Received email of account review information. Had massive error of missing money. Spent 45 minutes on phone. Polite agent and polite supervisor admitted their error but it would be 3 to 4 days before they could send corrective email- I would just have to trust them. the bad email showing large missing balance offered cds at previous terms. Turns out that to was false rate dropped almost 2 points. will probably move account. All this occurred during business day

I applied for an apple credit card and got denied with a 792 credit score and I was not happy with the customer service because they did not verify if the info I was entering was either wrong or right. I felt like they did not care. The name of the agents were Elisha, Omani, Joshua, and Anastasia

I have never had any dealings with this company, but they sent me a letter saying that my loan was not approve. If they dont call and correct this, I will seek legal representation to take appropriate action.
