In the self-service bay the foam brush produced absolutely no foam despite having it on for 70 seconds. And the spot-free rinse option was also out. It would trickle for a few seconds and then nothing would come out. So now, not only did I waste my time and money, but my car looks worse than it did originally. Thanks a lot Paradise.

They hand wash Duallys....good to know and they do a great job. Good job guys Ill come back. $50 gets you a hand wash and inside cleaned out. ILL BE BACK

Cards/coins accepted at the meter. A pre authorization charge will be issued on the card (like all self service car washes) and it WILL BE REVERSED after a couple days. When I called their 6237 number I got a call back immediately. Nice guy. Make sure to pay a little extra for the rinse.

I would give this less than one store if I could because I paid and the car wash would not work it kept telling me to pull all the way through and then would buzz once I was completely outside the car wash telling me to back up, I tried multiple times and the guys that were vacuuming their cars out told me it wasnt working which doesnt help once youve already paid. Ive called multiple times to get a refund and no one will call me back.

The towel ringer didnt work...but it did put out great water for cooling down...I couldnt turn of the debit machine...sign should read STOP..

Better off going to zips. Low pressure, no soap, no decreaser, and spotty service (the pressure turned off while I was washing)

Pressure was really low and not all options were working dont plan on returning was burly enough to remove dirt

POS automatic carwash, especially for the price! After the wash I could see dirt and dust floating around on all the cars surfaces. Whole areas were clearly untouched. Biggest waste of money Ive ever spent on a car wash. See photos.

They never have there subscription service operational!!! Its been months since I have been able to use the subscription service at this location but the owners dont really care if they have it up or running or not. They keep saying its the apps fault but customer service on the phone says the carwash owners dont have the box connected. Dont buy there subscription service if you plan on using it!!!

I live in Austin, but I work in Odessa. I stopped here to wash the dust off of my truck, and this place lived up to the 2.9 stars. Change machine literally stopped working after the first $5 bill I inserted. Foam brush didnt work.... Short version:High psi soap barely worked, and high psi rinse worked. Thats all that worked at this crown jewel of San Angelo. No tire cleaner, wax.....nada. Horribly disappointing.

Used this carwash to vacuum out the interior of my vehicle. it says that it is a dollar for 4 minutes and the first time I had to put in $1.50 before it started working then the second time I had to utilize $1.25 and it did not even run for 4 minutes. The third time because I really needed the vacuum I put in $1.50 and it did nothing. Very disappointed in this service.

Went through the auto wash and the machine stopped only making one pass and ate my $13. So far, the owner has returned my call but for now I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Not good. Washed by hand. First stall I pulled into didnt have high pressure rinse so I pulled into a second. Second one did not have spot free rinse. Pulled into auto soft touch wash to finish off. Sign told me to keep driving when I felt wheel sensor, but turns out I needed to back up. Doesnt wash for long.

Wasn’t parked for even 5 minutes at the vacuum about to get out after getting the papers together to throw away and a manager came out and told me to leave and stood there making hand motions telling me to drive away! Extremely rude and will not come back or recommend anyone to go here.

The dryer didnt get much of the water off my car. Had to get out and towel dry it off, so it wouldnt leave spots. Wasnt worth the $8 charge.

Have been there twice. No soap in the high pressure wash either time. Not enough pressure to knock a fresh bug off the grill. Pump cavitation when there are multiple users. All in all it’s not much use as a car wash

If I could give this 0 stars I would, but let me explain why. I didnt even get to wash my car. I got change because I was gonna use the wash but forgot my window cleaner and wipes. An associate approached my car asking if I was gonna wash. I said no, Im about to leave... and before I could finish my sentence which would have been but Im coming back because I forgot a few things he then interupts me and says that I cant just show up and wipe out their quarters. I was surprised because I wasnt expecting his poor attitude. First of all, nothing was wiped out if I payed money to receive said change. If getting quarters is an issue then you need to keep your change machine inside the main building and not outside. Obviously they have issues with people getting change there. So I took my car somewhere else. I wont be going there. Ever.

Easily the worst car wash station Ive ever been to. Nothing worked, no soaps, presoaks, tire cleaner fluid... Pressure washer very low pressure. Tried 2 separate bays and both didnt work, though no h charged me. Dont waste your time here!

I showed up at a wash station and a man I assume is either an employee or owner walked up and asked me if I intended to wash out my bed. I told him I did, but would not do so if its against the rules. He asked me to to leave the premises and did so rudely, saying it was customers like myself that they do not want. They took my 15 dollars, so I suppose its the money they want, not the customers. Only visit this carwash if your vehicle is clean, otherwise bring your business elswhere.

$12 for a 40 second car wash with NO SOAP.Don’t waste your “fundraising” money.Even without soap, car still has DUST on it. Staff is also nowhere to be found.

The car wash itself was decent, but I put quarters in to get a towel and it didnt dispense or give my quarters back. Put quarters in to vacuum, same thing. It didnt work or give my money back. Not satisfied at all and will not come back.

Will never go here again. My door was slammed into, tried to get a hold of someone. Called and email and never got a response.

Nope. Not this place ever again. Almost seems abandoned - change machines dont work or are taped over and I would never use my debit card at a place like this.

Pretty awful carwash. Only a few lights in the wash bays were on at night, so I couldnt see. I bring my own soap, buckets, towels and such so I only ever expected to use the high pressure water, and spot-free rinse.The timer seems to run down faster than normal humans count seconds- and its a measly 2:45 for $1.25. Oh, and it NEVER started right away, it took 11 seconds minimum for anything to start spraying, while the timer continued counting down.The cherry on top was when I wanted to use $2.50 worth of spot-free, clean water rinse... and nothing would come out. So, I had hard San Angelo water all over my new vehicle, which now looks WORSE than it did when I went there. Oh, and I visited the other two Auto Paradise locations, too- they were full of so much mud that I couldnt even walk to the console and test the selector knobs without ruining my shoes. That means I would have to spend my own money on cleaning the bay myself first, or have mud stick to my tires and fling all over my vehicle as soon as I left. Unacceptable, this chain is a joke.Oh, and there were more mosquitoes here than any other car wash I have ever seen, as well.Do yourselves a favor- get your drinking water elsewhere, and wash your cars with waterless spray-wash that you can buy at a store for cheap. San Angelo currently has NO self-wash facilities that I will use, we are in serious need of business owners that give a $#!^ about the people that bring them money.

This place is the best to go to in San Angelo. It is always clean, enough bays so it doesnt take long, and easy on the wallet.

Washing my truck and the worker tells me that I cant wash my truck anymore cause it has too much mud, I told him this is a car wash, he said that nobody will use it cause itsi too muddy and I told him to clean it up so the next person could use it. This is a rip-off. The drive through wash left my car dirty and did a VERY poor job. The vacuum was clogged and left more dirt than it picked up. Go elsewhere.

If I happen to take a trip to my hometown in Texas this is my car wash of choice I stopped here and every time to wash off all the road bugs from my 26 hour drive from North Carolina to this bustling town of San Angelo Texas.
