Ive always found written reviews to be a good starting point when weighing where to spend time or money on goods and services, and deciding on a real estate agent was no exception to the point. Hes also been very helpful with the smaller details, like setting up utilities, and finding contractors to work in the house before moving.Nick made it clear that hed like to be our agent for life. Nick was a really good realtor for me and helped me through the process of finding and buying a house. He is a good sales man and knows the market he is working in. He was really good at listening to me about the kind of house I was looking for and helping me bring other similar houses forward after getting a feel for what I was looking for. I withheld the fifth star because early on he told me not told for a specific quality in a house. He also made me do an embarrassing thing at the title company after signing.
