I recommend staying away from the agent Ladden Ledbetter! He is a rude little man that cares nothing about farm bureaus current customers! Once he has your business do not expect any help from him and do not expect him to treat you with manors! This agent is the main reason i left farm bureau.

I was t-boned by one of their clients and the representative I have had to deal with is Wade and I cannot complain about him because he has never contacted me or returned my calls. The only time Imreally spoke with him was when he wanted my report of the accident. I have spoken with his supervisor more but ha assured me Wade would contact me it has been 3 weeks and I still havent heard from him. This lack of communication and unprofessionally (my opinion) is what angers victims and they seek legal advise
