on driver side windshield. Took vehicle for seal to damaged area to prevent windshields further damage. Cost approximately $65. When repairman called GEICO for authorization to seal damage was informed that I had been selected randomly for inspection of damage before repair could be authorized. I relayed to claims rep that should windshield shatter before repair then my cost would be $250 deductible and GEICO would still pay $65. Total cost of windshield would be approx $315. Have her a GEICO insured for seven years with no claims. Changed home and auto insurance based on principal.

Charged me $50 more on my monthly billing than they said they would. They are lying to their customer about the price just to sell another policy.This is not the way to start a reliable relation.I suggest you check carefully what they try sell you.

I was a bit frustrated with Geico after my rates increased after renewal due to my driving record although it had been the same for the past two years. But against my better judgment I renewed my policy anyway. It wasnt until we got into an accident just a week later that I realized I made a MAJOR mistake. It the beginning we couldnt get a call back to even acknowledge our claim but it took 13 days to even get setup with an adjuster. We moved forward with our claim through Geico because the other drivers insurance was no better. We final get on track, our at least I thought, and then I found out the want top use plays from a salvage yard despite manufacturers and mechanics advising against these procedures. It is unsafe to us as drivers but could also be a problem to others on the road. After expressing our concern to Geico they said thats not their issue. I have never experienced more rude service with the company Im paying to insure my vehicle and home. Ive had disappointment after disappointment with them and they only care about the money. They will fix your car the CHEAPEST way possible even if that means using poor quality parts and poor mechanics just to save themselves money.

If I could leave zero I would. I put in a quote online. I requested a call back. One person offered a price that was $35 over 2 other companies so I declined and I thought that was it. I am now getting calls every day 2-3 times a day from the same person to give them a call about the quote. I will never get Geico after the harassing calls
