I didnt know farmers bureau had local locations here in san antonio, I didnt even know my original agent was in Pharr, tx. lol 😆 Will that guy quit and the new people did not seem like a good fit for my new policy. My mother and I shared a policy for many years (with Met-Life, and then AARP-The Hartford). She recently died and I informed The Hartford and requested the policy be put in my name. They canceled the policy and gave me a quote that was more than twice as much as the shared policy with my mother. They said, Its because youre not an insured policy holder. What?!?! AARP, The Hartford wanted to charge me more than triple the amount for nearly the same coverage (for 1 year), that I now have with Texas Farm Bureau. Thank you, Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company!
