Lisa the manager is a crook. They made a mistake on my policy and a she admitted it, sent me an email and begged me to give them another chance. I requested a refunded based on their companies mistake and error and she refused. She know she is wrong and they totally took advantage of me. Do NOT use this company. I finally smarted up and am leaving them with all my business. No customer service and doing what’s right by the customer.
