Janna Ellis did not understand the offer that I drafted (which made my offer contingent on Sellers Agent agreeing to put most of the Buyers Agent Commission (BAC) towards the sale price of the home). She accused me of trying to cut her out, when in fact the offer would have given her an extra 0.25% compared to a deal with a Buyers Agent involved. I have a law degree and yet she presumed to know more than me about contract drafting. She was rude and condescending. I would not trust her if I were you.
Hank is the most knowledgeable realtor I know and puts personal integrity above just getting a commission. He will give you an estimate of the current market value that is most likely to get you the most out of it while still being able to move it in a reasonable period of time. He will also give you a lot more service than just listing your home on the MLS and waiting for something to happen. He has sold (and managed) several properties for my family and I will continue to use him for as long as chooses to stay in business.
