I just have these pictures to say it all. The first picture (from Pinterest) is what I asked for. When I tried communicating to them that this is not what I wanted, I could tell they were getting irritated. I have a special event this weekend and I left very unhappy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Waited in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes. Salon wasn’t full. After we got seated, no one asked if we needed a drink, gave us a menu, or said a word. Our water was cold, and we couldn’t stand it anymore, so we had to ask for a towel and walk out. Never even got a pedicure, because the service was so poor.

Very friendly, throughout and professional—reasonable price. I recommend the #5 pedicure... the stone massage is quite nice. Comfortable seats and complementary beverages.

Ann and Don were top tier. They took their time with my nails, and did an amazing job! They were super friendly, and we had a great conversation. I would highly recommend. I’m from out of town, and I’m tempted to come back just for more mani-pedis! Lol.

3 of us went to get pedicures. They had they started the water right away and had techs for all of us. Partitions were up in between the chairs, and everything got cleaned before and after.

Great employees. I accidentally picked a mood changing nail color not knowing it would change depending on body temperature and I was very unhappy with the color, i went back an hour later to change the color and they did it FREE OF CHARGE. I tipped both nail techs of course and apologized to my initial nail tech because in the end it was my fault for not realizing it was a mood changing color. I felt awful for wasting their time but they were happy to help me change the color and were so friendly about it. This is my favorite nail place in San Angelo!

First time here. I only went here because it’s close to my work and I only have an hour for lunch. All I got was a manicure with shellac and it cost a whopping $30!! The guy didn’t even file my nails round. I have some square and others are all jagged. My polish is rough along the edges. As for the arm/hand massage, well, it could’ve been better. I really think that if the guy doing my nails hadn’t been so busy talking to one of the other employees, he could’ve done a better job at concentrating on my nails. I will definitely never come here again!

Paid $$50 for a set of short acrylics that are thick lumpy and none of my nails are the same shape 2 of them were so close the my cuticle they are already lifting and its been 3 days. Over priced for sure

I always go to fancy nails to get my fingers and toes done. Always do a fantastic job and seriously the best customer service in town. Highly recommend to anyone. 😁

The place was sort of busy when I arrive Friday afternoon for a basic pedicure,that takes about 20- 25 minuets once they start and continue not go off and attend to others things.The young woman understood very little English, it was hard to communication. She was rough and in a hurry, it was a sloppy job and she didn’t let nails dry,I had to go back after I paid her to redo one nail. total time spend there was way too long. Won’t go there again.

The tech that did my nails was extremely rude and kept talking about wanting to go home and drink. He cursed the entire time he was doing my nails. The time prior to this, I had another Male tech who rushed through putting my acrylic nails on. Well this past time, the tech noticed a fungus under my acrylic nail and asked where I went to get them done before. I told him it was another gentleman there and he said not to trust him. I have had acrylics for years and have never had these issues until I went here. Wish I could get my money back and definitely will not be returning!

If you are going to charge me $50 for a full set, make sure you use new nail boards on my nails. I don’t want an old nail board that was used on someone else.Also only did nails. Didn’t even cut cuticles or dead skin.Overpriced for what I got, which was acrylic nails with gel polish. Very disappointed.

If you decide to try this place you better have a recommendation on who to ask for- I had an older lady that took over an hour and a half for a polish change and cut down. She cut all of my nails with cuticle cutters rather than clippers or using a file and managed to cut huge chunks of skin underneath the nail. When I complained that my nails were triangular she either didnt understand or got upset. I finally gave up. I only wish I could upload a picture! I dont recommend this place.

Got a great pedi and was very pleased!

I was visited my granddaughters over Easter break and I treated them, their grandfather a mani pedi and I got a pedicure. I made appointment for the 4 of us at 6 o’clock, .We were all sitting in pedicure chairs and waited 15 minutes to do one and the rest of us waited longer. Girls got flowers on one toe and one finger, and I and husband didn’t get color not ever clear and they charged the same as with color, the girls color lasted one day and started chipping....walked out of there with a $200 bill...4 regular pedicures and 3 manicures one with no color...the massage on both was very quick for there was a few people waiting...I picked this place because it was convenient but I would never go back because I believe they overpriced for basic mani pedis.... overpriced by 100.00Sorry...

I went there because it was recommended by my coworkers and I was very disappointed. My nails were painted so bad that I had to go back several times to get them repainted. They kept rushing because they were busy. They fixed them for free buy it was an inconvenience to keep going back
