Biggest joke. Do not buy the warranty from ken garff it comes through here they dont cover things that you will need.

Biggest waste of money.

I have purchased multiple AdvantageCare contracts from Kornerstone and have had great experience each time.

You know...this place is Okay. All the representatives have been doing their best at assisting me with gathering my final documents for GAP.That is until I spoke with a David O. I was insanely excited to hear from him today with new information in regards to my claim He was kind at first,The conversation was pleasant until... I apparently... hit the wrong button with him? I guess I was speaking over him with too much excitement that he had to... scoff, interrupt and state Can I finish in a really rude tone of voice. I asked him to not speak that way to me and he stated Do you want my help?? I asked to speak to a supervisor. He then told me that he was the manager and that I could call back to talk to someone else. I said I wanted help...then it when from there to Well then do you want my help or not...can I finish. I stated that I didnt want to deal with someone this rude. I then got a, Fine you can just work on finding out and sending the accident report on your own I was then, shortly after, hung up on.Now, I get that it isnt their issue to gather the necessary information, I know its something I need to gather. But hearing from multiple places that there is no police report and hearing that the remaining amount on my previous car may not be waived because of this sole accident report missing is stressful. Its also frustrating to hear Well than that is just fine, YOU call us and YOU can find the police records on your own. It makes me feel as if David will now completely ignore my case, not submit anything and throw my file away because I stood up for myself, and didnt shut up, stay quiet and listen to him. No respectable business man should ever treat someone this way.

I don’t like that they require you to bring the car to the dealership you bought it at. I bought a Fiat that has been a nightmare from Culver City Toyota and I have to bring it there when something goes wrong. My entire engine had to be replaced and it took a month to get the car back. Toyota couldn’t get the replacement engine to start and even THEY had to bring it to the Fiat dealer to figure out what was wrong.Kornerstone thankfully covered the repair, but it could have been a lot faster at a Fiat dealer. I had bring the car back 2 times because it wasn’t put back together properly — hoses were leaking and and other parts of the front end were loose. :(When I called about the leaking hoses they told me to bring it back to Culver City Toyota :(

I purchased a Honda from Ken Garff and was offered GAP insurance. We purchased this with the re-assurance that if something happened the loan would be totally paid off.Fast forward to 2017. Car is totalled. Guess what! They dont want to pay.Why not? Because I skipped a couple of payments on my loan. (Authorizaed by the Lender) Not that they were going to pay less.. They werent -and didnt pay anything.100% BS.

I purchased an oil change program through Ken Garff of West Valley which was from Kornerstone for 3 oil changes, tire rotation, and car wash. I dont drive my truck very often so I go by mileage and I was told my program had expired and they wouldnt honor it. I would have to purchase a new one. The old program was for 15 months and the new one is for 2 yrs. This program is not worth the money if you dont have a daily driver.

I purchased a car from Ken Garff Honda, the car is now totaled and kornerstone is refusing to pay off my loan for some reason. Rude employees, slow service, and just don’t care.

The Auto Shield Theft Protection is nothing more than a SCAM to take people for $400. The reason it is non-cancelable is because they etch numbers in your windows. The problem is that like in my case they etched the numbers before I ever bought the car. They do this so they can try to sneak it by you when you sign the paper work (which is what happened to me and several other people that I have found while investigating this scam) that way you dont even know that you have this coverage and since you only have 60 days to report your car theft otherwise you get nothing they dont have to pay up. Because if you dont know you have it why would you know you have to report it. I would love to know how many of these warranties have been sold and how many claims they have settled. this is probably a major money maker for them. I wouldnt trust anything to do with this company or the participating dealers since they have to be in on it for it to work.

I have an Advantage Care maintaince contract with this company. They called and reminded me that i had a remaining service available and even though I was more than 2 months expired they said I could come in and get the service. Thanks Ken Garff....

I do not have any stars about this company since for whatever reason it was not satisfactory for me to obtain it 👎
