Ordered laptop parts over a month ago, and still have not received an appointment for me to bring it in for service. Ive called several times, left messages, they havent called me back yet. Ill update this if it changes, but I feel like Im out the cost of the parts without any recourse. I hope they read this and call me back.

I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. Chase basically threw our computer back together in the laziest way possible. I attempted to get him back out to recover our files properly and get my computer back to the way it was before (and the way I was expecting to get it back). Chase dodged me for months and refused to come fix his work. He made appointments multiple times and never showed up. Absolutely awful experience.

I asked for a power cord for my MacBook Pro and told him the model number. He wanted a premium price of $45 firm. I drove out of. May way to his house and texted and asked for a pic. Turns out it isnt the right one at all with a lower power rating which just wont work. For Mac repairman he should know or research ¬ totally waste a customers time for $ in his pocket.

Chase was awesome. He came to my house, identified the issue within two minutes, quoted me a very fair price, and got the job done the same day. He saved me at least a thousand dollars because I considered getting a new pc due to being frustrated with my old computer. So, I’m very glad I contacted him. And as an additional bonus he recommended a very good antivirus program which works like a charm!

Chase ripped me off and is a fraud. Never do business with him because he is dishonest and I wonder if his business if even legitimate. I filed a complaint with the FTC because he showed up to my apartment to diagnose the problem and charged me half of what it would cost up front and then he ghosted. I have called him probably a hundred times and if he answers he makes up an excuse like “I will order the parts tomorrow” or “I am working now. I will call you back afterwards” so that he can quickly hang up without answering my questions or addressing his concerns (after our initial meeting he has not once gotten back to me). Two weeks ago I called on a different phone number and he responded. I voiced my frustrations and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt— hoping he was just a young and inexperienced recent computer grad that was just terrible at doing business.Unfortunately, even when I was fair to Chase, who had been blowing me off for a month, he let me down. He didn’t do a single thing he said he would, he didn’t even invoice me for the money I paid, so there’s no official record other than our texting correspondence. Go somewhere else. Pay extra money for a legitimate service, otherwise Chase will rip you off and you’ll end up in a worse position that you started with.and charged me for half of what he said he would accomplish be

All the information here are faked except the phone number. The new address on his website is faked either. I really doubt that all the 5 star here are faked. He took my laptop and then disappeared. Originally he promised to fix and return it on Sunday night. I waited till 2 am and not a call or text came. Then he promised me to have it ready for Monday morning. Again he wont pick up the phone call or reply my text. Now he even put my number in black list. I am planning on report him to the police for fraud if I cant have my laptop back.

Weve been purchasing old damaged/recycled computers from Chase for a while now.Until recently, been a good experience.We thought we could trust him with prepaying for some computers that he needed to get. That was a mistake.$605 prepaid for 3 computers that he gave the specs, pictures, and details for.Unfortunately, well be sending this over to small claims court as we have enough proof to show intent to sell but failure to deliver.Avoid at all costs, as eventually hell find a way to burn you.

Chase came to my home and fixed my network printer problem I kept having and did that in less than fifteen minutes and I spent hours trying to figure it out. He also installed a new 65 TV in my master bedroom and ran power cable up through the wall. And I had him clean up my wiring and hook up my dvd player in my living room. He did a great job and works quickly and efficiently. I recommend Chase for network, computer, and A/V needs.

Andre was very professional and prompt. I had no idea what I did to my computer and thought it was a goner. I brought in my Mac and was having issues with it crashing intermittently. Andre was able to get it fixed and back to me that same day. He also gave me a few good tips on programs and apps that I could use for my own business. These 5 stars are well deserved.

Chase is my dude!! His knowledge and experience got my HP laptop up and running within a day. I took it to another computer repair shop before and they said they couldn’t do anything and to buy a new one. ALERT! The 1 star reviews are completely accurate. DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR PROPERTY! On Jan 24th I needed the screen on my laptop replaced. Chase Computers comes up. Close to my office. Drove over thinking I would find a store front.There was no signage for his store so I called him to ask how to find him. He promptly answered the phone. He said hes no longer at that address and was now mobile. I advised him of what I needed done. He asked that I text him pictures. He asked many questions about whether the touch screen still worked, etc. After multiple texts throughout the day he quoted me $150.00 for the repair, $100 was due when he picked up the laptop and the remaining $50 was due when the repairs had been made. It seemed reasonable. He agreed to meet me in the lobby of my office tower. We met. He opend the laptop and said it looked like it was just the glass that needed to be fixed because the touch screen was working fine. He said he would order the part and said it would only take a few days. I paid him $100 through the Cash app, he emailed me an invoice showing I had paid, then walkd out the door with my laptop. It all seemed legit. I hadnt heard anything from him so I finally emailed him on January 29th so see how it was coming along. No resonse. This became the norm for him. Januarty 30th he finally texted and said he was working in the basement of a building and had horrible reception. said the screen should arrive that day, and he would get back to me that night to confimr parts were delivered and installed. That was a Wednesday. Didnt hear anything from him. I texted him early afternoon on Monday the 30th. No response. Texted him again later that afternoon and he responded 7 minutes later. Whew! kind of a relief, right? Then nothing again. I emailed him, called him, and continued to text him. When he did respond he gave an excuse for his lack of communication; busy with another job, car went out, death in the family. something new everytime. Finally evening of Feb 6th, after 2 unanswered texts and 4 phone calls, I advised in my final voicemail that if I didnt hear from him first thing in the morning on the 7th I would be calling Salt Lake PD to report it stolen. I called him around 9:30 am, sent me to voicemail after 2 rings. The message I left at that time was that sending me to voicemail was all I needed to know. I filed a police report, Case #19-22864. Miraculously, the phone call from the detectve to Andre was answered immediatly, even with Andres phone being dropped and calls and messages only coming through on that phone once a day and all at once! Amazing huh? detective told him that I wanted my laptop back, fixed or not, and that theft charges would be filed morning of Feb 8th if it wasnt returned. Turns out Andre has priors for theft The det. advised me not to meet him alone when he returned the laptop because of of Andres history. FANTASTIC! Andre pleasantly told the detective (at 2:30pm) that he was on his way to me, from Saratoga Springs, to return the laptop. Great. Its only about an hour drive to my office. Things were lookin up. 4:30pm nothing. After a few text, Andre told me that he told the detective that he was in Provo and that I was his next stop, and he would be leaving Provo in 5 minutes. Ok. So another hour from Provo to Salt Lake. Ill wait. 6:30 rolls around and nothing. I sent a text asking when he would be here. He said he had to stop off in Sandy, but would be leaving towards me shortly. So much of this Ill be there running behind. asked that I mee him in Sugarhouse,it would be faster for me. Uhh No. he agreed to send his wife Amber (see her 5 star review below). She finally showed up at 8:40PM. Thats right! 8:40pm last night I finally get my laptop back. Andre Wirick had no intention of returning my laptop but Im sure the threat of ANOTHER theft charge was bothersome. Dont use this guy, hes not legit. No business lisence on file with the state. Andre Chase Wirick is a theif. The real kind. Im sure my $100 is gone too. Small Claims case maybe?

I needed a virus removed from my computer, chase came out the same day and removed it and cleaned up my machine. I couldnt be happier.
