Came in for an oil change and filter change and got a free detailing. They checked all my fluids differentials and all. Im so impressed with the attention to detail that they gave me. They have gone above and beyond during my visit. I used to do all my business with Avis and now that its sold out to Valvoline they price jumped tremendously. I happen to pass by Kwik Kar and everyone on the staff treated me like I was royalty. It felt great to feel confident that a great job was dome on my vehicle. Id recommend them to anyone! Very reasonable on their prices too. FIVE STARS 🌟

Charged 100.00 for oil change,3 months ago same service 56.00.asked why increase was told price of oil went up. Prices are no longer listed outside,have to go inside to see price list. AVOID

Usually pretty happy with service, but this past visit, they didnt wipe down any of the interior(paid for people choice that should include interior) When I asked if they could wipe interior, the top of dashboard was the only thing that got wiped down.

I have used many times over the past 14 years with good results but went in for the basic wash and clean on Friday. Good outside wash but inside was poorly cleaned. Good job on mats & glass, vacuum not thorough and the rest of the interior was the worst I have ever experienced at any car wash

They stole wallet, I went to go get an oil change for my vehicle, I had been a loyal customer and I had left my purse in my car by accident and my wallet was gone when I had gotten back home. Right after my oil change I went to make a payment and my wallet was not in there. I called and asked and all they said was there was nothing they could do about it. I know for sure I had left my wallet in my purse and they were not helpful finding it. Overall I would not recommend coming here because on a change your wallet could be stolen, or other personal items!

I asked for an oil change, carwash and vacuuming. I knew my kids had made a mess which is why I requested it. Vacuuming wasnt done but was charged. The wash was bad. I can see where the dirt was moved around on the outside of the car. The price also went up $20 from the last time I was in about 6 weeks ago and I had asked for the exact same services. I do NOT recommend, and I will NOT be returning.

Terrible experience at the San Angelo Location on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. Had to get new state inspection on my Lexus and a full-service top of the line car wash and detail. Wanted my oil changed but they dont carry synthetic oil, no problem. Started to get into my car, noticed right off that there was a small razor blade type slice on my steering wheel. Immediately called it to the attention of an attendant. He went to discuss with the guy that inspected my car and presumably the one that removed the old inspection sticker. He reply to me was delivered by another worker; he categorically denied causing the damage and refused to come to my car to discuss the problem with me. Also less than acceptable cleaning of the inside of the car. Serious customer service problems there!!Requested the Owner of Kwik Kar to phone me, no response as of this review.

Theyve always done a good job. Twice in 8 years I had to go back for something they missed cleaning and they fixed it immediately. Overall, Im very happy with their service. They also have a military discount as well as a loyalty card. Update: just had the Premier Car Wash there, they did an excellent job, especially getting the dog hair out of the car. Thank you.

Been coming here for years for car wash and oil change but was shocked when I went for an oil change to find out they increased their prices by 50% and did away with the second free car wash. They also quit posting their prices on the wall. Now I know why.

I really like the fact that they have a comfortable waiting area and drinks for you while your vehicle is being worked on. Sometimes the wash crew is not so thorough but for the most part I won’t complain because I didn’t have to do it.

I went in for a safety inspection. After taking my key and marking on my windshield, the woman told me that she had just did out that they were out of forms. Thats fine; it happens. But she couldnt be bothered to hand me my key or to erase the mark she made on my windshield. I didnt get to experience the lobby, or pay for a free car wash, both of which seem to drive 100% of the positive reviews.

So i trusted them to change my oil and clean my car. I have been there several times always got good service. Today i was going to check my fluids in my car and noticed that the dipstick was gone and cork had been put into the whole where the dipstick should be. I called them immediately because they are the only ones who have worked on my car. They said they changed computer systems and have no record of me ever being there and that there is no way that could have happened there. Im not happy. How am i supposed to check my oil ? This looks very costly to repair.

I have been using this lube and car wash for many years the services provided were okay not great. Last summer I took my car for a wash and lube they lost a GM OEM tire valve cap I phoned and explained the missing cap, I was told we have a whole box of then come get one. They didnt have what I needed, so they said it probably came off driving. Insult of intelligence Ive been driving for over 40 years and have never had a valve cap just come off, I had to get one at Discount tire. Came back for my second car wash, they left bugs on the front bumper around the license plate, I asked the final cleaning guy to remove the bugs he said it is hard to do but he finally did take care of it. A week or so later the sun was bright in the evening I needed to use my sunglasses, they were no where to be found. I had two pair of sunglasses that cost around $100 in my console, now missing and never to be seen again. The only people that had been in my car other than family was at the KwiK Kar Wash. Due to this incident I havent been back and I wont be back. I am finished with this car wash youve lost a repeat customer for as long as youve been open, you need to screen your help.I dont expect any response from KKL&W I this is just to let others know if you use this place take inventory before and after service or better still find some place else for your lube and wash.

Terrible service! They made friends at Applebees and knew he has a touch of Alzheimers! He charged my Dad who is older $216.00 dollars. He does not have a diesel, so oil changes should NEVER be that expensive and the manager argue with me on the phone because she knew she took advantage of him!!! She also said, the owner will not call me to resolve this issue. I cannot believe they can sleep at night taking advantage of the elderly!!! Watch your Mom and Dad kids this business will take you for a ride!!!!

Fast service for oil change. However, it is very expensive. I used to pay $35.99 for oil change for my Toyota Camry for synthetic oil in Florida, I paid $79.95 so it is almost double. Actually they charge you for car wash that you will never use especially if you are only visiting St. Angelo, Texas.

Came to get a full car wash peoples choice and I set here and watch my car get wash. They use no soap. It just runs thru with water. And out it goes to get dryed . Ummm, I couldve done that myself at home just throw water on it .

My husband took my car for a wash and vacuum based off his mothers recommendation of Kwik Kar. First trip the service persons did a great job especially considering it had rained for weeks and my car was extremely dirty. Being pleased with the first trip, I took it back several months later. After waiting for about 45 minutes, I sat down in my car and quickly noticed the lack of attention to details. My leather seats had not been wiped down and still had mud in the creases and the carpets were not vacuumed well. Giving the benefit of a doubt, I figured would give Kwik Kar one more chance. My third trip left me more disappointed then ever. I waited for about an hour and a half for my car only to discover the carpets still had rocks and grass in them, the dash was half wiped which left half still dirty, the seats were not wiped down, and the windows were so smeared I had a hard time seeing out. Being on a timeline, I did not have time to wait another hour or so for my car to be REDONE. Left and wont be back.

I wish i could give them less than one star. disgusting buisness prctices at this loctaion. they indavertently break things on your car (ashtrays, cup holders, antennas) then they try to hide it. seems that they have done this to more than one of their customers with little to no remorse. shady place, dishonest people. take your car some place else!!!!!

I brought my vehicle into Kwik Kar for a standard oil change and having my power steering fluid flushed and replaced. In total it cost me $170. Ive used Kwik Kar since I started driving when I was 16 years old. Im 26 and the only time I havent used this chain was when I was living in an area that did not have a Kwik Kar. I felt the price was a bit high, but Ive always felt like the company dealt very fairly with me and was professional even going above and beyond to address things free of charge a time or two. I paid and felt confident that I was investing my money in their high standards and service. However, the following day when I was adjusting my seat I noticed a piece on the floor of my car, under the drivers side seat. Their tech broke the lever that releases the hood of my vehicle. Normally I wouldnt have been so upset, but the fact that the tech took the piece and hid it under my seat and didnt tell me about it... unacceptable. I preceded to contact the manager of this facility and spoke with the assistant manager - Balinda. I explained to Balinda what happened and asked her why the piece was under my seat and no one told me about it. Balinda told me that the tech notified the manager on duty and that the piece ended up under my seat on accident. I dont buy that and I let her know that. I told her that I brought my car in towards the end of the day and I believe the piece was hidden in an attempt to not have to deal with it and in hopes that itd be days until I notice. Balinda spoke with the tech who admitted to breaking the piece and told me that the general manager was not in at the moment and that I should try to call again at a later time. I have been told this for the last four days. Ive even left my number asking for the manager to contact me and no one has. I questioned their policy of the manager being the only one allowed to handle this numerous times with Kwik Kar staff. I asked them what would have happened if they broke a piece essential for the vehicle to run and the manager was on vacation for two weeks? Would I have to wait two weeks for my car to be fixed? No answer. The general manager will contact you when he is in the store. Now Im a reasonable man. Maybe he really is out of the store, but it doesnt take much effort to pick up your cell phone and contact a customer after your techs broke his vehicle. I think its relatively the least you could do. Since this has occurred Ive been to the Honda dealership to get a quote on the part and the labor to fix it. $350 to fix!!! They explained that they simply cant replace the latch, but have to replace the whole part that opens the hood since its welded together. Im not a car guy, but it makes sense. Ive yet to hear anything from anyone other than were working on it and I dont know that I expect to. Ive spoken with several Kwik Kars to try and get a corporate number and complain, but surprise... each Kwik Kar is interdependently owned and there is no corporate headquarters. In speaking with the Kwik Kar that I used for almost 10 years in League City (which has a phenomenal owner and operator), they encouraged me to contact the police and report damaged property. Ive yet to decide if Ill do that, but we cant afford $350 to fix the car. Me and my wife just had our first two weeks ago. Were not made of money. Ill never use them again.

This place has ridiculous prices! $131 for 5 quarts of oil and an $18 air filter! Wont be back and will for sure tell people not to go here!

My boyfriend and I came to get a quote for the vehicle to get worked on and when he walks in he finds out two of your female coworkers were talking badly about another customer thinking it was boyfriend at first then continued openly talked bad about the other customer so we left and will not be returning or giving you our services.
