Rude office manager. Went in a dat after someone hit me and all she did was tell my I would lose a discount by making a claim so I shouldnt. They ate rude, fat lazy and dont cover any thing for there customers. So thankful I switched. Oh I had paid for two years of insurance and they still treated me like they were doing me favor by talking to me.

After several emails with their customer support team, I am unable to cancel the automatic draft. I called and asked them to cancel my policy, that it will not renew. Charges comes to my account and its a pain just to get them to cancel the money substraction for a non existant service because I never received the new policy or anything. My advice its, go away and get a policy somewhere else, from personal experience I recommend you State Farm.

This is the worst insurance company in Texas! No other insurance company has as many complaints made to the Texas Department of Insurance than this company. They are crooks, scammers, and extremely incompetent and make claims for information that is not legally required. Buyer Beware!
