This company, specifically the property management group is one of the worst I have ever worked with. For being a local company with the owners name on the business I would hope their customer service was better. Renters beware! Before getting into anything with Dierschke & Dierschke understand they are nearly impossible to get in contact with but IF you do you will quickly see they are extremely disorganized, untimely and just frankly lack professionalism - local or not. Sadly, go with the big corporation, youll be glad you did. A one star rating is generous, trust me.

I am currently renting a property with y’all. I have been calling for weeks to try to get information about renewing my lease and cannot get any assistance. I’ve called multiple times and have gotten voicemails and was told that the property managers are not available. The times I have talked to someone, they take my information and say they will reach out to the owner and get back to me. It has been a full week since I have talked to someone and still no response. We’ve decided to look elsewhere. So, I want to leave a formal notice that we will be vacating the property at the end of our lease. Please let me know what I need to do to get out FULL deposit back.

The folks at Dierschke go out of their way to make you feel at home. When it comes to purchasing, renting or just weighing your options they have the knowledge and answers. They stay on top of things and are very professional at what they do. The staff in the property management office has always gone out of their way to take care of all my needs. I appreciate all they do.

D&D for the past ~8 years has provided, to me, outstanding property management services for a single property I have in San Angelo. I use a different property management service for a property I have, not within Texas. This other business does provide a good service. However, they do not provide property management service nearly as well as D&D.. D&Ds service is simply much more all around polished, professional, reasonable with fees, and swift. I appreciate it. And, would recommend them to anyone.

I called and left messages and detailed voicemails for two weeks for Shannon (rental property manager) regarding a rental for our daughter. She did not return any of my calls until I called and left a message with the broker and then was extremely rude. We chose to look elsewhere.

Our experience so far has been far less than pleasant. Upon move in it seemed the only “cleaning” that had been done was removing the dust from the hard wood floors. It took over a month for maintenance to come fix the additional issues with the house and the only reason the issues were addressed was because we threatened to not pay rent for a half finished house. Even after that we are still waiting for them to pick up things from the property that do not belong to us that we requested removal over a month ago. We are ignored when attempting to make contact so I definitely would not recommend using this office for your renting needs based on our experience so far.

Dierschke & Dierschke, Relators … Number 1!!!$

We rented a place that the previous tenants did not treat very well nor did they report some of the issues. Dierschke has done a great job in resolving all of these issues with little work on our part!

I have been renting from them for over 2 years now. And with every property there are going to be issues from time to time. Sometimes just from the age of the home or because your children pulled a little to hard on a string to turn on a light. I can tell you any time Ive had one Ms. Genene Baker made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. It has been so amazing to have her managing this property. The other day my house started to flood and she had someone to my house within mins to turn the water off, someone here to get the water up, carpets cleaned and replaced what the water had come in contact with she herself was to the house within moments as well. All the maintenance people I have came in contact with have all be great. I have had a wonderful experience with them. So grateful to have such a wonderful team on my side when it comes to renting.

I Have been dealing with this company now for more the 12 years. they have never disappointed me. always dependable honest and they get things done. Aaron, Oleida (bless her heart), and the other staff have been very pleasant to deal with. they keep my properties rented and keep me informed of all my properties concerns. I highly recommend this company.

Honest and fair. They can help buy or sell a home. They also have a nice selection of rental properties. I would recommend them, especially Billy Park, as the go to for real estate in this area.

Ive been using Aaron Nelson for about 2 years now. My objective with rental property investing is to create a passive income stream, and Ive been able to accomplish this goal because of Aaron. Aaron makes decisions and takes care of problems before I even know there was a problem. If you want true mailbox money, then hire Aaron as your property manager.

Gotta be the biggest joke, will 100% rob you or your money & won’t ever give you your full deposit back. Do not rent through this place college students!!!I’m honestly just so appalled about how many times I’ve heard them doing this very thing. They try to scam & take every dime they can from you. They don’t care about you or “the customer” & will always give an excuse to why something “is the way it is.” AGAIN COLLEGE STUDENTS STAY AWAY.

Quick and efficient realtors, Jennifer Smith sold us the house, a year and a half later we had Teri Covert sell it for us...IN A DAY! I would definitely recommend this company.

All I can say is that if you are thinking of renting from these people make sure to take note of every detail on the inspection sheet they give you to give back to them. Also somehow to clean an empty house that has already been precleaned upon move out they will charge you close to $350 when talking to the cleaning lady should have only been $100. Husband sent in his orders from the military for proof of reasoning behind breaking the contract only to be told he had sent it to the wrong department there causing us to lose our deposit.They will use any excuse to keep your money.

As previously stated in past reviews, the rental company keeping the deposits, being vague about the damage notation sheet, and keeping a months rent for 1 day of living in a place, this company is not one I think others should do business with and the point me writing this is to hopefully warn others that are considering using this company, also please spread the word on the Military Spouses pages so others are put in financial hardship from this companythanks for reading and good luck

Dierschke & Dierschke REALTORS has managed my rental properties for approximately 2 years and I am very pleased. They have rented the properties for us for very good money and have kept them rented.

I went through dierschke to get my first home. Before signing the lease agreement. I explained in extreme detail that i was in the oilfield and that i would hardley be home so i wouldnt be able to make rent on time at times. I was assured that it wouldnt be an issue as long as there was communication between the realator and myself. Awesome right?! Wrong..I was stuck at work in Hobbs, New Mexico and had called and informed my realator the situation and how i wouldnt be back intown til the 15th and i would be able to get the rent to her when i arrived into town. She said that was perfectly fine and that would work.I get into town and there is a note on me door stating we had 3 days to get out or they would file an eviction on us. I called and reminded her that we had spoke on the phone and she told me i was ok, but she said that she had spoke to the homeowner and they told her to give us the notice.. my deal is if you didnt run it by the owner, why would you tell me it was fine and basically lie to me?

My husband and I just moved to San Angelo and we went to Diershke for help but didnt get much of it I finally found a home to rent and was told I would need to put down a deposit to hold it. When I called the next day before I went all the was over there I was told the home was rent and goodbye.

Tom Maure with Dierschke & Dierschke, REALTORS was so wonderful to work with. He was patient, explained things fully, stayed on top of our situation, and returned calls and emails in a timely manner and was very wonderful to work with.

Met with a woman named Teri for a apartment. viweing. She last minute rescheduled for the next day. She was very nice overall, though she spoke quite square to us & we were very disappointed when she expressed that they do not accommodate for SD’s or ESA’s whatsoever.

The staff was helpful and really worked with me to close a deal

Ive bought many houses in my time and I have never had to be pre approved before a realtor would take me to look at houses. I understand if im asking to see houses $500,000 and up but im not. I called another realtor down the road and they were happy to help and didnt need me to be pre approved to show me some houses. Definitely missed out on a sale. Yalls loss. I would pass this realtor up theres better ones out there.

Dierschke & Dierschke, REALTORS will do whatever it takes to get you into a home. My realtor never gave up on me and I really appreciated that.
