We have used Classic for our AC/heater maintenance for a few years. They are very professional and responsive. And most importantly I trust what they tell me. Jeff was our tech on our most recent visit and he did a great job explaining what he had done and what needed to be done in the future.

His quick response and professionalism was amazing, too. He knew exactly what the issue was, and fixed it. The other A/C Company that came out, basically put a bandaid, on a major issue. Service was great, installation took all day. Technician was very competent, informed us all the way. Cost was very high and new work cost more than initially communicated. $99 for a thermostat is too high. Job could not be completed in a day due to flood stop installation. I have not received any manuals or warranty documentss and I want you to send those to me.

My coil went out in my air conditioning unit. Classic air conditioning service was referred to me by a friend. They came out very quickly and were able to get the parts replaced under warranty without me even having any paperwork for it. They were knowledgeable, fast, affordabe and friendly.

I had our new unit installed by classic air September 2017. My utility bill has dropped in half, and they always follow up to see how we are doing. Very happy with the experience from start to finish.
