They just made my engagement ring and wedding band on super short notice. Amazing pricing and amazing old school Quality. They have reasonable pricing and timing, and were always willing to make a deal or help us out in some way. Never felt like we were being upsold, in fact, usually the opposite. Not only did they make a beautiful ring for me, they priority shipped it to us at no charge, and resized it for me in a matter of hours due to our limited window of opportunity. They made the whole process so easy for us. This is a small family business that feels very much like a family business and you definitely get a better experience because of it. I would highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs.

Great experience. Needed my ring resized, and they did a great job! I was terrified to trust another jeweler after bad experiences in the past, but they did a great job and the price was fantastic. I would definitely come back again if needed!

These guys were great to work with. I had them build a custom ring for me using an elk bugle an also had them re-do/fix an old ring of my dads. They did great work for a great price. I send everyone I know to these guys.

I took my wedding ring to them. A couple of the diamonds were loose, they had very good costumer service, great prices, and my ring was done within a week. They also got all of the scratches out of my ring and made it 10 times more sparkly. I love the results. :)

Steadmans has made a lot of jewelry for my wife and me over the years, and Ive always been extremely happy with the results and the prices. Things from a catalog, custom designs of their own, custom designs we brought in... Everything has been outstanding.Most recently, I brought in a rough design for a custom ring, and they texted me a fully-rendered picture of what it was going to look like before they made it. It looked exactly like what I wanted, and when I picked up the ring, it looked just like the rendering. I could not recommend them more highly.

I brought in my engagement ring to be resized and my anniversary ring to be rebuilt and stabilized after damage and was very happy with the wonderful work that Steadmans did! I expected a small family business to take longer, but they got the work done quickly and with great attention to detail. They charged a fair price for the labor, and my rings were so sparkly because they threw in a free polishing as well. The people working at Steadmans are all friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner in particular was clearly passionate about his craft. Ill certainly be going back to Steadmans for all of my future jewelry needs.

Awesome service!! I needed some earrings made up for my girlfriend and they did a great job. I couldnt be happier with the service and the price. I am definitely using Steadmans as my Jeweler from now on.

Unresponsive, unprofessional and horrible hours of operation. M-F 8-5; 95% of population works 8-5. Dropped my rings for resizing on my half day (Thursday). They quoted 5-7 business days. 2 weeks later has called on numerous occasions, and never received any replies, nor anyone ever picked up. Finally went back in person on the following Thursday and to my surprise work wasn’t done, they said they were busy and it will be another 3-5 days. I grabbed my rings, expressed my frustration and never even got any sort of apology. Do not recommend to anyone.

Had mine, when I was 8, and my 7 month old daughters ears pierced here. I trust their expertise and know the earrings are truly solid gold and wont cause skin reactions. Great family run place!

Two stars because they may redeem themselves with their work. Theyre impossible to get a hold of. They dont answer their phone, and dont respond to voicemails. Crappy hours to try to go to the store, in lieu of their lack of phone skills.
