We are a tenant that just moved into a rental home and have put in a work request for our oven. They came quickly, worked quickly, and were very polite. If I ever need appliance work that is not covered by my rental company then this would be the first place I would contact.

Coopers service is exemplary. His clear knowledge and literal decades of experience shine through here. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable; Cooper gets the job done and in an expeditions manner! I would absolutely use his service and wholeheartedly recommend him.

This guy is rude. Very trying bogard his business. Even though I told him he was not needed I accidently put the wrong item that needs to be fixed and his services were not needed.

I first used Mr. Cooper for a dishwasher repair, and he promptly fixed the problem that three repairmen could not previously fix. Now I use him for all appliances, and he doesnt overcharge at all, plus truly fixes the issue. He even came back out to double check a job for free, to make sure it wasnt the newly replaced parts fault, and gave me his assessment. I highly recommend Cooper Appliance!!!

Stay Away from this business. Its been over a month and a half and this small probably one man shop has not fixed my microwave oven. He never answers phone calls. When you call always goes to voicemail. Returns calls after a few days you have left messages. Goes out of town on holidays and does not bother tell you as a professional courtesy. Returned my calls after a week. Twice did this within a month Spring break and Easter. Poor experience.

Always on time with reasonable repair prices

Fixed the refrigerator in my rental property in a timely fashion and was willing to negotiate the price a bit. Great Service.
