Amazing! Fixed free, wasnt simple either. Enough said.

I cracked my phone screen in two different places and bent the frame at the top when I dropped my phone a couple nights ago. I’m leaving on a trip tomorrow and didn’t want to take any chances with further damage while I was away.I went into Batteries and Bulbs for help. Cecelia was the one who helped me figure out what needed to be done and she was very upfront about costs and details. I waited in the store for an hour, which wasn’t a big deal for me. Both Cecelia and Jen worked on my phone while being attentive and friendly with other customers that stopped in. They were great! The phone looks good as new and I’m set for my trip!

Awesome every time we have fixed my s8 3x theres already every time its just like new. Customer service is great. Great store Id be lost with out them as the prices are unbeatable. And service was fast even if they were short staffed they still did amazing.

They fixed my screen so quickly and were so nice and funny. I was worried about it not working and they told me where to go if I needed further helpI didnt end up needing as much help as they gave me, but the info sure didnt hurt. These guys are awesome and I am so grateful to have gotten the chance to go through them.

We were traveling from out of town and my phone died after a previous repair from our home town. Max was very informative and was great help in getting the phone repaired within an hour. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus for their products and services.

My repair did not go well at all. I want in for a screen repair and now my phone is dead. This phone was less than two months old and when I picked it up from the repair the employee said I was having some battery issues and offered a replacement battery at half price. I explained that the phone was new and that it had no battery issues before their repair. I left the store but returned within an hour because the phone was not working at all. After an hour and a half of trying to replace the battery the tech told me the phone had been damaged in the screen repair and that I now needed a new phone. The manager was not in the store so I would have to come back the next day. So far I’m three and a half hours into this mess and I have nothing to show for my efforts. My rating could go up if Batteries Plus replaces my phone and covers all my expenses but we’ll have to wait and see. In the end I realize things happen and this mistake is probably an isolated incident so I’ll hold off on my final judgment until I talk to the store manager. PS. As I post this review it will not let me post with zero stars so I have to give it one star but I would not happy.Heres an update: The store came through with a new phone and Im happy with the service. I would give the store a total of three stars.

Called in at 5pm Thurs Aug 30th for phone repair... They had the part in stock and I had the phone dropped off, fixed, picked up by 7pm. Plus the two guys working in the store were super nice and gave amazing service. I wonder what else I can switch to buying from there...

Second replacement screen in 7 days do to damage from dropping. Your staff was amazing both times. They even made sure that previous issues were addressed and adjusted after the first screen. For some reason it was extremely sensitive and my cheek wall dialing while talking. Additionally, could not place my curser. Instead it would select the entire word. Problem solve this time. Thanks much!!

So fast, easy and efficient. Always incredibly inexpensive compared to apple care or other outlets. Look on their website before going in to get additional discounts.

They did a great job replacing the battery on my iPhone. It was done quickly as promised. I love having my iPhone back in good working order.

They determined which battery I needed for my tablet and ordered it without having me pay until it was installed. When it came in, they phoned me and I came in and they installed and it works just fine. They needed about an hour to install. Good job.

Saved me $90 on a phone repair because they were able to keep the part I was supposed to replace and fix it with a good cleaning. They didnt even charge me for the quick service they did. Amazing staff!

Fixed the screen on my S8 and did a great job. They even were missing the replacement screen in their stock and the franchise owner personally went to another store to get it for my phone. When they were finished with my phone they brought it out and made sure I was happy with everything and there was one thing I thought was sort of loose and they quickly fixed it. Because I had to sit and wait for a little bit of extra time I got to watch how they treat all of the customers that were coming in for various reasons and I was very impressed with how they cared to help solve problems that their customers were having. In a few instances they couldnt help and they didnt try to push the wrong product on the customer instead they helped them find what they needed elsewhere. Will 100% be going back if I need to fix my phone again.

The guys here are top shelf. In and out quick, very kind, knowledgeable, and over the top hospitableness. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else for phone repairs or accessories.

These guys are awesome!!! I can’t plug-in my iPhone’s charger cable somehow, they helped me fix that in 5 mins without even charging me a penny... Super nice staff! Thanks sooo much!

Customer service was fine, but after seeing the package for my replacement battery I was not informed that the one they installed was rated at 3000 mah, vs 3300 mah that my stock battery was, so I in fact did not receive what I was told was an equivalent battery. Have to deal with it because im going back home on saturday.
