Owner of UO managed our remodel at Brickyard Condominiums and HOA. Terrible at relaying relevant communication as she failed to let owners know the schedule and actual cost of remodel. She is unorganized and unpleasant to work with. Had since moved and heard from those still living there when they tried to cut ties she made it difficult as possible and there were concerns over missing money. I would avoid.
