Came out to Twin Buttes for some 4x4 and got stuck call them and Bubba came out to help got it out no problems really easy going person willing to work with us to get the truck out

Our motor home broke down in San Angelo. Tow truck driver got us to a safe place to dry camp for the night. The next day Southern Industrial prioritized getting us back on the road. The guys were some of the nicest and most professional people weve ever dealt with. They diagnosed the problem, told us our options, and then did the work as quickly as possible so we could be on our way fast.

The employees at southern industrial, are some of the most kind hearted, down to earth people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Everyone there did what they could to inform me and help me to insure I’d never get towed again. Dusty and his wife Terry are incredibly easy to talk to. Going to only be taking my business to southern industrial for their southern hospitality

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! Don’t do business with this company unless you want to lose money. Very disappointed in this company how they lied to get more money. They charged me an extra $400 from the estimated price that was given to me. I don’t understand how they can get away with this. $937.75 to move a tractor trailer 4.7 miles. Yes that is correct 4.7 miles.You will be dealing with thieves. Make up charges like re-positioning the truck an charge $200 extra dollars for moving the truck 20 feet. Not to mention they include a hourly rate that they don’t tell you about till the end. Use at your own risk. You have been warned. Don’t be taken advantage of.

This Towing Company is amazing!!! On Friday night l hit a deer seventy-five miles from San Angelo. The first company want $635 in cash to come get enough and did not want to use my insurance!! Yes, $635 in cash!! The second place wanted $245 and did not want to use my insurance. When l called Mr. Dusty, he asked,Did you kill it when l told him l hit a deer! He made me smile and l knew he was the one. He was there in an hour and a half to get me and brought me home safely. He also keep my car for free until l could get in touch with insurance company.and he did not charge me anything and is getting paid by my insurance company. Southern Industrial Towing is an amazing company and if you are ever in need of a tow, you can not go wrong using them!! Thank you so much Mr. Dusty, you are truly an amazing man!!!

IF YOUR VEHICLE ISNOT LOADED ON THE BACK OF THEIR TRUCK THEY CAN NOT CHARGE YOU A “DROP FEE”.I was charged a $125 “drop fee” for my vehicle when it was not even fully hooked up and ready for towing by these crooked tow truck drivers and it wasn’t till later when I went home did I discover that legally as stated on the tdlr.texas.gov website they should have let me drive away for free since I arrived BEFORE they had my vehicle hooked up. I’ll be taking them to court.

Terry, the Secretary, was very efficient and fast in helping customers (me) in a difficult time when my vehicle broke down. She is the first point of contact for the company and demonstrated her ability to make a good impression of the company. She kept her promises and arranged everything to go smoothly and promptly for the whole towing process. Walter was a very good and courteous driver. He was prompt and did his work with a positive. attitude. The price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Our vehicle broke down with transmission issues after auto-shops in San Angelo had closed, so I called Southern Industrial for their advice on where would be best to take it so we wouldn’t have to tow again in the morning. The owner recommended a good honest shop that was best for our needs despite the fact that they themselves do auto work In-house. When it turned out the next day that we needed to tow the vehicle back home, Bubba came to do the job and was very professional, kind and efficient. Thanks to all y’all at Southern Industrial for helping those in need !

Great man, great family and great company. First time being in San Angelo and wasn’t off to a great start, due to our truck breaking down on the side of the road. We called up Southern Industrial Towing and told them our problem and they said Dusty is heading our way. Got there in 10 minutes helped us out with our situation and showed us great hospitality in HIS town. This is one of the most respectable and genuine human beings I’ve ever met. I highly recommend calling Southern Industrial Towing if you end up on the side of the road with car problems. Vote Dusty for Sheriff!

Extortion and threatening. Our truck was left without power and they came without us giving them an address. (They got it from another trucking company) a friend in a suddenlink truck towed us and when this company came out they said they were going to call suddenlink to get our friend fired for “illegally” helping us. He demanded $200 for the service call which we never asked for and threatened to call the police. Please stay away from this shady company. They prey on people in need.

Disgusting business practices. Make you sign an empty invoice while promising one price, you get another huge bill in the mail later already sent to collections. If you dont give them money they threaten to call the police and make up lies.

Terrible, abusive, and unjust people!!!! they say they will charge you an amount for a tow and make driver sign a blank invoice and 2 days later they want to charge you 3 times more for a tow?!?!? and if you dont pay they make you have a hard time and make you pay more.. and If you do pay they still give you the hardest time ever if you dont want to fix your equipment with them.. I do not recommend them at all!!! If you dont believe me go ahead.. use them!!!

$580.00 just to use a winch to pull my truck backwards. They didnt even have to tow it. 15 minutes of work cost me 1 weeks pay. Feels like i helped them more than they helped me.
