This was hands-down the best experience I’ve had with a parking services company. They were extremely friendly and easy to work with and I was able to resolve my ticket for a very good price and left with a smile on my face. Seriously Kent is a great guy!
The worst company to deal with. It sucks they have a monopoly on parking. The service is terrible. They just smile at you and tell you to email people, when you are IN THE BUILDING! They make you come into the building to sign up, you cant do anything online. Honestly, this parking makes me not want to office in the area.Like others have stated 1 star is too generous.
Was very frustrated with this parking garage. The attendant didnt let us know that the recipt had the bar code to get out. After returning to our vehicle to leave we were charged an additional $20 for a lost ticket charge after only being in the parking garage for about 2-3 hours. The attendant at the front would not help us at all and basically said well its all written on the sign when you drive in. Who has time to read those when there is a line of people behind you waiting to get in. Worst customer service and situation Ive been in even after we tipped him at the beginning when we came in he was still very short and rude.Do not recommend parking here at all.

Do not use these guys for a monthly parking pass. They will not help you in the office - they will hand you a business card of a manager and tell you to email them and the managers do not respond to emails. Once youve signed up, its next to impossible to cancel.
I could say so much but I will refrain. I worked for ABM. Horrid. They treat good workers absolutly with no real respect.

Super strict parking enforcement with very vague rules. Unwilling to address questions professionally. At the time of parking, a person should know if they are parked legally or not. ABM doesnt seem to get that, care about that, or be interested in receiving any feedback to help improve it. They seem more intent on collecting ticket revenue than being reasonable or professional. Unresponsive and defensive when they do respond. Very disappointed in my experience with them.
Horrible customer service and are extremely rude (condescending). Im shocked to see this behavior from a company in our day and age. Its very unfortunate.
For starters their little violation slips dont list anywhere what the actual offense is. I was parked in an almost empty garage after hours doing some stuff for my job. Then the attendant in the booth says his credit card machine is offline and his cash drawer is gone for the night. So I paid $20 for a $10 parking ticket. This company also doesnt have a phone number listed on the slip or a way to pay online. As far as Im concerned they owe me $10 and theyre more than welcome to come by my house to pay me in person.

I paid for a month of parking then HAD TO WAIT because the only two people that could get me set up for the garage are out and have been for the better part of two weeks. They were happy to take my $110.00 though.ABM - I understand that you have a monopoly on parking in SLC, but this is not an excuse to rip off your customers. Your reputation is trash and I really hope it starts to catch up with you.
Did not have cash to pay for the parking fee and the attendant had left. I was in the downtown area celebrating Valentines day for diner. I received a yellow envelope stating I would be charged another $20.00 for my parking there if the $10.00 wasnt paid in full before 14 days. I called the phone number to the main office in hopes to pay this over the phone as opposed to driving downtown again with the proper amount of cash.. I was told no they do not accept payments over the phone for parking fees. I live in the south west part of the valley and it would be a bit more convenient to provide this service to their customers. It looks like from the rest of the comments here that they dont much care for customer service and prefer cash payment, certainly we know that would keep from having to report this revenue.
Incompetent, rude, unprofessionalI pay for a parking pass but dont actually have a parking pass. The lot attendant doesnt believe [me] and refuses to look in their convenient blue book of paying customers to verify, instead charges me the full day rate. Nobody in the company can give me a straight answer of how to get a replacement pass.
We were having dinner at Whiskey Street in SLC and we used their nearby parking garage. The parking limit was 2 hours, we werent even there an hour and a half. We got back to find yellow envelopes on our vehicles along with several other people in the garage, there was some confusion over what they were because they do not state what they are on them but apparently this is how they want you to pay.It wasnt until we actually called them that we found out what they were, the parking attendant (who was extremely rude) greeted us with I dont know about the envelopes to which one of my friends pointed out that it is literally his job to know what they are. He didnt even give us the option to pay there he just shoved us out the door.They also manage to make paying them a massive pain, you have to either go to one of their garages, one of their offices, or their mobile app which is poorly made.This company is trash, Id leave zero stars if I could. If you work with them, expect to lose customers over this garbage. I will not be using them again.
I wish I could leave zero stars for this review. This is a terrible company to work with. Most recently, they are issuing tickets to cars in the pay lot before they even check to see if the space was paid for. When we call in, they say, Well it looks like we do show you paid for this stall so we will void this ticket (this has happened to 2 of my co-workers as well). Be very weary of working with this company. I highly suggest you video yourself walking from your car (including the stall number) and paying the fee in the correct slot.
The ticket machine was jammed. And I got the attention of the employee working in the booth. He told me he was to busy to fix it (yes it was 5 o’clock and everyone was leaving) so I had to back out into traffic to park else where. Wonder how many more people were going to have to back out into traffic till they fixed it.
Why is 0 stars not an option? This company is the absolute worst! This week alone I have received 2 parking tickets for $50 dollars each, when I did indeed pay for parking both days. I called them to see why I would get a ticket when I did pay and they let me know that sometimes they issue tickets BEFORE confirming payment was made. They are very difficult to get a hold which makes you have to waste even more time for absolutely no reason.
Absolutely criminal. Parked in a parking lot that has been free, and now these people post their little signs wanting people to download their apps. $30 ticket. I will never eat at Sappa again. They have lost my business.
Still have not received my security deposit back even though I have called multiple time. They also auto drafted my last month of parking, and I was told that if I never used the card for the month, which I didnt that I could be refunded for that payment as well. Still havent seen either refund $85 ($20 Security Deposit and $65 monthly parking fee) notwithstanding my multiple calls and visits to their offices. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
Please be aware that even if the arm is up, and the tickets do not print, you will be charged the full $10 fee, despite the practices of most lots in the area. This applies even if you stay less than the maximum time. This is not obvious to anyone entering the lot. They were polite when I called, though, and only charged me $5 for a first time mistake.
I went in expecting the worse of the worse based on these reviews. However, was greeted very respectively and taken care of in less than 2 minutes.
Completely rude staff. I handed him 2 bills and a few quarters to pay the parking fee. He proceeded to blame me when he dropped the coins on the ground and call me stupid. I honestly feel he should be fired for treeting paying customers that way.
This company has horrible service and overpriced parking. Last year they gave us half a day notice to grab a badge because they were installing their reader for the gates for the July 24th parade. I wasnt able to get it so I had to park outside the garage and away from the building. When I call the office theyre useless. Then, this month I go to cancel and the office staff is useless again and refer me to the lot manager. They wouldnt give me a credit for the partial month either. If had to go back and do it all over again I would just park along the street and walk a mile.
AMB is hands down the worst customer oriented business I have ever delt with. They are extremely ambiguous on who does what within the comapy, extremely disorganized, and hands down incompetent. They bill you from the 1st to the 31st regardless of youre use or when you sign up. If you sign up on the 28th, you have to pay for they entire month. The same applies of you want to cancel service on the 1st, they still charge you for the entire month. The worst part, is when you go to the office and ask about the terms, no one wants to take responsibility and just tells you to contact youre lot manager (who is never at the office). Even when trying inquire about the terms, the manager was never responsive until the day I tried to cancel. Dean Allred is the manager that I have attempted to work with and is absolutely horrible. There are plenty of lots close by that dont treat you as poorly as this company. Do some due diligence and dont go through the hoops I have.
Verbally assaulted me and told me they were going to kill me because I called one of their employees out for making fun of a handycaped person to their face for parking their car incorrectly!
I was supposed to receive a refund for returning my keycard and they took 7 months to mail me my refund. And on top of that they did not refund me the total amount they stated! Very unprofessional! When I asked if they they had an ETA they said: I do not.How unprofessional is that!
Gave me a ticket after I parked their with a pass. As I need to do with my job. When I went to talk to the guy at the booth all he said is that he couldn’t help me or explain why I got the ticket.
