So i waited 3 hours for a tow truck that never even arrived, or bothered to call me to tell me they werent even coming...called my insurance back for my roadside service and they sent a driver my way from eddys towing, these guys got there in less than 10mins, communicated with me when leaving his home and was just overall a awesome person on scene.i believe his name was nick, super quick like the stuff you see in nascar shows, had my vehicle loaded and off to the mechanic shop off of Martin Luther king Dr.the awesome thing about all this, when he got off his truck, he introduced him self by saying, hello, my name is nick and im going to be your tow truck driver today! which i thought was hilarious and after my experience i needed the laugh, but still very professional as he had me get in the tow truck passenger side so i would be safely tucked away from on coming traffic, which was a huge plus!!10/10 i would recommend these guys to anyone!!Thank you again Nick for the wonderful service.sincerelythe grey 2002 Chevy caviler owner

I had a doctor appointment this morning and was running late. I noticed I was low on gasoline but knew I had enough for my husband to fill up while I was at my appointment. He was going to sit with our 3 kiddos while I was at the appointment. I made the huge mistake of parking on a slant so it registered as there being no gas in the tank. After my appointment I made another mistake of charging my phone in the car and draining the battery! I needed my phone to keep in contact with my car insurance provider and because I have kids! My husband left me with gasoline and I told him to head back to work and I would handle everything else through insurance. My insurance provider said they “couldn’t find anyone”- I also noticed that my phone was dying again so decided to pack up my kiddos and head into the doctors office to charge it or use a phone. It was 51 degrees and raining outside! As we were crossing the parking lot with our umbrellas clashing (7 year old, 6 year old and 2 year old) one of my kiddos dropped a toy animal in the road. I noticed a man in a tow truck coming our way so didn’t want the kids being in his way as he passed. We were waiting to go get the toy when the man hops out of his truck in the cold rain and grabs it for us! He handed it to my son and said “I know what it’s like to lose a toy.” I thought “Wow, that is so nice and what is the coincidence that a man in a tow truck helped us get a toy out of the rain?!” I didn’t think he was there to help US because my insurance provider kept sending me texts that they couldn’t find anyone yet to service our van. We finally got all of our umbrellas closed and into the doctors office. I immediately got a call from a man asking if I was the woman who had just crossed the lot with her kids, because he was there to help us! He jumped off our van off very quickly- told me to go ahead and get the kids loaded up so they could keep warm. He said he would follow me to the nearest gas station to make sure we were okay. I filled up on gas and asked him his name because I’m sure I missed it from being so flustered. He said his name is Nick. I am so happy with the service Nick provided for us today. It was a very rough morning with me making 2 bad decisions in a row, that ended up leaving us stranded in the cold rain! Nick helped us and in less than 15 minutes we were on our way. This guy is exceptional. If you’re stranded, call Eddys Towing! They turned our day around! Thanks Nick!

Super quick and very attentive service!

I needed a vehicle towed approximately 4 mines. I called three other companies before I called Eddys, and all were higher by $15.00 or more, and could not get there until much later that afternoon. I then called Eddy and he stated he could be there in thirty minutes. Done. Ill use him again if I ever need a wrecker.
