Over all we had a great experience. Very nice and friendly staff. We where helped by Eliza. She was very sweet and helpful, she answered any and all questions we had. We loved that Eliza really walked us through the different products and services that would help with my moms acne scaring and dark spots. 10/10 would recommend Elase and Eliza!

I have only had injections so far, but I have been looking into cool sculpting and other kinds of rejuvenations too, since Im in my late 40s and certainly not looking any younger. Ive been nervous to dive into this kind of thing because Ive always relied on makeup and clothing to make me appear youthful, but Ive been hearing so much about it all and dieting apparently isnt fixing some things Id like to have taken care of. Initially I decided to check out some local company websites and ended up calling a few places but went with Elase and Im so happy I did. Elase was by far the best experience I could have had! I called in and spoke to a woman who was kind and made me feel way less anxious about it all. The actual process of getting botox was pretty simple and the results have been beyond my expectations! The injector was gentle and explained everything clearly, Karen at the front desk made the check-out process less like paying for services and more like talking with a friend and helped me understand the membership option, and even the employees who passed me in the lobby or halls smiled and greeted me. I loved the whole experience. My only criticism is that the bathroom was all the way in the back of the building. I cant wait to go back for more!

All the estheticians I have been assigned have done an amazing job, especially Tabitha. She always makes me leave feeling so happy. Not only does she always check to make sure I’m feeling comfortable during our treatment, but also connects with me while asking about my day and such. At the recommendation of a friend I contacted Elase for a Coolsculpting consult. I purchased the 12 application package. My stomach area (baby pooch) has been a big problem for me. Eva was therapist/technician. I was a bit nervous but Eva’s personality & professionalism put me at ease. I am happy with my results. I’m 61 yrs old and feel comfortable wearing a bikini again. I recently started my treatment for Laser Hair Removal here and already impressed after just a few visits! Everyone is friendly and they were able to fully explain any questions I had. Tabitha was great and I hope I have her again! Will definitely come back again this treatment is complete.

The staff is awesome, and the place is very clean— but my laser hair removal results did not come out as expected. After one year of treatment, I do not see big changes. I would say there is a 10-20% reduction compared to what they told me at the beginning, which was 70-90%. I paid a little over $4000 (for 3 areas), and I was hoping for great results. Unfortunately, I did not get them.

Love Elase! They have an excellent staff who are so kind and make you beautiful! They are very knowledgeable and professional. Overall great experience! Riley is the bomb I’d your looking for a fantastic injector!

I got a chemical peel done and didn’t get the results I was expecting (not their fault at all). I meet with Eliza a couple weeks later and she did everything she could to get me in and do another treatment for my face so I can get the results I want. She is absolutely amazing and very sweet. She took the time to check and see how my face is healing then she scheduled me for another treatment a few weeks later. I also wanna thank Mikayla for taking the time to explain things to me and do my treatment today. I’m very happy and satisfied with the service they provide. I have been going here for about 2 years. I always schedule my appointments before I leave and enter them into my calendar. I arrived at what I expected was my appointment time and it turns about they had it down for the day before. I knew this was incorrect because I was not available the day before and would not have made the appointment for that day. Rather than being helpful, apologetic, or just professional, Tabitha did nothing but rudely blame me (and they had also charged me $25 for the no show). After 2 years of never missing an appointment, I would have expected a more courteous exchange, especially given that the error could have been theirs, but instead I left knowing I wont be purchasing additional services from them given how they treated me.

Showed up excited for my lip plump. I had a special event Friday. Decided to treat myself. Woke up 2 hrs earlier than my norm. To show up and get told they hoped to have this handled before I got there.... . This turned out to be not getting my service done. I was just standing there waiting to see how they would fix it....They gave me a 75.00 dollar off my next time. Then said it was up to me if I wanted to wait.I booked an appointment with another place that while I waited. I hope lase can be more professional for their other customers.

As a man who is thinning on top, I have tried many solutions that havent worked. I began shaving my head and it became cumbersome. I decided to try lazer hair removal and I am pleased with my results. I have completed two treatments thus far and I noticed results after the first treatment. If you are sick of shaving your head or if you are thinning/balding on top, than lazer hair removal is definitely a solution.

Eliza was so helpful and personable. I enjoyed sharing some stories with her and felt really comfortable in my skin lol! She gave me some awesome samples that I am using and enjoying. I’m on a path to repair some sun damage and appreciated her guidance.

I was professionally, warmly, and promptly greeted by Riley in less than 5 minutes of walking in the front doors. This alone gave me the reassurance I was in for an excellent experience. Riley then took the time to discuss with me what my individual needs and hopes were for my procedure, which would be lip injections. She carefully noted what my concerns were and was very reassuring that I would get the outcome I wanted to achieve. She professionally went over all the complications and aftercare before getting started and then made sure I was comfortable before beginning. I took personal notice while she was injecting at her concentration, which let me know just how accurate she wanted the outcome to be. She was also conscientious the entire time about I was feeling, pain wise; which, by the way, wasn’t bad at all. I am so pleased with my procedure and would highly recommend Riley if you are wanting or even thinking about lip injections. Great experience all around.

Please do not come here!! They all do not care about what YOU want. They bulldoze over your desires and do what every they want to YOUR face. She wanted to fix something on my face and she took the mirror and i told her i couldn’t see my face and i don’t feel comfortable and she didn’t give me the mirror. As i suspected the work wasn’t done right and my face looks asymmetrical.
