I want to brag on Melissa who works for Concho Valley Appliances. Our ice maker broke and our microwave she totally knew what was wrong with it and fixed it! She is a hard worker and she knows her stuff! Melissa is very professional and she is always on time! I highly recommend her for any appliances you need fixed!!!

Do NOT use this company. If I could give zero stars I would. We had concho valley appliance out to fix our dishwasher. The tech (Liz), came out and ordered a part. The next week she came to install the part but could not get it to work. She took the top rack of our dishwasher and said she would get her manager to help her and would be back the next day. Liz then dropped off the face of the earth. She would not return our calls or texts. When my husband tried to go by the office he could not get anyone to answer the door. We went without our top rack for over a month. It was a nightmare trying to communicate with these people. Nobody ever returned our calls. Finally, we callee kitchenaid and they were able to get us a new top rack. This company is just terrible.

I called for help and was given honest advice and a recommendation for alternate services. Some other places would have came and charged a service call. Ill call them next time I need service. Honesty goes a long way for me.
Highly recommed, called office on Monday and was told they couldnt fit me in until Wednesday, which was fine with me. Got a call from secretary on Monday afternoon that she was able to fit me in on Tuesday which was great and tech arrived at time scheduled and was very professional and knew what to look for. Great service overall

Terrible. Only come out once a week to our area, came out twice and did nothing to fix the problem. Unprofessional, told us one thing and the appliance is still under warranty, told the company another. Horrific customer service never answer the phone. We paid another appliance service because we don’t want to deal with these terrible people ever again nor let them into our house.
These people are absolutely unprofessional in every aspect possible. They do not call back promptly, expect a callback days after. They come looking like they came out of the alleyway. They use explicit language in front of you with no regards to you. They do not do any work when it’s needed to be done. Absolutely a dumpster fire of a “business”. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER.
Took them seven weeks to fix our Washing Machine. Had to stay on top of them to get the job done. They only have one mechanic. A week later our Washing Machine started making the same sounds as before. Would never call back after leaving several messages.
I am giving a 1 star because it is impossible to give a -1. This was a warranty issue with my GE washing machine. The technician was scheduled to come for repairs between 8 and 12, around 12:30 I called the company to find out when they would arrive. They admitted to skipping over our appointment then forgetting about said appointment but they would fit me in. When the technician and his ?trainee? arrived at my home I stated what the issue was (a loud grinding/squealing sound during agitation), he immediately filled the washing machine with some water and switched it over to the spin cycle. At which point he told me he wasnt sure what was wrong as it wasnt making any abnormal sounds. I again explained the sound was during the washing/agitation cycle. Still he did not put the machine through a washing cycle, but proclaimed my machine was overly dirty, for me to run 3 loads of hot water with a cup of vinegar through the machine to clean it out, and this should fix the problem. Skeptical I did just that and the sound got worse. I called afterwards to explain the sound had gotten worse, he stated he couldnt pick up until Friday. I should also mention while he was in my laundry room working on my washing machine I could hear my cabinet and dryer doors being opened and closed along with him tell his trainee he couldnt PRY the agitator off. Upon pick up he stated there was another machine in their shop doing the same exact thing and it was the transmission, they should have it back after a week (enough time to get the part ordered and replaced). After almost 2 weeks of not hearing from the technician I called Concho Valley Appliance, they still had not received the new part as they did not order it until a week after my machine was in the shop, claiming again that my machine was very dirty and they needed to see what the problem was. After almost another week they finally called me stating it was impossible to replace the transmission without breaking the agitator off. They broke the agitator on my machine fixing the initial problem. When the new agitator (3 weeks after the pick up date) came in it took the technician 4 days to get to working on my machine but stated the new part was broken as well. At which point he took an agitator our of another machine in their shop (not from the same model but it fit) and installed it in my washing machine so they could deliver back to my home. Also that he would personally come back to my home and install the new part when it came in and after [he] finished his house calls for that day. Through out this process my husband and I were in contact with the company which our warranty was purchased, upon hearing about the old part being used the warranty on our machine was void and warranty company instructed us not to accept delivery of our washing machine.They feared the machine would not work properly from that point on. From the first visit from Concho Valley Appliance it took over 3 weeks for us to come to the point of them trying to deliver a faulty repair product. I would advise strongly against anyone using Concho Valley Repair in the future and I am very thankful this was covered under my warranty with no out of pocket expense to my household.
Cold wet freezing January weather today and I live 35 miles from San Angelo but they came anyway. Fixed my refrigerator. Best service Ive received in my 77 years. Thanks CVAS !
Very unhappy. They charged me $92 just to come out which I agreed to. Told them the range started having problems ever since some warranty work was done. Told them the last tech must have done something to it. They wanted to charge mo $300 to fix it. I decided to get second opinion and glad I did. I called Concho Valley back and asked for a refund and they wont talk to me about it. My money is hard to come by so if I pay for a professional I expect one. My unit had a loose ground screw in plain sight. Please dont use this company.
This was a warranty issue I had bought at Home Depot. The ice make went out and it took them 4 times to get a new one. First time did not have the part on hand but they new it was the ice maker. Second, was the new part was broken when they open the box. Third, was they bought the same part that somebody crazy glued. Fourth time, I got the part but did not see it because the tech put the part right in quickly and forgot to put the level down to make ice. The tech was not friendly on the fourth time coming to fix the problem.We will never use them for warranty issues again.
They fixed my appliance the first time and had a great experience. About 1 month later it does the same thing again. Schedule my appointment 8-12 I call at 1pm and check said that it will be after 2pm. I asked if this is usual practice and states yes they always run late and offered no apology for the inconvenience.

Very unprofessional when it comes to scheduling. 1st appointmentment scheduled there was a huge miscommunication between the secretary and service man. Wound up taking a 1/2 day off work and no one showed up until 6:00. 2nd appt they called day of and said they were on the way. No advanced scheduling. Just assumed that no one works at might house I guess!!
Dont ever call these people. complete hoax and ripoff.

Called about my Washer not working, secretary was very helpful and knew exactly what part my washer needed and said they had one in stock and could send the tech out the next day to install part, tech came out and replaced part and got my unit fixed.
