We were very pleased with the services provided. He was timely and was here at the time he said he would be. He was available for an appointment within four days of our call. (All others were a week to 20 days). He got right to work, found the problem, fixed the problem, he had the part needed, so no other trip was required. He was friendly, professional and left the workplace very clean. We would use him again.
