We will not be using Andersen again for the rest of our windows. After a pretty aggressive sales pitch, we were excited for our windows. Granted, we are spending the most you possibly can for windows in Utah. We were told they would fit perfect, everything would be left clean, etc.Come to installation day, July 2021, they take out our windows. THEN they realize the new windows dont fit. They mis-measured 5 of our 8 windows. FIVE! OVER HALF! Im sorry, but to the person whose job is to measure the windows, this is completely unacceptable. There should be no reason that you dont correctly measure the windows. So now we have gaping holes in our wall and no windows. So they put in the mis-measured windows (thankfully they were smaller and not larger), pack it in with a bunch of insulation, and our new windows are put in on an expedited order. TWO MONTHS LATER. 11 weeks! We finally get our windows re-installed. Not to mention, when the workers installed the windows they left dirty handprints on our walls everywhere.Moral of the story, we spent WAY too much money for a negative experience. Andersen wont be getting our service again nor will we recommend them to any of our neighbors.

Dealing with Renewal by Andersen has been an excellent experience from start to finish. It is often said windows of this quality are “too expensive” or there are “cheaper options” - The quality of the product and the craftsmanship of the install outweighs the investment considerably. Our assigned installer “Brit” was outstanding. His attention to detail, his communication skills and professionalism made the two day installation pleasant and drama free. We cannot recommend him enough…

Amazing installation. Its hard to find this kind of craftsmanship. Professional and courteous individuals that know what they are doing. I am so happy that we chose this company. Britton and Logan are incredible. From the sales rep to the front office to these great installers everything was perfect.

Like almost everything about the windows, however dont like the 3/8 gap at the bottom of each window. I can actually see the rollout mechanism from outside. Seems Andersen could do a better job on tbat part of their manufacture. A gap is a home for insects and debris to harbor a nesting place.

First, thank you so much. Gio came this morning to install our patio door. He was so courteous and professional and explained what they were doing. He answered all my questions along the way. He cleaned up along the way to keep things as clean as possible. When he installed the door, there was a little trouble getting it to close correctly, so it took a little longer than expected. But he worked at it until it was perfect so that he could add the insulation. When he put the trim on, it looked so nice. After he installed the screen door, he showed us how all the locks worked. He definitely left the area cleaner than when he started! We are so pleased. Thank you for having such great installers! He’s been the best we have ever had. We have two windows to install... we would be happy to have him back.

Kelly and Tom are great installers. Very friendly with us, very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked very hard on my windows and are masters of their craft. I love my new windows. Definitely will use RA again, and would request the same team!Do not rely on their painters to follow up and fix mistakes very well though. They bled some stain onto my window frame and sill and I still havent had it fixed.

Normally I dont take the time necessary to complete surveys but due to the outstanding professionalism exhibited by these two gentlemen Im making an exception. Arrived on-time and never stopped busting their tails until the job was completed AND my wife and I were completely satisfied with their work. They took their time to answer any and all our questions. The final walk-through was extraordinary professional to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. They both did execptional work. Everything was spot on!

Skyler and Braden did stellar job! What I anticipated would be a cold, long experience with strangers in my house was blown out of the washer by thIS professional yet personable pair. They laid down plastic to protect my carpet, hardwood, tile and stairs. They measured twice and cut one. They took care to really make my sliding glass door frame BEAUTIFUL. They kept me updated. They were honest and tireless. The finishes were done so perfectly, with such precision. And they really cleaned up after themselves. Completely pleased.

Horrible customer service! Ive been trying to get warranty work done on our windows and sliding doors for over a year from this company! They dont call back or give any installation or repair dates. So far we have only gotten the run around from this company. They say they will follow through and repair and replace warranty items but it never happens. The exterior trim is falling off of my windows and my sliding door units are hinging out from my house. Complete waste of money! Save yourself the time and headache and purchase your replacement windows elsewhere.

We had seven big windows to replace. Tom and Ike showed up on time. The job was scheduled for a 4 day period of time. They finished in two days! Their workmanship is top notch and everything is in immaculate condition. We bought this property 2 years ago and have done several renovation projects. Tom and Ike are far and above any contractors weve had to do work for us. I hope they get a good raise. Im thrilled with my Anderson Windows and the professional process that ended with my home looking fabulous!

Gio and his guys did such an excellent job on our new windows! When you make such a big investment you need to know the windows are going to be installed correctly. I was told to expect 2 days to get both doors installed. The team that showed up got all the work done in a single day. We noticed a huge difference our first night with how quiet the doors are when being closed. Not sure how we will know now when our teenager tries to sneak out the basement door now. Definitely going to be activating the alarm system to let us know when doors are opened.The team was very knowledgeable and competent. I would have these 2 back to work on my house any time.

This was Kelly and Ross second project at my house. They were here around Memorial Day in 2020 to do a much bigger project. They are two excellent, easy-to-work-with and skilled craftsmen. The quality of their work is superb. It is a pleasure to know these two gentlemen.

Replacement window regrets? Anderson will not return my calls regarding my small two window replacement job. Their tech measurer measured wrong so after over a month the installer arrived with windows that didnt fit. (3-4 inches small in height AND width). It is a pieced together mess right now. Ive called several times to see if new windows were ordered (another 5 weeks?) and what they are going to do to make it right. I get sent to voicemail and then no call back. the photo shows what my new windows look like at present. I can only assume that theyll be wanting full payment IF the right size windows ever arrive. Caveat Emptor

Our installers Tom and Kevin were wonderful. We had five windows replaced. They came on time, they left the areas around my windows cleaner than when they got here. They covered everything in the room with tarps, because there was sanding involved. We couldn’t be happier and we will ask for them by name when we replace our next two windows next summer. Our windows are gorgeous. We live on a busier street and the noise reduction is at least half of what they were previously. Renewal by Andersen was worth every penny. One of our sons, who works for DR Horton, was surprised at the difference the windows made to the front of our home. I have never experienced a company that was that professional from the initial contact all the way through to completion.

Windows are high quality and so beautiful. Tom and Kelly are the best at what they do-artistic, thoughtful, dont cut corners.

Ive used Renewal by Anderson before and did a great job so I used them again. This time Kelly & Tom installed a Door and huge front window. Did an amazing job (as other customers that used Kelly & Tom before said). If you have installers, I recommend using Kelly & Tom, I will again.

I always get multiple bids when doing a renovation project. This time was no different. I need to replace the window in my front room. Of the 3 bids I got, this one was by far the most ridiculous. For a composite window from Renewal it was going to be on sale for over $5,000. For a vinyl window from the two other competing companies roughly $2,000. Their composite window at that price, wouldnt even qualify to get the rebate. Dont waste your time for a bid unless you dont care about throwing your money away.

Im extremely disappointed with Renewal by Andersen. My window replacement project started in July 2020. It is now February 2021 and the job is still not complete. I had wood trim put on the upstairs windows and the stain match process did not go well. Ive had windows installed incorrectly and windows scratched during installation that needed replacement. I just had a scratched window replaced yesterday and now there is cold air coming in the house. The trim paint job on the outside of the house around the windows is sloppy. My list of complaints is long. Very disappointed!

We paid a small fortune to have all our windows and sliding doors replaced. The product is very good, although not exceptional. The installation was okay, but we had to have the trim and painting redone 2 and sometimes 3 times due to mismatched corners, rough edges, and major gaps. It was just sloppy. One of the large window frames was broken in transit, and they said they would reorder it. Neither of the sliding door screens was delivered, and they said they were on back order. Two months later, we still have a broken window and massive hole around the frame in the bedroom, and no screens. We also discovered an issue with one of the sliding door frames. They haven’t contacted us and won’t return calls. We already paid, so I guess they figure their job is done. I would not recommend this company.

Chris & Skyler were our installers for our 9 window replacements. Fantastic work! They have their process down to a science! Very professional and very passionate about their work and enjoy working for their company. It was refreshing to see! Very meticulous with their finish work as well! Noticed immediate results with windows immediately (I couldnt hear the mailman come down the street and the A/C came on at a later time). Glad we did this project!

The salesman either didnt know about the product or got us the wrong product. When we ordered windows we wanted something with an energy star rating which would mean a ufactor 0.27 or less. That is what we were promised by the salesman but the windows that showed up were 0.33 to 0.35. So we ended up paying $2k per window that are inefficient and now are stuck with them for the next few decades.On the plus side the installers were very good. Our new window project is with Pella and we got 0.27 for much less.I should also mention that everything the salesman said about casing and trim was nonsense as well, but that eventually got resolved after 6 months. But my main concern is efficiency not cosmetics.

Their quality of product is incredible; the doors and windows they replaced look amazing and the difference in my utility bills had been noticeable. The windows are great quality. It was important for me to keep the integrity my 1921 house. These windows are perfect! The salesperson and the installers were all very professional, too. They responded to my needs and followed through on everything they said they would. Although I paid more for these windows than the average window, these windows were worth every penny. We worked with Renewal to replace the windows in the master bedroom of our 1908 home. The sales rep Amy was very helpful in showing us the options and answering our questions. Due to the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays, it took a couple of months to get our install appointment scheduled, but the company was good about setting that expectation up front. We were very impressed with the quality of the windows when they were installed (huge improvement over the existing windows!), but were not 100% happy with the interior finish work. We called Renewal and spoke with Kirstin who was very understanding and immediately scheduled a project manager to come take a look. Aaron came out within a couple of days and made adjustments to the interior finish that addressed all our concerns. We are very pleased with the end result!

My installers, Kelly and Tom were awesome. They were very knowledgeable about the product and they made a great team, working very efficiently. Huge plus for me was the fact that my dogs loved them! It made the coming in and out of the house very easy and I did not have to have dogs locked up. They were also very conscious of keeping my gate closed so that the dogs would not escape. These two are top notch.

We carefully shopped a wide variety of windows, manufacturers, businesses, window materials and so on. We were replacing 8 windows of various sizes but all having one shared consideration. Utah’s western exposure and summer sun. We found our salesperson from Renewal By Anderson to be both knowledgable and patient with us as we knew very little about the products. He guided us through a selection process picking out frame colors and efficiency factors plus finishes and got us a nice package. Then things got even better.Our 8 windows arrived a few weeks earlier than anticipated and RbyAnderson sent us a great installation crew led by Phillip Dodge. We watched as the old windows were carefully removed and the new ones were installed. The highlight was watching them build an OAK casing for the 3 large picture windows in the living room. Inside and out, these guys were terrific, minimizing any construction mess and cleaning up every area that they worked in. With the OAK in one room and new windowsills in 3 other rooms, we watched the careful work of Bryce Pope, the paint guy. He very carefully prepped all the wood and stained / clear coated every wooden surface beautifully.GREAT JOB guys!!!! You all get 5 stars for doing a terrific installation. And you are HIGHLY recommended.

What a fantastic job Brandon and Braden did replacing all of our windows! Excellent work by both guys. Timely, professional, and fast. Brandons work on the new window sills was exceptional. We love the windows and noticed an immediate improvement in the temperature inside our home. We are looking forward to the energy savings to come.

All of the windows they have replaced look excellent and like the design was done on purpose. We have worked with Dean and Jordan on our projects and they have been excellent installers. Top notch job! Installers Kelly and Tom really took pride in every aspect of this job.Our home is nearly forty years old and there are some funky design issues that required a lot of customization to finish trimming out the inside and outside. These two took their time to get every detail in place.These are premium quality windows that don’t come at a bargain basement price but I feel they are worth every penny.

My mother and I were very pleased with Andersens services from the very start. Eric, who came out to give us a quote took his time and helped us figure out a plan that would work perfect for us. I’ve had multiple spam emails from them from multiple sources. I block them and report spam, then they change emails and send more. I hate companies that spam my email and phone.

Great company, tons of options to choose from and very prompt with the timing from order to installation. The installation crew did an excellent job and made sure I was satisfied with our patio door before they left. They took the time to show me how to work the new French door we had installed and were super professional with the work they did. I really like that they worked at a pace that didn’t seem rushed to “just get the job done and get out”. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!
