Not bad check in at 9:50 am loaded Immediate 11:15 am outside, very clean bathrooms my experience was not bad at this place

Compared to other companies, Dannon has their act together. Plus this facility usually has plenty of free yogurt. If it is not in the fridge, just ask. Remember to be courteous.

I arrived at 3:35pm. I had a 8:00pm(at least I thought I did)appointment. Attempted to check in at the shippers office. Appointment mysteriously changed to 2:30am. Checked in at 12:25am. In the door at 2:53. Paperwork in hand at 4:47 the next day. 12hr 24min.

Not run very well. Got there 14 hours early for a pre-load only to be told they did not have a trailer. I was of course pulling an empty. I was told to check in 1 hour before my appointment time. Took over 3 hours to load 5 pallets on my trailer. What a way to run a business. No common sense and no body who wants to step up .

Apart from being send to a dock that had a truck in it already, I was there for over 3 hours to be loaded. Their scale doesnt print but itll let you know the weight, guess it could be worse.

Hit or miss. Sometimes its easy in and out. When it isnt, Ive spent an upwards of 7 hours here before.

I wish I could give them -5 stars. This was supposed to be a pre-loaded trailer drop and hook. I was told to give them my phone number and go park in the street and wait for them to call me. Three hours and 45 minutes later I’m still waiting. I did go in and ask what the problem was and was told the trailer was not loaded and they’re very backed up. I’m seeing trucks pull up go inside and within minutes come back out to get in their truck and drive on in and take care of business and I’m sitting out here growing old. Terrible experience very poorly run.

Whats supposed to be a preload. Ended up being a live load. Very nice d o c k s plenty of room to move around. Take a little more than 2 hours total

Very, very slow and uncooperative office staff that seems to be lazy and not have any answers. Been sitting for 5 hours past my pick up time and they said they havent even started on my order!

Dont be late because they will have to work you in.

Its DHL, sometimes you can be in and out and other times it will take 8+ hours to get your load. Id prefer not to deal with this place but there are much worse places to go.

Took to long to load me. It shouldnt took day and half or 34 hours to get loaded.

Like another poster I was supposed to pick up a pre-loaded trailer but it became a live load, for five hours. Finally finished loading couldnt get weights right. Drove to Sapp Brothers two reweighs, still cant get it, one peg over on drives, next peg over on tandems. I come back get door they shift stuff around, guess what still over weight. I have been here 12 hours! For that amount of time I could have been at my final! This place is a joke.

This place is horrible 😞 I checked in this morning at 7:30a.m. they gave me a door at 10:30a.m. but I still havent felt any movement of them loading me yet and its 1:20p.m. I dont think Ill come here ever again. 💯😩😡

I will never come back here again, first it was supposed to be a preloaded trailer. It was supposed to be done at 0330. I got here at 1530 and was told that it wasnt loaded and that the product was on hold, and she had no explanations to why. Then was told to go grab a trailer and tell her the number. Oh and when you check in you write all your info on a paper in front of the window including YOUR PHONE NUMBER. so I called and told them the number and waited and waited. I wasnt told.to come back in, I was6 called, so when I went back in of course new shift was there. And they has the audacity to tell me that I was told to come back in when I said no I gave you guys my phone number and wasnt told anything about come in again, he just said whatever, and then took his sweet time getting whatever he needed to give me a door. FU@K THIS PLACE

On pre loaded trailer they never have them ready when they suppose to be ready.

Checked in early hoping since I had a really tight schedule they would help me out by loading me an hour or so early but that back fired horribly, so bad an hour after my appointment time I decided to check with the front desk to see what the deal was and during the shift change they some how managed to lose my check in paper with my name and phone number on it. Great just shrink the time clock down some more now an hour an a half after my appointment time I get a door where Im stuck for another three hours. Thank you guys for Absolutely nothing had to drive all thru the night in the snow and rain temps dropping to -15 at times barely made it to my drop off with 6 minutes to spare. Atleast they have a scale on property.

Their new computer system is what they are blaming for our 18 hour delay. 18 hours later and we are in the dock on red. A few hours delay is somewhat expected, but this. . . Unacceptable. Our appointment was 3pm. We finally got a door at nearly midnight, here we are 10am and locked in the dock, being told that all the product isnt here. So much for the rest of the week, this load was due to be delivered today 🙄3 stars because #1 they have restrooms #2 clean facility #3 free yogurt?

April 12, 2020. Checked in for my 0600 appt at 0530, made aware they don’t have bolt cutters on site, I of course had a bolt seal, and my cutters walked off in AZ last week. Sent a dock worker out with a pair of wire cutters to remove it, lent him my sledge and he had it off by 0645, with NO damage to my wagon, color me impressed. Hit the dock with my full load of sugar outta Nogales, was rolling out the gate at 0710. Would have been 5 stars if not for the seal debacle, what big company doesn’t have a single set of bolt cutters?

How can you operate a warehouse and be so inefficient??You schedule appointments for a reason.Our time is worth something and is not yours just to waste.

First and last for me here! 14 hours to get loaded! One star is for the free dairy that was given to me by the supervisor for the very long wait.

Appointment set for 09:00, arrived at 08:25.I was told they were still picking the load and they asked for my name and number theyll call when its ready and give me a door.Fast forward 9 hours and finally got a door, only to sit and wait another half hour before I got red lighted. During the red light it took them an additional 3 hours to load me.I dont recommend this place for OO or company drivers. Decline load if possible or say goodbye to your ENTIRE clock

Can I give zero stars? Tons of employees everywhere and being the only truck in the dock.... still waiting.....Update... finally out after 6.5 hours and basically begging to get unloaded. We had to move for the 6 guys that were sweeping the docks and then back her back in... only then did we see any sort of movement on our unload time.

Appointment was for 930 am delivery, I checked in at 850 am green light out the gate at 945 woo woo.

Timely load

Appointment was at 0745 September 9th of 2018. Still here at 0234 September 10th. I did get to leave the door to go to the on site scale... then out the gate and straight back to the door for rework. Staff is nice enough, just cant do math or keep anything on time! When I got there, they were still doing work for the 8th and hadnt even looked at the paperwork for the 9th. Avoid if at all possible!

Better make sure you get detention pay before coming hereThis place will tear up you ELD hours and not even care about how long it takes them to load your truck

Every week I come here they always have an excuse on why they cant get you in a door (when over half the doors are open), they can never keep dock times, employees are RUDE and VERY VERY SLOW..... this place is the definition of trash!!!
