My husband and I just finished going through a remodel and had selected a beautiful high end rug for our living room. So I was devastated, to say the least, when I spilt an entire green smoothie all over this brand new rug. I called multiple cleaners explaining the rug material and type of stain, which the reply from all of them was that I was likely out of luck. Thank heavens I found Cleanville!! I talked to Allen, and while he didnt give me false hope, he was optimistic he could significantly improve this giant mess I made. He came and picked it up the next day even though he was very busy and went to town on the stain. He was very deliberate in asking me exactly what was in the smoothie so that he knew what he was up against and how to best treat it. He called later that day and even FaceTimed me so that I could see the results and to see if I was happy with it. It was unbelievable how good of a job he did! Our rug looked nearly brand new. I was told by multiple professionals that because of the nature of the stain and the material of the rug that it was very unlikely anything could be done. Allen proved them all wrong! He did an incredible job cleaning our rug, he was friendly, professional, great at following up with communication, and even overdelivered on the timeframe that he originally gave me. Cleanville is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used in my over fifty years of owning a home. The cleaning team that did our home every time was two young women. They do exceptional work. We had a recliner and five rooms cleaned. They were fast, efficient, professional, and thorough. We couldnt afford the price they quoted so they called the owner and worked out a way to get what we needed to have done by doing the traffic areas only in some areas. They did exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. We had pet stains on a very light colored carpet; every room looked great and it dried in a few hours even though it was too cold out to have the windows open and fans running. We couldnt be happier with their service and the results. We wouldnt choose anyone else.

I have quarry stone in my kitchen that had gotten very dark. When I dropped some rugs off I asked about stone cleaning and set up an appointment. They were very professional, called the day before to remind me, checked about base boards etc, showed up exactly on time and did an amazing job. The facility was clean, not cluttered and business like. There was no pressure to use their service and we were treated with respect. When they had finished the job, we were contacted and chose to have the surface treatment added to help preserve the rugs. The day we chose to pick-up the rugs, they were ready and waiting for us.Our cleaned rugs look great in our house. We were very pleased with Cleanville Carpets service.

They thought my little 6 foot round rug was clean but then someone thought they smelled a whiff of urine so they decided to wash it again.. When I showed up to pick it up they offered me $10 off because it wasnt ready! What? I plan to take them donuts because they were so conscientious. We used Cleanville for a large room that had some old odors due to spilled food at a catered event (fish!). They were able to come in very quickly, and not only get rid of the smell but actually get the carpets looking brand new. Cleanville did an amazing job cleaning and preserving our oriental rug. My great grandfather brought this back from North Africa after World War II, and over the years it has been neglected. Cleanville took the time to personally walk me through their facility, and explain the process and tools they would use for my specific rug. In addition, Kirk, the owner, took time to personally conduct research on my rug and narrow its origin to two provinces in Iran (Persia). Perhaps most importantly was the communication. Kirk was constantly in contact with me during the processes to ensure I was informed and approved their course of action. Cleanville is my go-to for carpet and rug cleaning. At this point, Ive had 2 rugs (1 oriental and 1 shag) and 1 basement carpet cleaned by them. After being treated by Cleanville, the rugs/carpets were clean (and the carpet dried VERY quickly) and fresh-smelling; the colors in the oriental rug had been restored to a vibrance Id not seen before. Also, the customer service is quick, responsive and so, so knowledgeable. They show up when they say they will, and they take good care of your home. Also, I find that their prices are fair -- they always come within or below what they quote. All around an excellent crew!
