After wasting money on GoDaddy for a few years, I switched to Xmission and I have never been so glad to find a superior web-hosting solution. Their site reads that their adherence to high standards means customers receive a quality of service and care not offered by larger providers, and I absolutely agree with that statement. Every experience Ive had with customer service at Xmission has been satisfying, every representative has been attentive and courteous, and I am extremely happy with every aspect of the way this company does business. Switch to Xmission and you will not be disappointed!
24hr tech service. Always so friendly and helpful no matter what time you call. (We have only had to call 2x in a year - LOVE fiber optic service!)
Beyond best service ive ever received in my life. Everyone there is so nice and so helpful!!
Huge shout out to Taylor in technical support! He was absolutely the best tech support I have ever worked with! He was very patient and understanding and we had a few good laughs... Thank you XMission for having the best of the best working for you! Thank you Taylor for being you and all your help!
The customer service is second to none and weve had no issues with internet for the 5+ years thats weve used xmission
Update from my previous review. XMission was really quick to call me back and fix my two issues that I had. Nandy was really nice and helpful, and quick to resolve my concerns. Its great that a local company cares so much and is so quick to respond to concerns.
Got my problem solved immediately through a simple chat. Very fast and easy and got the result I wanted.
Incredibly unreliable and internet is consistently down. Stay far away from this provider, they can’t seem to figure out how to fix their server issues.
They are an Internet Service Provider. Service has been great for over a year and then all of the fiber went down. It was hours before they sent out any notification about what the problem was. To me that is unsat. Thats their job.
Wanted to support a local ISP when we moved apartments, so we switched to XMission. We have had continuous intermittent issues with connectivity. Generally, tech support is responsive during the week only. And, if there are issues that require a physical call out, weve frequently experienced delays of several days. Weve been without internet for several days at a time on a handful of occasions since we started service with XMission . For some unexplained reason, our line keeps requiring physical call outs and attention due to issues with their infrastructure in our building.Tech support loves to blame customer gear and require extensive convincing that they are the cause of an issue. Love to spend time being gaslight about my router every time they need to do a callout to the comms room in our building.Very disappointed with our service. Have really tried to give XMission the benefit of the doubt, but theyve missed the mark.
Internet goes out so frequently it’s completely unreliable. My kids are scared of the dark so we normally leave disneyplus on for them and it’s been nearly impossible with how often our internet goes out. And they never have enough support agent for after hours, the wait time is currently 81 minutes at 9 pm.
Thx for the good interwebz
On a mission to be one of the best ISPs in Utah.
Well I have utopia and XMission is my internet and phone provider. Well my phone hasn’t worked for going on 3 weeks now it is February 19.I have called the technical support 7 or 8 times and have spent probably over 5 hours on the phone with them and nothing the last 3 times all they say is a new adapter was sent out on the 11th by fed x and nothing they can do.So be aware that if you go with XMission and have a problem your in trouble because their technical support doesn’t know anything except how do I unplug and plug in an adapter. That is their biggest technical support advice
4 outages in 3.5 years and only one of them came without notice. Love my service.
I have tried numerous times to reach the, so called, 24/7 tech support as we have had extremely poor signal and as of this moment, no signal. Nobody answers, ever! Left listening to horrible canned music, no message saying how long of a wait. Their website has an option for Live chat and says click the link at the bottom right, yet there is no link. We work from home and cant continue with the lack of service or internet. Tried a speed test from their own website and it says they cant find their own server, yet no messages on their website for any issues.UPDATE: After a long hold, finally had someone answer and inform me that what they thought was back running, was not. I have upgraded 1 more star only for the fact someone actually answer, looked into the issue and is working on it. If you have known there has been server issues for several days, why is this not posted on your website?
I called 1 week ago to try to get installation for internet, I was supposed to get an email to confirm our conversation, but no email no call no info so frustrating I contacted another service provider but xmission has my service in pending. I will contact them again to move it out of pending so I can go with a better customer service oriented company!! Still no response from Xmission it has now been 3 weeks I called them and they route me to Utopia and tell me it was their fault not Xmission good job at pushing the buck but Utopia set it right and put with another company that hasnt passed the buck and definitely took care of me as customer service oriented companies should I would recommend not using Xmission and going with Sumofiber!!
There are the typical internet service providers, and then there is XMission! Ive had fiber to the home office for 11 years with XMission. Honestly, over this time, I received nothing but the best performance, pricing, and support. Fortunately, I have several ISPs to choose from, and after listening to other peoples experiences, Ive made the right choice. Im a picky consumer and want for nothing but the best for my time and money. Heres to another 20 years with XMission.
Xmission is great, they are open and honest. They contribute back to the community, and they respect their customers privacy.
Tech-support is frustratingly unhelpful. There is rarely outages but when there is and you need support they are not helpful and just blame it on your router to get you off of the phone
We signed up for Utopia Fiber. Chose Xmission cause my wife found it was $37 a month and first month free. Its not really $37/month. And no first month free. Even paying for a full year in advance and no free month provided (thanks!) at $453.87/12=$37.82. I get it. No big deal on .82 cents a month right? But sign up for a monthly plan and $37 turns into $47? And you get billed when you sign up. Not when Utopia installs the hardware and then they tell you that you need more hardware. Not only were we lucky enough not to get month one free but we get to pay the monthly charge a least two weeks before we actually ever use it. Call customer service and they dont have any power/concern to actually make good. Guess what. I made good. I paid and year commitment. Be ready for slight misconception initially. Well see if I renew after year one. Was with previous provider 11 years. Fiber itself probably much better than Century Link. You didnt earn a great review. Heres hoping for a better future.
Have Xmission through Utopia. Its the best internet service I ever had, comparable to Google Fiber. Way better and cheaper than Comcast/Xfinity. I wish their service was available everywhere in Utah.
Problem-solving:router issue.
I have been a customer of XMission since moving into my house over 10 years ago and have been happy with their UTOPIA service. They are very privacy focused and do not do anything that messes with your service and they provide updates quickly on twitter if something does happen. There speed is good and support has always been helpful even if it is with my network setup at times. XMission helps out the community and the security industry and groups in SLC as well. With UTOPIA I think they are the best option you can get for service.
I recently switched to XMission with UTOPIA Fiber. Its been a truly outstanding experience. The speed and reliability has been amazing. Every contact with sales and technical support has been exceptional as well. If their service is available in your area I highly recommend giving them a try and supporting an awesome local business.
Have had Xmission for various things for almost 20 years now (including dial up in the early days) and most of the time the line to the house was provided by QWEST/CENTURYLINK. Xmission supported me many a time when the DSL line was down and I was told it was not our fault by by Xmission being able to bypass the normal customer service and go to the people who actually checked things. Even then I often saw the QWEST/CENTURYLINK trucks at the box working on it just before I got service back even though they claimed no issues. Now I have UTOPIA and Xmission and my service is much more stable. If we do have a rare issue then Xmission lets us know why there was an issue and what they are doing to try and prevent it in the future. I also like that when I have a mind blank, Xmission support helps me with my home network issues and helps me get back up. The value is good even though at a bit higher cost than some others because it just works, no excuses, no blame passing, and help is there when I have needed it.The only lie I have caught Xmission in is that they say I have up to 250 meg service, I actually have 280 down and 275 up most of the time and have never tested below 250, which is better than the other services that say up to and then you only get at the most, about 80% of that speed.
Great company to work with. They have great customer service and will do their best to help answer your question, even if they need to email or call you later in the day. Highly recommend them!!
I love Xmission. They are dependable!
I was an XMission customer for years, and even worked there for a time. They love their employees, treat them well, and give them excellent skills-training. They love their customers, and strive to provide them with excellent service. And they love the internet, and have strived for years to protect it and make it a better place. ❤ XMission!
Best ISP around.
You really have to watch your billing with these guys. This isnt the Xmission I had in the 1990s. When I signed up for Utopia, I gave Xmission 5 stars for quality of service. I downgraded to 2 stars after a while when my credit card was double-billed with a manual payment. So I switched to automatic payments, and now Im downgrading to 1 star because instead of a $50 referral credit, someone reverse-applied the $50 as an outstanding balance. With the next billing error, Im switching to another provider, and there are several.
Look, I hate the cable service alternatives as much as anyone, but I wouldnt recommend this bush league internet service to my worst enemy. Terrible service, terrible people
Super fast and responsive service, free single static public IP, and they even give you 30Mbps over top of the 250Mbps you pay for!!! WIN WIN WIN!!!!
Been with these guys for years and best service Ive ever had.
Been with Utopia since 1993. Xmisson is just a money collection office? They cant fix their own system, because they are only a resaler. They have been trying for 4 years to fix the same problems. They have phone answering personnel. Save yourself the trouble. If you dont want family or business offline all the time. Go with anybody else.
I write this review as someone who upgraded from Centurylinks 1.5mbps (which is awful) wifi speed to Xmission 1gbps (which should be great) wifi speed. I can safely say Xmission is horrible. The streaming quality is horrible for what I am paying for, we most commonly are only able to watch videos in 480p, and if we are lucky 720p. The download speed is horrendous, it downloads off of Steam in the Kilobytes, and online speed test put it at 7-45mbps (depending on the day) download speeds. All of this with 1gbps wifi speed! Thats awful. Plus we constantly are losing connection throughout the day. However, Support is knowledgeable, but not helpful. As I have contacted them a couple of times already. Stay away from Xmission.*Edit. I have devices that dont have the option for a hardwire connection. Such as a phone, tablet, and even a laptop, that were having these problems too. Our router was recommended by your support, and supports our wifi speed. I was told that basically the only available option to potentially increase our speed would be to switch it to a AC network. But our other devices might not be able to connect to it.
I’ve had xmission for over ten years and absolutely love them. Always responsive, polite and helpful... for all three times I’ve had to call them. Yeah it was all user error! Thanks xmission!
I have been with XMission for several years. I have a home business and and retail web site. The initial setup with XMission was painless and any initial questions I had were quickly and easily resolved. The XMission support system (and billing department) are truly awesome. They listen to you unlike many other support group and unlike many other customer service departments XM does NOT delay your problem resolution with a canned script of questions. I would recommend XM to anyone who is in need of internet hosting and services. Kudos to their entire team.
Its crazy to think Ive been using xmission services since the 90s. Theyre always spot-on with the most secure and well-thought-out resources, and their chat help has been amazingly helpful for managing our organizations web resources and domains. Thank you to XM!
Great speeds on the UTOPIA network. They respect your privacy. Recently saw that their monthly data cap increased from 2TB to 10TB. No longer need to worry about your bandwidth. Easy to pay your bill online through their website. Ive been a XMission subscriber for almost 6 years now. Would still like to see the monthly fee go down over time rather than up.
IPhone update took 30 minutes .. Asked about signal strength during installation and was told, “oh man! your neighbors up the street could get your WiFi !!” ... I don’t even get it in my damn driveway .. (also posted this on UTOPIAs reviews)
Great service, helpful staff when i had an email folder issue, been very reliable. Highly recommend this company.
Love their support team!! Adam is the best!!
While they are in the office during banking hours its a fantastic company. However, if you run into any issues and its a weekend? Youre Internet-Less until Monday morning at 9am.
Lightning fast internet speeds! Had a brief problem tonight and Cody helped us right through it in minutes via live chat. Highly recommend!
I use Xmission and UTOPIA, and I love it. I cant ever remember having a service outage. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Drop Comcast and come aboard.
Surprised this place is even around.
In a nutshell: Xmissions sales person made a commitment to have a fiber line installed by a certain date at my business. However, Xmission cannot actually deliver it until a month or two later. When asked about this significant delay, the sales person said that commitment, which I have in writing, was never made. His solution was for me to call their supplier to tell them to hurry up.Really?
Ive had XMission for 9 years now. They were my first choice when utopia lines were installed at my house as they were highly recommended by all of my network engineer friends. They are amazing. Simply google xmission and youll wonder how you can get them even if you dont have access to utopia.Their support is insane. Ive gotten a live person to talk to anytime I have ever needed support. Including 2 am when my ip address was changed due to something happening with utopias lines. They have ALWAYS followed up on every request Ive ever sent in. Theyll put me on hold to go talk to engineers in the same building to get me the best answers. Amazing. They are transparent. Any XMission subscriber knows this. Not only transparent regarding law enforcement requests they receive but they also send emails for every little hiccup, scheduled maintenance, downtime, out of office for work party, etc... Each message contains what, where, when, why, who, how, how long, what they are doing to fix it, what it means to me, etc...They are a Utah company. This is important to me. The people running it are local and part of my local or extended community. (I believe several of the alternative ISPs are local as well, which is a big plus for having utopia ! )
Best ISP I have ever had. Great speeds and great support.
Ive had Xmission Residential Service for over 20 years. They are the best ISP Ive ever had. They are a great, local company with helpful, local Customer Service. None of this out-sourcing off shore. I recommend people signing on with Utopia to use XMission for their ISP. Unfortunately Utopia is XMissions only option for Residential Connectivity so if you dont live in a city served by Utopia you are out of luck there.XMission is very good about keeping you informed. They are open about their network and what is going on with upgrades, local outages and explaining what happened when problems arise. I havent gotten that from anyone else unless it makes the news.XMission respects customer privacy and does not sell your data or surfing history. They also dont inject their own ads onto your webpages. They are a company you can trust. They should offer a VPN service for those who don’t have access to XMission as their main ISP. You can trust XMission. I cant say that about a lot of sites offering VPN access.
If you like long wait times and horrible customer service Xmission is your best choice. Not compatible with eero.
They were very helpful in a card issues and gave me an extension to take care of my issue. Thank you for helping me in a bind.
Best ISP in Utah, solid Service, awesome sales team. If youre in a Utopia Fiber area and you dont have XMission then you did it wrong.
So my Xmission Xperience has been the best, I am getting exactly what I am paying for which is all I ask. They send me updates of outages or that they are down for maintenance.
Customer service excellent. I dont think Ive ever waited on the phone for longer than 15 seconds. Inexpensive reliable service.
Excellent customer service, great company, and always communicative and transparent! Their hosted email service is excellent -- very customizable and featureful. I transferred all my email off Gmail and havent looked back -- it even syncs calendar/contacts with Android.
Horrible customer service.. Im a customer who wants to pay their bill and catch up but they cant verify my account even though I provided all the info and they want me to jump through hoops to call when they are there in office but I dont have time to do that. And because their rep didnt want to assist me he ended the chat help. Horrible customer service...
I have been on a Fiber line for over 10 years with Xmission and have only had my speeds increase and my bill decrease. I am waiting for the day that I go from 1Gbps to a 10Gbps connection. I have a dedicated Plex server that I stream to my family. Never a complaint or a slow down while playing fortnite or any other game while my wife and kids are streaming netflix.Aditionally its nice to have both me and my wife to work from home with out any problems what so ever!I would recommend xmission and have to my neighbors and friends. A coworker also signed up for Xmission on my advised!
The team at XMission has once again impressed me to no end. Anytime I have ever had an issue the XMission team has responded faster than Google (Google hosts certain tech features for us) and figured out what the root cause of the trouble we were experiencing before Google could do so. Our organization is not a huge client of XMissions but you wouldnt know that by the level of customer service we always experience. To make things even more impressive is their great commitment to this community. XMission provides so much to nonprofits and small businesses and, at the same time, have committed so much to being a good environmental steward. They have been ranked in the top 25 for data centers in the country for energy efficiency, received a perfect efficiency score from Energy Star and are committed to being powered by renewable energy.Thank you, XMission.Ryan EvansPresidentUtah Solar Energy Association
When you need support, they dont answer, emails or VM. Rude billing department and support.
Ive never been as frustrated as I am in regards to internet than I am with XMission. I made the switch from Century Link because Utopia was available in my neighborhood thinking I would have lightening fast speed. My internet goes out frequently for no reason and comes back on. When its working I have to constantly turn off and on as well and switch back and forth between the different bands of Wifi on my devices so they will hopefully load youtube videos because they constantly buffer. Im using a brand new Nighthawk 1900 which covers more than enough sqft in my home and I only have 2 Iphones and 1 Ipad utilizing Wifi in my home so. I have called XMission on 3 occasions- To sign up>the girl was fantastic to talk to. Then 2 other times to see if I could get someone to examine the issues. Both service calls the people were (trying to be nice here) rude sounding on the phone. Ive had Utopia out to my home since XMission doesnt send anyone and their speeds coming from the Modem are steady at 900MB. Ultimately- the 40mgs I got from Century link was more consistent than what Im getting from XMission. I had Comcast 50Mgs in the past and that too was more consistent. I could atleast reset the router and in 10 minutes have internet working perfectly for a couple days.
Great service
Love the XMission team! Wouldnt be where we are at without them. They are always there for us when we have an issue and it is resolved very quickly. Also a shout out to Zimbra, their support team and knowledgeable product manager, very awesome as well. 5 stars.
Amazing service provider. Im sad that my new address does not support xmission. I never had any unscheduled outages. I could always rely on them. They even reached out to me after my cancellation to give me a refund on the rest of my bill. Their customer service is amazing. I recommend them for anyone who needs fast, cheap reliable internet with the customer service to back it up. Dont wait contact them now and get the best internet utopia has to offer.
Awesome product and service! I switched our company from Gmail to Zimbra through XMission because of the their stellar support services. Their staff made our transition easy and seamless and now I have no more email issues and especially no more headaches. Life is Good!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This has been the BEST isp experience ever! They are so easy to deal with and communicate regularly with their customers.
Evidently this Pete guy knows a thing or two about Internet service providers and customer service. As a previous Comcast Xfinity indentured servant even with their fast 60mbs download speed the upload speed was 3 to 5 MBS, now Xmission on the utopia backbone is cheaper for 200 down 200 up no questions asked just easy peezy! But If you really want to talk to somebody in India don’t call Xmission tech-support because you’re gonna talk to somebody sitting in an office in downtown Salt Lake City. Can’t say enough about X mission as a ISP they just do great things .
Theres nothing not to like. Staff is local, friendly, and helpful. Service is Enterprise class. Location is convenient and theres pizza and Indian next door. 10/10: would co-lo again.
Weve been using XMission as our ZImbra re seller for a few years, mainly for license renewals and upgrade quotes. Theyve always been prompt and helpful. Not to mention tech savvy. Great place to deal with.
SLUG Magazine has been an XMission client for over a decade. We value the innovation of their email and hosting products. XMission cares about making our digital and physical lives better by providing FREE wireless service to the public at numerous indie businesses and public parks. Also, their customer service reps kick-ass.
We purchased our email software through XMission. They were very responsive during the sales process. Made great recommendations to save us money and provided me with installation help files. I recently had an issue with the software after moving our server and changing the servers IP address. I called them for help because the software vendor support team wasnt very helpful (off shore). They bent over back words to try and help me get the issue resolved. I highly recommend them for your IT needs.
I feel sorry for those who cant have XMission as their service provider. I have never had an issue with the service and the few times I have had to call support due to a mistake on my end the staff is always kind and personable. If you are looking for a Internet provider look no further!! Thank you everyone at XMission! I can say it gives me no pain to pay you for a service that exceeds the cost.
I cant believe thire customer support quality. In my case, my house needed to changea plan. Because my house owner was pregnant and in a hospital, I called Xmission for her that she asked me to do that. I had even tried to explain her situation, but they helped us nothing. Theyve being just overbearing, and nuisance treatment me. Such a nice support team.
Great experience dealing with Xmission. We needed to do a Zimbra upgrade. John Webster @ Xmission was incredibly helpful, got our licensing and support credentials processed very quickly, shared his upgrade/migration expertise, and pointed us to some helpful web resources/articles. Great communication, great customer experience!
Always liked the staff at Xmission. Plus, I love doing business with local companies and these guys do a great job.
They have real support with smart people, 24/7. Wow.
Absolutely outstanding service! Had Qwest/Century Link and Comcast before fiber was available in my city. Switched to XMission when I had Utopia Fiber installed (about 5 years ago). Im a tech savvy guy that builds his own rigs and runs a few game and voip servers. I once called XMission at 3am to see why the internet was down. I spoke to a technician that gave me an answer that went way over my head and I was amazed that I got an actual answer instead of the typical were working on it that Ive been accustomed to with other ISPs. The problem was resolved within an hour. Ive decided that, when I move, XMission service is a requirement. Yes! They are that good!
I used Xmission to help with my Zimbra installation. They seem very knowledgeable and helped me with exactly what I wanted. I love working with sharp people.
Blazing speed, stable connection and knowledgeable and friendly customer service..Most likely the best provider on Utopia!!
I have been hosting my servers at Xmission for 9 years. Technically very good but more importantly they are great to work with.
Xmission is the best ISP ever. Before I had Xmission I had century link. I had to call customer service over and over again and my problem was never fixed. I switched to Xmission and I am paying half my century link bill for 1Gbps speeds. I havent needed to call Xmisson customer support a single time! I wish I could give it more stars.
X-Mission has been the best ISP Ive ever had. They are affordably priced and high speed Fiber to the Home in many cities. They dont have the same infrastructure in every city so double check before you sign up, but I had the 250mb/250mb plan and it was a little over half the cost of Google Fibers 100mb/100mb plan. So double the speed for half the price, the best part was I usually got 300/300 so it actually was triple the speed for half the price. You can only get those speeds if you are connected to Utopia (fiber to the home network) but its only available in some cities.X-mission isnt perfect but in my experience they are lightyears ahead of comcast and others.
Almost a year with XMission now, not a single outage. I cant tell you how their customer service is though because Ive never had a reason to call.
Im a Unix and Hadoop admin by trade and in my professional life, Im used to writing and submitting RFQs for north of half a million dollars. At home, I run a Zimbra ZCS Open Source server for 14 users, all friends and family. I recently decided to deploy Zimbra Mobile Plus on my ZCS server, representing a total purchase of a bit less than $500. In an industry with ridiculously slim margins, that probably means less than $30, before taxes, in commissions to the poor guy (John Webster) who handled my order. XMission didnt take me out for dinner or send me to a an NFL game, but in every other way they treated me like a big boy. These guys are awesome!
Ive dealt with xmission far more than Id care to admit over the last 10 years, in varying capacities. A few of them being: an ISP customer, a webmaster and developer with clients using xmission hosting (including a non-profit utilizing xmissions special offerings for non-profits), an IT guy for a company with hosting and Zimbra email through them, and a few others.Overall, all my experiences have ended up boiling down to the same few points:1. The products are good. Most of the time.2. The products are reliable. Most of the time.3. They give you tools to manage your products with them. Sometimes (admittedly more-so now than even a few years ago).Undoubtedly, though, they do have the best customer service youll find in the industry. Thats a great thing too, because youll be dealing with them a lot to fix quirky bugs on their end, or to make petty account or setting changes that any of their competitors have automated or provided user tools for. So yes, they have fantastic customer service (I know many of them by name now), but Ive never dealt with another company where Ive been required to contact CS anywhere near as often. Ive been with some of their competitors for 10 years and have contacted CS once or twice. With xmission, you cant hardly make a minor change without either having to go through them to make the change, or to call them when it breaks. So for me, and in my various experience with them, xmission is a bit of a paradox. Excellent customer service, but youll be dealing with them A LOT.Ironically, writing this review reminded me of an outstanding bug in their system -- a result of them porting a clients account to a different server -- that I need to get in touch with them about...
Helped us with our Zimbra licensing and Zimbra email migration. Xmissions Zimbra expertise is top notch. Everything went seamless with our transition and licensing. Would highly recommend anyone to use Xmissions services for all their Zimbra needs. Very easy to work with and very quick to respond to requests. Thanks again!
XMission is absolutely the best ISP ever--and Ive been around the block with some of the cheapo alternatives. Ive been with em personally since 1994, and professionally since 1996. Ive utilized a great majority of their services: access, networking, co-location, stackable, and the cloud. Their up-time, performance, speed, and support is unparallelled. For all my clients, friends, family--everyone--I recommend XMission. And now, more than ever, I recommend em. XMission fights for our safety, security, and privacy. Its the most cost efficient, solid, market available--in Utah and through-out the nation. (Probably internationally also, but I havent branched out that far). If you need a secure, I mean robustly secure and reliable, and fast ISP, go with XMission.
Best ISP ever. Xmission is the #1 UTOPIA provider. They have real technical people and provide real service.Xmission is the top choice for anyone looking for an ISP.
I just got on board with Xmission about a month ago. While I have noticed the internet is a little slower than it was when I was with Centurylink, the Digital telephone service is exceptional good. Maybe thats because Im running on DSL instead of fiber optic. Its great to have so many free features with my telephone package. The high quality of the VOIP phone service is such the only difference between analog regular phone service and this new digital phone technology, is the sound quality is three times better. The phone conversations are so much more crisp and clear now. Like the fact I can make a long distance call anywhere in the country and it doesnt cost anything. Like having Skype without the computer, and I can still use my old telephones. The internet however works exceptional well, in spite of slighter slower speeds. No problems with outages ever. The customer service is exceptional. Had a few technical problems when I first hooked up with Xmission, but we have successfully solved most of them now.A great local company with a AAA+ Better Business Bureau rating, I wouldnt go back to Centurylink ever again. Xmission is cheaper and its worth every dime. A local business that works hard to keep its customers happy. Defiantly recommend Xmission to all I know.Xmission thanks for such great service.
This internet sucks. Speeds vary all the time and I am super disappointed.
I love XMission!
