I absolutely love working through Spherion!!!!! I reached out to them and got a call back within 24 hours and had a job the next day. I explained to them the type of job I was looking for and the pay range I wanted to be in and within 48 hours I had a job and I absolutely love it. The women there are very professional and understanding towards your situation. This is an AMAZING staffing company to go through if you are in need of a job.

If youre desperate use them, but if you can find employment on your own do it. If they have hired you as a temp anywhere you will be locked in a probationary period you have no say in. They tell you when you get hired that they will be in contact with or that you can reach out to them, however that is just a front

Tried contacting office multiple times and left voicemails for 3 weeks. Husband finally convinced me to stop by and my rep didn’t even want to talk to me. So I spoke to a new rep and she gave me her card and ensures me I could call anytime... 🤨 they next day I finally received. Call for a position. Yay! But it only paid half of what we had previously discussed for my desired pay. The worst part is when the woman I was speaking to said I wasn’t qualified for any of the other jobs they sent my info to and that they all rejected my application because I didn’t have enough customer service experience. 😂 sounds good. But I know for a fact they just weren’t doing their job. My resume is nothing but customer service. Maybe if they stayed in contact with me throughout this process I would believe that excuse. Communication is key and they don’t have it. Please please don’t waste your time. They post jobs online that aren’t really available... yet. How does that work? 🧐 there are plenty of other places that do a far better job than Spherion. Stear clear of these guys.
