Nothing to rate. They served us well on the install but Dish chose to make me uninstall their equipment, box it for them and drive it to the UPS store and informed us if it wasnt returned on time wed be charged for all of its cost. Expected SNG to be the service when we stopped service. I expect I may bill them for my services. These companies need to learn that customers do not work for them.

SNG has done numerous satellite installs for my company. We are in the roofing business so we are always dealing with satellites. We always call SNG. They get the satellites hooked up and our customers happy. I would highly recommend this company. I remember on a Friday afternoon calling them about a satellite. Our customer wanted to make sure his TV was working for the Cowboy game. I called SNG and they went right out and got it done and the Cowboys won. Thanks SNG

From the moment my wife and I pulled up to SnG, we parked on the side of the building, we were given dirty looks by a lady that rudely stated “this is the employee parking, parking is up front”, come to find out it was Sandra Rodriguez. We then proceeded to walk inside where we were not greeted and when were finally asked, after about 5 minutes of standing around (mind you there were three employees, one of which was Sandra Rodriguez, in the store and no had a customer or a phone in their hands), the young gentleman softly said I can help you.The young gentleman, while shaking like a leaf on a tree and was jittery, was trying to help us but did not have a clue about any of the packages that we were asking him about. I finally got so disgusted and irritated I just told my wife let’s go.Everyone says “buy local”, why would you want to do that if customer service sucks so bad and people are so rude that you’d rather buy online.

We purchased a storage from them or at least Graceland. The SNG is a no go. It was not worth the money. We went with someone else.
