Terrible internet service. You sign on for sub par internet in a three year contract. The only way to increase speed is to enter ANOTHER three year contract with them with no certainty of quality. Find another company that cares about your business and not just their bottom line. One of the worst experiences I have had with an ISP. Please stop supporting this company in anyway unless they can fix their current model. A company like this isnt running on an ethical level. Their objective is to sign contracts so they can fiscally hold it over your head while offering terrible service in return. There is no drive to excel as a company or find solutions, just collect money.

I have had NOTHING but excellent phone service with them and wouldnt think of switching. Our company has been with them for more than 6 years and they have provided immediate, friendly service every time. I recently recommended Integra to a retirement home who called me for a reference. They said they were hoping Id recommend Integra because he had heard so much good about them.

Run as far as you can. Integra is a great company until you have an issue or need help and then they are a ZERO. I would run as far away as you can from this company. We had their service for 6 years so I am not a new customer. We moved locations and they told us they couldnt provide service in our new location, so we were forced to find a new provider. We wanted of course to keep our same number that we have used for 9 years. They have done and are doing everything they can to not let us have that number. We have been working on this since October 31st. I would give them a flat F for their customer service. Again, I would encourage everyone to run as far away as you can from this company.

One of the worst companies to deal with ever. Phone service is fine, but the customer service leaves so much to be desired that I dont even know where to start. Suffice it to say that we dont do business with them any more. But, by the way, good luck getting a refund when you discontinue service. It has been six weeks so far, and the levels of baloney you have to go through to get a $130 refund is mind-boggling. On the plus side, the people you talk with in their corporate offices are so well trained at dodging honest inquiries and questions about when the refund is coming, that they are very nice on the phone, even while telling you either absolutely nothing or flat out lying.

Calling for information on our circuit, absolutely horrendous service. Tickets arent answered, representatives will do anything to get you off the line without resolving problems.Glenda assured us we couldnt speak to a supervisor unless we escalated a ticket which is what we were trying to resolve.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

We cancelled services with this company 2 months ago, we just finally got a call back from them that we will owe them a 2500.00 penalty fee for cancelling with them . this company is full of con artists and employees that have no idea what they are doing . Half of the time are lines did not work. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Sincerely, business owner in Utah

Awful! I pay extra for faster internet and get less than half the speed Im paying for. My computer is fine, my router is fine. Its just bad service. What a rip-off!! And they boost their own reviews. Just check out one of the reviews from 4 years ago compared to the one posted a few months ago.

This company are HUGE rip off artists! Stay far away from them. Big companies give them good reviews, because they have the money to waste. Integra is ripping them off blind, but they dont see it. If youre a small business - you will be spending a lot more for phone service than you would if you went to another company. We just figured out that we are only RENTING our phones. They have us under contract, so to date, weve paid over $2400 for three phones. Our contract still has a year left. Repairs and things like that are NOT included in the contract. So when our phones up and quit working last week, Integra sent in a repair guy who, 20 minutes later, said I cant tell you whats wrong, you need to get a different repair company in here. So we did. Integra charged us $200 for sending that guy out. The repair guy we had to hire was here for an hour, figured out what was wrong, fixed it and charged us $100. Dont even get me started on how bad their internet sucks.

Absolute garbage internet, forced to use it in my apartments my speed is consistently slower then my phones data when I pay for their highest service. Add that on to dropped packets and lag random outages and things and youve got the total mess that os integra/allstream

If I could give them NO stars, I would. Their equipment is constantly breaking down, and since the pay for the services of the local telephone lines, its always a battle as to whos fault you have no service. Their call service representatives are just the same. This company is based on, the customer is NEVER right.......No matter how much money youre losing because you have NO SERVICE. Integra is the biggest POS company you could contract. Weve been forced to have their service for the last 8 yrs. We are currently looking for someone else. At the time of this review, we have had no service for over a week

Awful service. Our phones went down for our business so I called and just to speak with someone, I waited forever. Then they said I had to wait a few hours for someone to call me back. After that, then they can schedule a service call which means I wait many more hours for someone to finally start working on the problem. When your whole business runs on phones, having them down for hours and hours does not work. Then to call and be told I just have to wait does not help. This had been my experience every time I work with these people.I assume they are trying to save a buck by keeping such a small staff so there are ridiculous response times, but obviously dont realize how much it compromises the customer service. Of course we are in a contract otherwise we wouldve left a long time ago. We are just counting down the days...

1.5Gbps advertised means 12Mbps down and 4Mbps up with high latency and dropped packets. Consider using something else if you can.

Ntegra/Allstream.... Terrible company to sign up for internet services. We recently took ownership of a business that was already set up with them and we tried to upgrade the speeds to handle the new security system we got. Im only talking about 4 cameras people! Their answer was to upgrade to T1 for $100 more a month and it would probably still not be enough, so we opted to change providers. Our new service was much, much faster and also included 2 phone lines, and 40 some TV channels, for $100 LESS then what we were paying for their SLOW DSL speed. When we cancelled they charged us $2,230.00 Are you kidding me? Wouldnt work with us at all. We are a very small business and strive on customer service as should all companies. I am very disappointed with Allstream and their customer service. DONT SIGN UP!!!!

So frustrated!!!My server connection for email has been up & down for weeks....Extremely slow and no one I mean NO ONE there can give me answers or solutions to my email issues. We run the business off of my email it is imperative that my email is working. My email keeps a dozen guys working everyday. No one there cares. I am beyond frustrated and ready to shut down our service completely if I can find another company that can fulfill our company needs...

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Too many issues to list. Any suggestion of zero contract service is a complete lie. Dispute resolution is non existent. Apparently we are now tethered to Integra for life because no one will contact me to solve our situation or explain their very inadequate service agreement. I have never been brushed off, lied to and treated so poorly. Absolutely ridiculous way to business.

The Integra Sales rep promised a minimum of 1.5 MBPS download speed on a bonded T1 with consequently doubled data speed and capacity. A few months into the contract, data speeds collapsed and Integra Tech Support said they didnt even know what a bonded T1 was. We often test download speeds at .3.to .7 MBPS. I cant even watch simple training videos. My home comcast is significantly faster.

Buyer beware! I started phone and internet service with these guys a few years back only to see my prices slowly creeping up. We went from about $150 per month for four land lines and internet to around $230 without any reasonable explanation. We closed that account and went with somebody else but kept one land line with them which was only supposed to cost about $40 per month. I do not pay the bills and I just found out that the are charging us almost $80 per month. They have even added an account servicing charge of $12.50 per month because we dont pay our bills through automatic withdrawal from our bank account!?Knowing how these guys operate allowing them to automatically take money out of your account would be idiotic!

Business phone lines down for 7 hours this time.No redundant back-up.Horrible customer service.Over $7,500 in business lost as a result.Tried to cancel my contract and was told the cancellation fee is the monthly service x remaining number of months left in the contract.Seeking legal council.

We have had several issues with Integra being unethical in our business dealings with them so we made a switch and no longer use them. At one time Integra was exceptional in their customer service and that is no longer the case. My company Pulse Technologies, Inc. sells and services Mitel and Samsung business telephone systems and so we did a lot of work with Integra in the past using their services for our phone system installations. We no longer do this after far too many bad experiences with them. Its too bad to see how far their business practices have declined.

The worst internet service provider Ive ever experienced. The internet shuts down for our entire building for days, and if it works it runs at a snails pace. They dont answer their phones, they dont call back in a timely manner, and they dont fix internet service problems for apartment complexes whose academic coursework and grades depend on consistent Internet access. Even mediocre, less than average service would be acceptable at this point. Never use this company.

In 9 years in telecom I have NEVER worked with a vendor that knew less. They refused to talk to the customer to get hunt information, they either couldnt or wouldnt connect the phone lines into THEIR PBX, their equipment stopped working and they had no replacement or work around.Please stay away from these guys, they are just as bad if not worse than Comcast and Comcast doesnt give a f*** about you.

Weve been with Integra for almost 11 years in 3 states with 10 offices. Standard phone lines, PRI, SIP, toll free, DSL, T1s, EoF, MPLS, data center space, etc.. weve got it all. Integra has never let us down, and works endlessly to repair any issues as fast as possible. Great company with fantastic people.

You know, Ive never had the greatest experience with any telecommunication companies when it comes to internet service. But, we had a big internet problem the other day, and Integra really helped us out. We had called Century Link to inquire about prices, and they fraudulently pulled our IDP over without permission. This meant we had no internet, phone, etc. at our business for about a day...while we were on the phone arguing with Century Link about how they had royally screwed us over, we got the most kind and courteous help from the people over at Integra when we tried to solve the problem. Ultimately, after hours of run-around on the phone with Century Link (who we will never EVER switch to and suggest everyone stay away from them) we ultimately got the problem solved because of the care and persistence of the staff at Integra. Much better than Century Link by a long shot, and a good option for anyone.

Warning, Biggest Nightmare Ever! One star is not little enough. Signed a 4 year business contract (Trap) for internet and phone. As a new business I needed service fast and according to the independent rep this was the best option. Within one year the internet was too slow for us, and it dropped constantly forcing us to use our cell phones (which were faster anyway). So I upgraded to their 20mbps service. It never sped up and for the next 3 years, came in at 6mbps no matter what I did. I called, they sent a technician and he blamed it on the wiring in the building. I had new wiring installed and still no increase. I bought a new wireless router, still nothing. I called again and they sent someone to replace the modem. Still no change. I called to see if I could cancel and told me Id have to pay the entire remaining bills in full for the remainder of the contract to cancel. So Id basically be paying for the service without getting it. I finally decided to call the service department one more time to get some answers. They told me that the service I was paying for stated UP TO 20mbps. So basically .0001mbps is within the UP TO 20mbps service they sell so I should be complaining. They than told me (for the first time in 4 years) that in my area 6 to 7mbps is the max there servers can provide but I can PAY for a second line and get UP TO 14mbps. I Thought That UP TO 14mbps Was Within UP TO 20mbps But I Guess it Costs More to Have Less With Integra.

I called to ask them when my contract was ending so I could cancel services. I informed them I would be leaving and they failed to mention I needed to write them 30 days in advance or they would bill me for services for at least 30 days AFTER service is discontinued. I feel very cheated and am glad I am leaving.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. For the past two months I have asked multiple times to have two small issues fixed. They come out, say its fixed and close the repair ticket even though nothing is fixed. If you want to waste hours of your time explaining the same issues over and over and get treated like crap sign up with Integra.

Horrible......Our phones are down and we cant get anyone to do a simple forward so we dont miss customer phone calls. After attempting to do it remotely - which their system doesnt work....I have waited on hold for over 20 minutes for repair.We will be looking for another provider ASAP

Weve used Integra for years and wish we could put our other businesses on it, but were stuck with Century Link because of their locations. They are about 25% cheaper than Century Link and weve never had a issue with them.

HORRIBLE! They will sit on your phone lines for a month. Ive been trying to transfer services to Century Link and they have made me jump through hoops to do it. They also took weeks to release the lines even though they told me over the phone it would be no more than 3 days. The customer service support is also very uninformed.
