Natalie is honest in her dealings with us and how she does our taxes. She knows what she is doing. She is always available, she responds with in 24 hours any questions we have and is not afraid to admit that she doesn’t know the answers but then she finds out immediately.I will stay with Natalie and Platform Tax for years.

Using Platform Tax was super convenient. I appreciate the online portal for easily exchanging documents, signatures, and even quick online payment. I felt like they kept track of me as an individual.

As a small local business owner I looked for advice and guidance in tax preparation and planning for my company. When I spoke with Natalee she was VERY put out and annoyed with me having questions regarding her fees and explanation of my tax breakdown and liabilities. She stated in an email “ I just don’t have the time or energy to convince someone of the value I provide.” WOW, she let me know I could pick up my documents and find another CPA and “graciously” said she would not charge me. The lack of professionalism and client concern is reason enough to avoid Platform Tax not to mention the patronizing and condescending attitude is very off putting as well. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your tax and accounting needs.

Personal swore at me when I inquired about doing my taxes. Would not add information to make taxes correctly which would have cause me fines and penalties. Do not recommend.

I have been using the same tax professional for the last 22 years and decided that he was not doing what was in my best interest, I was refereed to Natalie of Platform Tax & Consulting by a friend and I am EXTREMELY PLEASED and GRATEFUL to her and her staff. From day one Natalie was prompt in returning my phone calls, emails and her staff continued with that policy. As a client that would be needing seven (7) tax returns completed I asked her for a price up front and it was the same amount when the bill came due, no surprises or add in charges. I am probably one of the few people in the US that actually reviews their tax returns every year and they were spot on. Not only were they correct but Natalie even told us that if we made a payment to our IRA how much it would lower our tax bill.I am very happy and satisfied that I was refereed to Platform Tax & Consulting and will continue to do business with them hopefully for the next 22 plus years.

I have a few rental properties and investments and Platform always does great work and helps me stay on top of my taxes.

Unfortunately this year I choose to go with bad advice to use Platform Tax. Ive never had a more impersonable experience with any company. Not only was my account handled by several different people. The original professional who was set to be my account manager wasnt even available by phone or email. Secondly the complete lack of communication and understanding was seriously non existent. Ive tried several attempts to reach the lady who put my tax return together but get transfered or given a complete different person who doesnt even know my account. shameful business practice DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BUSINESS IN PLATFORM TAX HANDS....THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH A FINANCIAL COMPANY!!!!
