Update: I received a phone call today with a better explanation to my questions after writing this review.David was very helpful during the initial conversation to SELL me a policy. But as Ive had other insurance needs and questions, the responses with these one-liner emails that are not very helpful. I think Ill be taking my insurance needs elsewhere.
