Ever since I purchased my Lexus last year, I’ve been paying for a monthly car wash package. Unfortunately, for some time now, their sticker has been giving me issues, which I made the manager aware of. Well, today, with a long line of upset customers behind me, the sticker completely failed; forcing me to pay for the wash. And when I brought it up to the manager, he said he couldn’t give me a refund & gave me a “free” wash instead. Exactly how is a “free” wash supposed to help when I get daily washes on a monthly basis? Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

Best auto car wash ever! I had come into town the night before so I had bugs splashed over all my front windshield. The young lady took her time power washing and scrubbing for the prewash to insure the car would come out clean. Then, the two gentlemen hand dried my vehicle after the wash before I even left the tunnel. My car was sparkling white! Best $9 on a car wash ever spent!

Very clean and staff is friendly. Prefer going to Jacks than other convenience stores in town.

Decent wash. Brushes are very strong,, concerned me regarding paint on my car. Cost is reasonable.

I love this wash because of the fun lights, ha. Its easy to pay at the machine. There are people who wash bugs off the car before the wash. After the wash, there are two people who dry. Results are good, exactly what you should expect from a drive thru wash.. you should not expect hand wash results but it is fairly priced and fun to drive thru.

The manager is very rude. We made it to the car wash 5 minutes before it closed. Four cars tried to get their car washed and were all turned around. Told the manager that the car wash was closed early and she lied to us and tried to tell us the power went out. We told her that a car was currently in the wash and she lied again saying it must be the employees car. Not impressed. Will be using Champion Car Wash from now on.

Love that they have people to scrub the bugs off my car before going in as I drive a ton for work and always have a giant collection of guts on my car each week. Always leave with a clean car :)

Brianna (the manager) was extremely unhelpful, completely rude and hung up in my face when asking for pricing. They definitely lost business. Save your money and go some place else if you want service.

No changing tables in the bathrooms. It’s 2019 we all have kids people.

Wouldnt know what their car wash is like because they closed at least 10 minutes early. Supposed to close at 7 pm. We drove up at 6:52 and they were closed closed ie no people around, arm down, closed sign lit up. Not sure when they closed but it was way early. Very disappointing...
