I had this ring resized, fits great. However, my ring was returned to me absolutely filthy. $60 for a resize I expect it to be returned clean. I personally did not have outstanding customer service and was quoted much cheaper by other jewelers after I had dropped it off at Hansen’s, I would suggest exploring other options before choosing this place.

Went to get my ring resized. It was very easy to do and everyone there is very nice. They had fair pricing and were relatively quick for what needed to be done.

John Hansen was referred to be by a well respected, and high end jewelry store, when they were unable to help me in a timely manner. I love this store and John was so nice and great to work with. The prices were very reasonable, and less that the other stores sale prices. I feel very fortunate to have found Hansen Jewelry. Their jewelry and stones are beautiful, and there is no high pressure from the employees. For most of my life, I went to a well known wholesale jeweler, who was a family friend, when I wanted to purchase something. After he passed away a few years ago, I wasnt sure whom I could trust with my jewelry needs. This is the place to go--you wont be disappointed.

The service and work were excellent. They spent the time to talk to me about what I wanted to do, and made sure they covered all their bases. The finished product was beautiful and well-done. They were able to get it turned around very quickly as well. Ill visit again.

I stopped in today for help/questions on resizing my engagement ring. My fiancé purchased it elsewhere, but recommended I come to this local shop because it was rated so highly. Im so glad I did. Ron was so kind and helpful. Even though I dont know much about jewelry sizing, he took the time to explain the process to me, in a way that made sense but was also very detailed. It turned out I didnt need to get it resized, but they have such a cool custom design program in place, that we will definitely be coming back for future pieces.
