They took my money and no one showed up to install what I ordered. Kept trying to call numbers they gave me but they dont work. Even their chat lines doesnt help in any way, speaking of unprofessional employees.

Please dont lose your time with this company, we have our service currently disconnected and we never made that request, i was told it was a mistake on their end and now they are telling me we have to create a new account and go trough a credit check again and a deposit. I even spoke with a supervisor and she said that she couldnt do anything about it. After speaking with 20 different agents, they keep transferring me to different departments, none of them has been able to help, this is super frustrating. last but not least they said if we wanted a reimbursement it would take 1 year, how is that even possible?. Look for other options.

This is CenturyLink, it’s not a scam. Flexential is in the first level of the building. CenturyLink is in the back. These are DATA centers, N O T actual offices you go to if you have problems. They’re all good staff.

They are horrible!!! Do yourself a favor and never do business with them. No internet is better than dealing with this nightmare. Century link is terrible!!!!

WOULD GIVE no stars if I could. Awful service, was on hold for 5 hours when I tried to call and cancel. Got charged full month when only had it for 4 days when canceling. Was told by multiple reps that my bank info was deleted, one let it slip they still had it and never canceled. Actual internet was awful too, always cut out and was slow.
