The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Ive only had to make one claim over the years when another person hit me, and Sandra was on top of everything and got the ball rolling when the other insurance company was dragging their feet. Ive had my house and 3 vehicles with them for years now and they still give the best rates.

Dont like the language. Threat doesnt work with me. Passive aggressive is what it feels like.
